Called three well known towing companies in Lafayette Ga. In the afternoon all three had answering machine to recover my truck,left messages and never received a call from any of them.Called yats in RINGGOLD GA. and got it hauled home in a couple of hours.

They were so good to me when my rental car blew a tire and enterprise refused to fix it I had to pay for a tow plus had to pay for the tire so to say I'm mad is a understatement. Doug Yates kept me up to date on there location and eta it was nice to deal with such a kind company

My car was rear ended in an accident Friday early evening 5-7pm. Was ambulanced to hospital. Got out of hospital 8:00 pm same day. Called immediately to retrieve my car(mind you they had my car approximately 1 1/2 to max 3hrs at said time)Yates informed me I couldn't retrieve my car until Monday because they are closed until then) I now have lost 3days of work because I can't retrieve my belongings nor vehicle until Monday. (I work week ends and Monday, hince 3day work loss.. Usually if a car is drivable tow companies give your car back in the same day.Just letting everyone know NOT to use YATES they DO NOT HELP TOWEELynette disappointed:( Service: Car towing

Fast and friendly. Great equipment and care eas taken to get my vehicle to the destination that was requested. Id without a doubt would recommend using Doug Yates Towing.

Doug Yates is very fair and down to earth. Been knowing him unofficially for over 30 years. My friend happen to have his car towed by Yates a few weeks ago and I took him to the yard. Doug was there and we reminisced and he was very helpful and coserate to my friend.Good experience.

They really helped us out of a bind. We were on a time limit. Moving out of a house we were closing on the next day. Our 26 moving truck got stuck in the front yard..packed full with our entire house. They were very kind when they called to let us know they were on their way. They hooked up and told us what to do and had us out In less than 10 min. Professional, but very good guy and very friendly. We appreciate the service and highly recommend!!

Totally professional service. This was a vintage camper that was a bit of a puzzle. They have obviously performed jobs like this before. Eric had it on the rollback, delivered to my house and expertly unloaded it. Thanks for a job very well done.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The receptionist that took my call was very kind and showed real concern for my predicament. She placed the call to shout agent and within 25 minutes Nate pulled up and got my truck loaded and we were off to my house. I enjoyed talking with Nate, he s got a great sense of humor and dud an awesome job loading my truck. If I ever find myself in need of towing again I m calling Nate from Yates!Service: Car towing

Yates was called to service by my auto insurance Geico, they were quoted an hour to arrive but actually confirmed on the way in less than 30min by Yates personnel, we ended up finding jumper cables before needing Yates to bail us out. All in all good service experience insofar as responsiveness. GO YATES!

Brian in the rollback was polite, professional and studied the site for the best way to recover the vehicle without further damage. He knew what he was doing and blessed for the kindness he had shown through the whole situation. Unfortunately I was in an automobile collision and was injured, so I was taken to the hospital. Doug Yates Towing was called to Tow my vehicle. The incident happened on a Saturday, on Monday when I went to get my vehicle taken to the shop it turns out during the 2 days they had it somebody broke into my car and stole my property out of it. When I notified the employee I was told to contact the office to get it resolved. I keep calling and the first time was told " its not their fault" and when I pushed the matter and told them its their responsibility to keep the vehicle secure, thats why they are supposed to have a fenced secure area for the vehicles. They then told "The owners will contact you" well I have called multiple times and keep getting told that but here we are over a week later and still no call. So either your secure area is not secure or you have unethical employees who are stealing from your customers. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.Service: Car towing

I have been using this Tow Company for years.I have sent them countless customers through the years.I called them to jump start my Vehicle that took every bit of 30 seconds.I was charged $100.00 $105.00 if I wanted to pay with a card.Never Ever will I use them again!!!Service: Battery service

Will never use this company, ever again for towing any of MY vehicles.! Tow driver had to remove my drive shaft from my tractor to be able to tow to my truck to our company yard, and he lost the parts to my drive shaft, which I will have to replace out of my own pocket to get my tractor back to driving status! Doug Yates towing will extort money from you. They close on weekends and will not let you retrieve your property but yet still charge you a fee. I would NOT recommend this company

Motorhome broke down on I-75 N just south of the TN state line in GA, between exit 352 and 353. They towed me 71 miles to Shadow Trailers in Sweetwater TN.The Driver was an awesome man. He literally took care of the old man like you wouldn't believe. Sorry I can't recall his name because he deserves special recognition.The fee wasn't all that bad for the distance and what had to be done to ready the coach for towing.THANKS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED.Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

I had to be towed (Tractor & Trailer) by this company twice within 24 hours, and by two different drivers. Both drivers Chipper, and Shawn were very courteous, friendly, and most of all helpful. Chipper, the first driver to assist, tried to save me, and my company the trouble, and money of having to be towed twice. He double checked with my company to make sure they knew that they had chosen to take my International tractor to a Freightliner dealer/repair shop. They said they were fully aware, and to proceed. Chippers first question to me was if I knew it was going to Freightliner. No, I wasn't aware of it, but I knew exactly why he was questioning it.Trouble being that... yes they can work on the Eaton transmission, however, they don't have the computer software to pull codes from the ECM, if by chance the PCM or the ECA won't connect or respond.So before Chipper dropped the tractor, and trailer, I too called my boss to double check, and make sure they understood why we were both questioning their decision.And again, was told to proceed.Chipper didn't have to do that. He knew as well as I did, they would be back to tow it again...meaning more money for them.Instead of $1600.00 or less, because at this point it had to be towed 2 hours further away, and it ended up being $2125.00. It turned out that they couldn't get a reading off the transmission, so it had to go to International because they didn't have the software to pull codes.So piece of advice, if your tow driver is courteous enough to give a warning or suggestion that will in turn save you money....take it!

Called and spoke to a boy named ben me being a female and outta town at that i asked him if he could help me by telling me where the closest tire shop would be he then replied with well its been a busy day why dont you look it up and call me back then hung up on me!!!! That is a pos if i have ever hear of one!! I dont wish bad things upon anyone but i wish nothing but the worst for this mf!!
