The two lady s upfront were incredibly helpful. I needed windshield wipers and they immediately got me what I needed & put them on! (While it was raining) Highly recommend visiting this location! Thank you girls!

I just had surgery and my battery stop working. Heather was so sweet and helped me find the right battery. She made my day. This is the best service I have ever had at a parts store. Auto zone has earned my business thanks to Heather. Thank you Heather!!!

Getting the rite part is always a factor of where I go to get parts. This Autozone has not let me down as of yet. Nice friendly staff that are knowledgeable and helpful.

I don't shop at Ringgold's AutoZone, but I needed some help with my transmission for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan.It had been about a week, and I was extremely confused about what to do with the transmission.This store's manager, Vicki, spoke to a few other managers at other AutoZone locations and closed the loop in about 30 minutes.They were all helpful with my issue, to be clear. I'm giving five stars for her committment to excellent customer service. It turned out this issue had nothing to do with her AutoZone store, but she helped anyway. :)

Even though they're a parts store, Anthony helped me out tremendously with a mailbox issue. Also helped me get some amazing driveway cleaner. Highly recommend...

We had a broken windshield wiper on a rainy day so had to stop and get new ones. Luckily the staff were nice and even helped installed them for me.

Nicest most helpful autozone store I've had experience with! The staff was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, & helpful going above and beyond to help me remain calm, diagnose the issue, order the correct part, and fix the issue within 18 hours all in one place. A car suddenly overheating can be so stressful but they helped me get it under control fast. Thank you so much Jeb & Joey for making something so stressful easy for me.

The customer service here is really great. They'll check your car's computer for any check engine light messages for free, and my guy even recommended some places on where to get repairs for any specific thing you need for your car. They'll also help you find any specific products you need for your specific car model should you need them. Very great customer service.

Thanks so much for your staff helping us change out a bad battery with corrosion on the terminals during heavy rain !!! They were so nice and helpful to get that battery changed in bad weather and a difficult removal of the old battery... thanks for not giving up on getting that stuck terminal connection off ... Friendly staff. Marcus was very helpful. He put two batteries in my Dodge Ram in the rain. I suggested Auto Zone needs to put up a small roof to pull cars under in bad weather. Super nice staff. Thanks Marcus.

I love the service and help that Auto Zone offers. Their associates are very knowledgeable.They don't mind helping you with minor issues with vehicle. Marcus even took time to help me with my POS car and was extremely polite to this old lady and man.

Management, today 5-15-18 at 6:13 pm I called the store so I would know if my 2008 gti ac line had came in. Store personnel answered the phone and asked me to wait so he could assist another customer I said sure i was on my way home so I Decided to stop while I was still on hold I walked in the store to see a manger Propped up talking to a lady and two other guys not doing anything I let the manger Finish his story to the lady then he asked me how can I help you today I asked him to pick his phone up at this time I had been on hold for about 15 min well that s not all a member of your magerment team tonight cost your store 70 dollars because the man was so Baffled at the sensor I ask him for I know the store has the part because last Saturday I went in the store and Ordered the high-pressure AC line I needed and the gentleman at the counter said here you re going to need this sensor as well with all that being said There was no communication and also there was no delegation SAD

Fast friendly service. I was surprised to see the price I was quoted on the phone was more yhan than when I got in the store. It's a welcome switch from being overcharged at other parts store. They are my go to store. They are normally the lowest price in my area.

Best costumer service I have experienced in a long time. The team at this location went above and beyond to help replace my battery. Glad that I live close to this location because I plan to continue to go to this location everytime I need anything for my vehicles.

The staff treated me like pure garbage! In front of my children! I return a set of pliers that are still COMPLETELY sealed with a zip tie also, and im accused on somwhow COMPLETELY resealing aomehow and going as far as zip tying?? I paid for those with my hard earned money WITH MY RECEIPT. THE SAME GUY WAS EVEN THERE THAT SOLD THEM TO ME. they have the nerve to say they dont come packaged like that?? So let's walk over to the shelf. Duracell PLIERS everyone. I need the corporate number bc i will NOT ACCEPT BEING MISTREATED. I'm very hurt, by how quick i was judged. I will not shop at that store again.

I went in, immediately greeted. Plus.. The younger guy asks if he can help me find something. I said "I am looking for a power ditrobution box, and some solder and Flux for electrical applications". He looked at me like I asked for blinker fluid or Chem-light batteries. He said, "I have never heard of it, but Try isle 16". I nodded thanks and went down the isle with exhaust pipes, mud flaps, Gorilla glue and RTV gasket goop.. Everything that had nothing to do with Audio or electrics. So I wandered every single isle until I saw the closest resemblance to what I need. I saw torch attachment and propane.. And low and behold, solder with a Flux core.. And on isle 16, back bottom left.. I felt like a idiot after the things I thought in my head wandering aimlessly... I still didn't buy.. They must be fond of it, because it was not priced to sell...

My husband bought a truck on Craigslist in Kenasaw GA, and had to drive it back home to WV, He broke down on I-75 Exit @ Circle -K in the middle of the night - slept in the pickup. At 6am he walked the 2 miles to Autozone for parts to get him back home, they opened at 7:30 am. Dusty was amazing... I believe he was the manager and not only got my Husband the parts he needed but arranged to get him a ride back to the broken down truck, again my Husband noticed that some parts were needed to complete the fix... Dusty again arranged for the parts to be delivered. My husband got the truck fixed and drove to the Autozone to complete any transactions and then drove home. Thank You Dusty!!! For your Hospitality, Kindness, Professionalism & for helping my Husband get back to me safely. I just wish there were more people in the world like you.

It's an okay place for parts, I feel like they never have anything I need in sick though. Side from that, they have all the basics and the shop is kept very clean.

They are the best place to go if you need windshield washer parts when you wash your fluid or any sort of question they will help you out ASAP
