Ricky is an awesome manager! He truly cares and gets his customers in and out in a respectful amount of time. I pulled in with a bolt in my tire that I had ran over in the road. He replaced all four tires for me (at my request) and had me on my way in a hour and ten minutes. Great customer service! We will continue to do business with him.

We blew a tire on I-95. We put the dummy in and drove the 15 minutes to here. Th why weee super friendly and got us right in and put in 2 new tires and put my dummy back up under and fixed a piece of the plastic where the blown tire knocked it off. Price was very reasonable and I couldn t ask for better service.

While the Manager was super nice, I won t be going back and consider my $100 alignment a donation at this point. The first day I went to get my alignment my lower control arms were not even tightened back up, so after hitting a few bumps, my steering wheel would be in a different position every bump. I took it back the next day for it to be re-done and now I have to fight it to stay straight. It pulls to the left pretty hard. Maybe good for tires, or an oil change, but not for much else.

They were nice and gave a discount. Very disappointed to have sat waiting on tires ti be rotated and balanced for 1.5 hrs before they told me after they were done that two of my tires had a slow leek. and then I would have to pay for the balance again with new tires. And only had 2 in stock for my vehicle and it would be another wait.I did call around found 4 tires and had them installed somewhere else.Don t appreciate having to wait an hour and a half and at the end to say something is wrong with the tires. They only charged for an oil change.The manager called today to see what he could do to make it right. He was very nice and courteous. He apologized for my wait time and the way my car was not handled appropriately with the tire issues. Appreciate the call back a week after having my car serviced there.

Ricky and his team are amazing! Best price for tires in our experience in Rincon. My husband and I both have used them to get a set. Great service department! We have also brought in tires for the mower and golf cart. We're pleased with them and HIGHLY recommend them! They get you taken care of promptly and professionally!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Quick oil change with very little wait time. Also offer full service which is great. I will definitely be back for all my car needs!! Ricky was so helpful and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me even after asking a bunch of questions. I really appreciate that.

I got a screw in one of my tires. I stopped in to see if it could be plugged or patched. I was informed that since my tires were run-flats, a patch would not work. I would have to have a new tire. I did research the issue and found out that the manufacturer of the tire did not recommend a plug or a patch repair on this tire.The shop did not have a replacement on hand but they found one in the area and could order it for me. I was pleasantly surprised when the shop called the next day and said they had my tire. They said I could come in anytime it was convenient for me.I remembered I had a bought a tire and wheel insurance policy when I bought the car. I took the car back in and asked if they would accept the insurance. They said no problem . The shop contacted the insurance company and got everything taken care of for me. This took some time and effort but Express was happy to do it.There were no hassles or problems. The tire was mounted and the car returned to me at no charge.I would like to thank everyone at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers for their outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. You have made me a customer for life.

I came in for a tire rotation and alignment. I can t remember the young lady s name here but she was SO helpful with my questions. After the work was done Ricky came out to explain everything to me (he even gave me visuals when I still didn t quite understand ). He was so patient and considerate with me in his explanations. I truly appreciated it. I will definitely be bringing my car here for future services. 10/10

My husband and I came to get oil change the first day. On another day we came back to get our tires changed. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The guys comes up to your driver side to greet you, they don t just wait til you park and get out your car to approach you. Very knowledgeable about their job. I plan to use Express Oil Change for all my oil change and tire services. Thanks so much guys!

I stopped in on Thursday morning for an oil change and to get a tire fixed. I was greeted by Liz who was very attentive she wrote everything that I did and did not want then read it back to me. Liz gave me a rough estimate of what all the work was going to be, she gave me the best-case amount and the worst-case amount which is what I asked of her. I stayed in my truck for the oil service, the techs were asking me about my truck and did quick work. Next, the truck went to the shop side and my tire with the slow leak had a nail in it. I sat out on the bench so I could soak up some sun and Liz walked out several times to keep me informed on the status of my truck, the cost, and when it was done. I was very impressed with the whole staff at Express Oil and I am sure that I will be back.

This is definitely the best place to get an oil change. The staff are very nice and professional and have your best interest at heart. I came in today for an oil change and Josh R and Robert H were so great! They explained everything while it was happening and took very good care of me and gave me recommendations on what I should be doing as far as up coming maintenance and what oil I should be using!! I will definitely be coming back for every need on my Kia and asking for the gentlemen

Liz at the front desk was absolutely amazing to work with! They got my SUV in and out with a tire rotation quicker than I got my coffee from the dunkin next door! Highly recommend!

I came in today and got my oil changed and there was a light on my dash and they ran a test on it to what the issue was and explained everything to me. They were all awesome. They are all nice and friendly . Will be going back. I don't care about the price. The are awesome. Come check them out.

Got an oil change on both our vehicles and a new set of tires on one of them in half the time it would ve taken other shops in town! Ricky and his team were very thorough and confirmed all of my lights were working on the car, it s the little things that can make all the difference. This is the best shop in town, we will be using them for all our service needs going forward!

This place truly gained a custom for life. I went there yesterday, taking my other car in today. Dan did my oil, he 100% absolute was amazing. Took time to just have genuine small talk, I was in and out. Jonathan helped with tire quote and was a professional as I got, he took time to have small talk as well. They were beyond quick at my oil change, place was spotless as well. I was so impressed, like I said, they got a new customer for life now from my family and I.

Horrible service and professionalism. Made an appointment for tires rotation, was told appointments don't matter first come first serve. Took almost 2 hours for a basic job. I presented a coupon for rotation and balance, they did not do the balance. I asked for an oil change quote, they never gave me an answer. Observed Ricky giving performance feedback to an associate, it was clearly a private conversation not at the register. I don't often write reviews, but this was ridiculous. There are a lot of options, do not do business here.

The dealership is great. Got me on time and excellent service. The website to dealership needs to be updated so when you order on their website it will go to the dealership. I ordered tires on website and the dealership had no information on my order or appointment. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 star review.

I can't say enough good things about this location and the employees. Everyone's always so nice, and I'm in and out very quickly, AJ has done my oil changes the past two times, and he's been amazing!!!

We waited for 35 minutes for an oil change. We were sitting there with no other people waiting. Three other cars pulled up 15 minutes after we got there and two were pulled in before us. Needless to say we backed out and left! I can t comment on the service, we never made it there! I was not polite to the service tech when I asked him about it, that s on me!Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by the Manager and Asst Manager and we worked out our differences. Thank you to both of them for caring enough to call and work things out. I will try this locally owned business again because of the way they handled this.

The service was fast and worth the price. They forgot to reset my oil warning light, but were able to fix that when I brought it back. Will visit again.
