A quote was prepared for the work. I had some issues with the storage of my vehicle which was left in the elements under pine trees. The girls in the office were rude, and didn't care about my concerns. The end product resulted in a large bill 3x the amount quoted. Overall not impressed with the service, professionalism or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend for anyone to take their vehicle there for repair. A little under two years now and paint is chipping off.

We took our vehicle to them for an estimate, which was around $1k. It took them 15 days to even get the parts and look at the vehicle after the initial estimate. Then we got a call telling us that is was going to cost a lot more because they did not see the damage under the bumper. Is that really professional? Why didn't you discover this from the initial estimate?

I had the worst experience ever!!! I took my truck to get the back bumper fixed due to an accident I had. A week after it was dropped off they called and said my truck was ready, I arrived and my truck was no where near ready. The bumper still had dents and the paint was peeled in different areas. So I had to leave my truck and the same thing happened 3 more times. They said it was ready but it wasn t. For the 5th time going to the shop it was finally ready, 3 weeks later. When I arrived to pick it up they then made a problem with me paying with a check, they said they didn t receive checks. ( mind you there were no signs nowhere in the shop saying no checks where allowed) if I was to pay with a card a percentage was charged also. So they wanted me to pay cash

Transporting a truck back to RYDER, for them. Family owned, and these are kind down to earth people here, who seem to really know what they are doing, un taking care of their customers.

Hubby took his tailgate in to Rincon Collision for an estimate on repairing a dent. No problem, they'd be happy to give him an estimate. No mention of any possible cost. Hubby returns to get the estimate, decides it's more than he wants to spend on his tailgate...and Rincon Collision says he owes them $50 for the estimate! Guy says "well, I had to do a little work to see what was involved." Really? Of course, he had to do a little work to see what's involved! All people giving estimates have to do a little work! Hubby doesn't want to make a scene....PAYS the $50 that he was charged(I believe illegally, as I think it's law in GA that auto repair places cannot do anything that costs money without prior approval of the customer- but even if I'm wrong about the legality, it's certainly bad business). Before the end of the day, he had probably told the story 25 times, and now I'm telling it on FB to warn other non-suspecting individuals seeking estimates from Rincon Collision.

Went there to get an estimateall the doors were locked I tried knocking in all the doors they must have been at lunch or they were in there doing something they shouldn't have been doing but I never got the estimate from them.
