Carstar is a great place to get your repairs done. The experience was easy and I feel they went above and beyond to get my repairs completed. When I went to pick my car up, one of the repairs had been denied by my insurance and Randy was kind enough to contact the rep for my insurance company and get them to approve the repair as it had been pointed out specifically when I dropped the car off. Not only were the repairs made, my car was washed and cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. Who does that? I highly recommend Randy and his team.

The repairs to my vehicle were done professionally and to my satisfaction. All the agents I spoke with and came in contact with were professional and informative as to what repairs were to be completed. I received a call 8 days after they had my vehicle recapping what had been completed and the repair upcoming. After 14 days I called and was told my vehicle would out by the computer estimate on Oct. 17. Almost one month! After expressing concerns with that, my vehicle was ready and picked up on Oct. 6. Other than an excellent job on our vehicle, it was finished earlier than expected. They kept us up to date on the progress and are wonderful to work with. Very personable, easy to talk with and friendly. We highly recommend them if in need.

Carstar did an amazing job repairing my car - not only did they do a great job there, they went above and beyond in keeping me updated with what was going on and anything additional they found during the repair process. Knowing every detail was really reassuring and my car was back to me in no time. Definitely recommend the kind people here!

Amazing service everyone was so professional. When I hadn t been updated on the status the person I called to check was apologetic and said that shouldn t have happened and he s personally make sure it was addressed. At pickup car was cleaned and waxed and was shining like new. Even though they were not the closest option to us I it was worth it. Definitely recommend!

Had an accident in my car and took it into Carstar for repairs. They did a extremely excellent job on it. The paint job they best I ever had on a vehicle. Don't care how closely you look the paint job it was perfect. If you need something done take your vehicle to them. They are great in working with you and the best thing of it all, they do the best job around here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very polite, friendly and professional. Called with updates as to the progress throughout the process of the repairs!Great Service!Added after picking car up.....These people like pleasing their customers. I had the rear bumper replaced, this is my beater car I use like a truck and hasn't been washed in a long time, when I got it back it was washed, vacuumed and tire shine, looks like new! These folks were great. They were able to get me back in my car quickly and the work was excellent. Customer service and satisfaction was outstanding. My headlights and front end were off just enough that I noticed and they adjusted immediately.

My truck needed a door and front fender from a recent accident and I had the roof painted while it was in the shop due to clear coat coming off, it took them a month to get the truck ready which is fine, auto body shops or really any kind of auto shop tend to have a line and there were people ahead of me in that line and the parts they order were damaged so they sent them back and order new parts which during that period they had to put my truck to the side which was perfectly fine. Overall they did a fantastic job on the body work and I would most definitely have them do work for me again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worked well with my insurance in accessing the damage to my car. Unfortunately the car was totaled but I was ready to have you repair. Just didn't have a chance.

My vehicle was parked and hit by another driver on 12/13/21 and I chose this place for my repairs based on reviews. From the very beginning, they were communicative, friendly, flexible, and accommodating. I dropped my car off on 2/16/22 and received it on 3/2/22. Only two weeks for replacement of several parts, repainting, AND when I picked it up, they had fully detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle!I hope to not ever need another car repair, but if I do, I will use them again. Had some warranty paint work done by the Ringgold / Fort Oglethorpe location. The service writer, Rex, was great to deal with and his communication on where they were in the process couldn t have been better. They are a busy shop so don t expect to drop your vehicle off and pick it up in a day or two. Very pleased with the paint job. I will be a repeat customer.Service: Painting

Made a non-scheduled stop at CARSTAR to get an estimate on my vehicle which was damaged in an accident. Rex did an immediate evaluation and provided an on the spot detailed estimate. He even interfaced with the insurance company. Kept me up to date on the repair progress. Did an excellent job replacing the passenger side of the vehicle. Eddie and the team did a fantastic job repairing damage caused by a local tire shop. I dropped the car off with them and it was quick and easy. They kept me informed through the whole process and handled communication with the rental car facility and the insurance group. I didn t have to do a thing. When I picked my car up, I was shocked to see that they had done one of the best detail jobs on the interior that I ve ever seen. I wasn t expecting them to even attempt to clean my well-used Interior but they made it look like my two kids were never in the back seat and it looks brand new.High quality work. Honest people. Incredible service. What more could you need? I ve found my new go-to body shop!!

I just recently had my car taken their for some body work due to a collision, I am very satisfied with the quality of work they did. my car looks brand new! Also the time it took them to have it ready was pretty fast, although their were a few delays but that was no biggie things happen, customer service was good receptionist were nice over the phone. Overall im happy with everything, I would totally recommend it to anyone in the surrounding areas. they ll take care of you!Service: Body & Trim
