I bought my car in because it was having acceleration problems, Billy ended up telling me that nothing was wrong with my car and if I had a problem just bring it back (they still charged me 75$ to diagnose it) it ended up having the same problems a day later so I bought it back to be diagnosed. I let the whole day go by and towards closing time I called and asked them if they ever got through with my car and he said no because he was too busy working on another vehicle which I understand but I wish he would of told me that he was going to be busy when I first dropped off my vehicle so I could of took my vehicle somewhere else to be looked at. I never got my vehicle diagnosed properly and ended up taking it to Paul s Automotive

Contrary to what was written yesterday, this business welcomes all walks of life!! They simply don t sell used tires as they are a liability. They could have purchased a new tire with no issue regardless of their race, sexual orientation or religion!!! I ve been using quality for over 23 years! Same owner and master technician, both wonderful people!!! Go see for yourself. For the record, Quality service center does not sell used tires to anyone!

old man refused to sell tires to me and my boyfriend because we are an interracial couple, claiming "no we dont sell used tires for those people." the younger guy didnt say anything just shrugged and allowed this behavior. absolutely unacceptable

older white man refused to sell a used tire to my boyfriend because hes black. we had to go across the street to a different tire shop where the owner says most of his business comes from the black customers they turn down.

New to the area. Gave these guys a call after arriving at a different shop that didn't open promptly. Despite it being my first time, guys were very welcoming and it's obvious they have a good rapport with customers. All I needed was my tire plugged and they handled it within 20-25 min. Will definitely return for future repairs. They also have a self service car wash. I have been to more car washes than I can count and these guys by far have the best vacuums I've ever used.

This place was the best. My family has used this business since 1989. It was always top notch! I walked in to get my oil changed and just have someone listen to the engine and see what they thought was wrong. I'm not a mechanic and I don't pretend to be. The woman at the front desk treated me like I wasn't worthy to walk in her door and told me they didn't have time to do an oil change let alone help me to figure out what was wrong with my car. I'm so disappointed!

Went here to vacuum my truck. It was previously under a different name. It seems that the Quality Service Center has bought it, and maintains it. And they do an excellent job. When the vacuum was not operating, I went into the service center, and was promptly and courteously given my change back. But in addition to that, the nice lady behind the desk told me she was getting someone to repair the issue right away. And no sooner had I walked out the door, was there a gentleman who was addressing the situation. The vacuums are less than six months old, and even though there was this small glitch, the vacuums are clean and powerful. And you get quite a good bit of time for your 1.50. Check them out.

I typically take our vehicles there because Scott and his crew do consistent work. On the rare occasion they missed something, they immediately corrected the problem. I go to QSC because it's usually a pretty quick oil change and because they are up front about how long any service will take.

It's has good service but terrible littering in my grandfather's truck. I came by to pick up his truck for my grandmother's and found two empty soda bottles in the truck. We know it isn't ours because we don't drink those kinds. I told them to stop treat someone's vehicle like dumpster truck. Use a trash can!

I enjoyed the service I received here. I went in for an oil change and the staff was able to provide immediate service and answered several unrelated questions I had. I got a very good vibe at this place. I feel like they would be very honest. Just my opinion.

This was my second visit to this business. I'm always weary taking my car to mechanics as a single woman. I can assure you that at this business, you will not be taken advantage of. I highly recommend them!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Walked in to no one at the desk but I can see the workers right outside the door. Waited over 5 minutes and was never greeted nor told someone will be right with me. They couldn't say they didn't see no one enter, because the doors are up where they work on the cars. Gladly take my service and money elsewhere.

Once upon a time this place was good, now they are TERRIBLE. They can t even do a simple oil change. Do NOT take your car to these backyard mechanics. I had an oil change with them and the next day my garage was full of oil. I had to do it all over again. This place needs some real mechanics.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Only place I've found that charges you to dispose of parts- even if there is NO parts to dispose of. Yeah they gave me back my money after I complained. But tried to say everyone did it. I know better as I deal with every auto shop in Rincon!

I bought my truck from my dad, who bought it brand new. They have always taken great care of Dad and in the five years I've had the truck I would not go anywhere else. Great people and great service.

My suv went out on me and they were very attentive to try and fix it. They didn't call to update me but when i called they told me everything that was going on. If i had a problem again with a vehicle i would definitely return.

I've visited this shop on multiple occasions. I keep going back because the people are friendly and they don't try to scam you into spending more than you need to. There are lots of auto shops in Rincon but Quality Service Center is one of the best!
