I have been to this O'Reilly's a few times and every time I go in there there's always someone who goes the extra mile to help you. My last visit was to get some windshield wiper fluid. However, I also got my key fixed it only needed a new battery and the lady got on YouTube. Watched a video on how to change the battery and did it for me. I'm so grateful to her. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you all for helping out when you didn't have to!!!Recommended best O'Reilly'sWill be a returning customer!

I got asked by at least 4 different workers if I needed help finding anything. The whole staff was very nice and willing to help. The prices are not too bad... some items seemed a rad high. But I will definitely go back here if I need anything for our cars!

Yes I stopped in O'Reilly's because my check engine light came on and the gentleman did come out and put his little doohickey on it and read what was causing my check engine light to come on and solve the issue. Fast

While I didn t get the correct parts earlier in the day...even though it s what the computer identified, I brought the parts in right at the end of the day with just enough time to get in. Though I m sure he wanted to get home, Brandon at store 2001 did an outstanding job. He was patient in finding the correct U-Joint for my vehicle; he and Corey exhibited expertise and professionalism on this visit and really came through right when I needed to get my truck back up and running for work. Great Job!!!

Staff helped me change my wiper blades that were hard to get off in the rain. I really appreciated that. Came back the following week and ordered a couple of parts for my car. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They go beyond their duties.

My experience was not great. First, when a woman comes in needing parts or a battery, PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT IT IS FOR A MALE COUNTERPART! Please realize we are in 2023, and women can fix vehicles or know what is needed for their RV. Some employees need to relearn how to look up other employees. Thank you to the young employee who helped find my mother in the system.

I drive past (at least) two other part stores to get to O Reillys and it s absolutely worth it!I have had the absolute pleasure dealing with Marc and his team as they are top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and customer service oriented!!!Thank you all for your help!!!

Nice clean store that is easy to navigate and find what you need. I bought brake pads from here (called ahead and found they were in stock.) I'm fairly car illiterate, but the employees were very friendly and made sure I had the correct part without making me feel like I was dumb. It was pretty busy when I went in on a Sunday, but even then the line went quickly. My husband and father-law love this place :)

Ok, so first of all, I use O'REILLY'S for all my automotive needs. I have been doing so for a long time. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I went in this past weekend and the staff were still friendly. I had removed the altanator from my truck assuming it was bad. It was still under warranty so I took it in to have it bench tested. There were 4 employees in the store and non of them knew how to test it with THEIR machine. They tried but it was very soon apparent that they didn't even know how to set it up. They did warranty the part but I would have felt better knowing if my part was bad or not.

After 3 other failed stops, this Awesome staff helped me find a solution for a turn signal light socket that was not listed for this very old pickup but with was a perfect weather proof fit. They recommended, and I agreed, that clipping off the crimp connectors and soldering wires directly with heat-shrink would provide the best connection. Most helpful.

They gave me the wrong part for my vehicle, not even for the make or model of my vehicle. What I ordered was correct. However they were very apologetic and refunded my money and core charge. I would definitely give a second chance when I need another car part.

Great customer service! Needed new windshield wiper blades. The gentleman picked them out for me and installed them as well. Was in and out in 10 minutes or so.

What I love about this place is that the parts people are actually knowledgeable and there's almost never a wait. You can always walk right up to the counter and they know what you're talking about and get parts quickly. They have been my go-to place for difficult to find parts as well. I also like that they don't make their phone customers a priority before their in-store customers. They've been doing a great job for years and as a mechanic I truly appreciate that

Tyler at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Rincon was great. He had to change the battery in my 2016 Chevrolet Equinox. The battery is not easy to get to. The battery was leaking battery acid. It was a mess. We looked at the old bill that I had and found out it was from O'Reilly 's and it was still under warranty. Brandon helped as well. The staff was awesome and professional . Thanks for all you do!!!

Great experience! My car wouldn't start that morning, so after I got it jumped, I went to O'Reilly's to have my battery tested. A girl came out to test it & determined I probably needed a new one. Once we started checking prices, it was a little more expensive than I had originally thought. They even checked Walmart for me & price matched so I could get it a little cheaper. Then one of the guys brought the battery out & put it in for me & even joked with my 10 year old son. They made what could have been a bad day, a very good experience. Thanks to them, my car was running again in no time. Extremely pleased!

Had some troubles traveling and needed parts. I'm from Ohio so thru the course of my problems I have been in all the local Rincon Parts Stores. This store is outstanding! I wish it was my home store! But when I am here visiting my daughters family you will see me for sure. My advice to them was get what you need here! Thanks for the great service!

Sometimes its difficult to deal with chain parts stores. Employees tend to be either apathetic or know next to nothing. Nothing more than button pushers at a register. That is anything but the case at the Rincon location of O'Reilly auto parts. Brandon and Cody are knowledgeable and friendly. They have helped us out on more than one occasion and helped figure out a problem that even the mechanic couldn't identify, and did it all by us simply telling them what was going on. If you need parts or advice with the parts, I highly recommend these guys. Thanks Brandon and Cody!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had all the parts I needed in stock, and helped me locate brake caliper tool I needed to go back for. Definitely saved me helping my brother do his brakes.

Yes this man gave me his name, but i dont hold him responsible, i hold the company as a whole responsible. This guy deserves a 5 star rating. But the store rating is holding it down. It was his positive attitude that i give a two star instead of a one star.Just spent over thirty minutes on hold. Called three times. The first time I called the guy i talked to asked if i could hold on a minute cause he was finishing up with a customer, i waited eleven minutes, ok maybe he forgot about me. Called a second time, same guy answered, explained his situation and i felt bound to exhert a little more patience. Waited 21 minutes. Ok no one is that busy unless theyre by themself. Called again, same guy, asked to wait five more minutes and explained how many people were actually working the counter. Ok but two minutes in, the phone was hung up on me. Not sure if that was accidental, but was the straw that broke the camels back.If a store cant have enough associates on hand for high volume in/out traffic, maybe the doors should be locked.

I just spoke with a person from O'Reilly called Sabriena who has no education whatsoever, with tremendous bad manners I ask her a question for a scratch fix for my car and she sends me to the hall to look for it and I tell her I need the same color of my car if I give you the vin number you can find it and interrupt me saying we are not going to send a painting for you, I think that a company as serious as o'reilly has such unpleasant people working as this Sabriena who does not know nor say good afternoon, anyway, just talking with her spoiled the beautiful day that I hadThis is supposed to be the case and believe me that the same thing I thought when I entered the store in search of help which did not offer me at all because or even good afternoon the person who attended me said to me, who behaved very sarcastically and with a bad attitude towards me, maybe she had a bad day but it was not my fault and also if you work in customer service it is assumed that the quality is given to the client himself and try to help him not treat him badly, as for me I am not going Never go to that store and of course I do not recommend it to anyone because I do not want another person to make their day bitter with mistreatment and in the end do not waste time like I did

The whole point of calling to make sure a part is in stock is to make sure the part is in stock before driving 30 minutes to get it KAREN. Yes, it was KAREN I spoke to on the phone and it was KAREN that told me that /someone/ messed up in telling me the part was in stock. Obviously you could care less about doing a good job, much less a barely acceptable one. I won't be back.
