This is the second time we are using Crash Champions to repair a damaged vehicle. I have certainly that this repair will be as nothing ever happened. My first repair went amazing, and we were kept informed every step of the way. So far so good. I highly recommend them.

Paint was perfectly matched and windshield was replaced in a timely manner but they went above and beyond with my car. It was cleaned with a deep clean inside and out ! Horrible customer service! Prepare to get hung up on, cussed at, physically bumped by front office staff, while dropping vehicles off for repair as well as management shifting blame to protect employee.All after waiting almost 2 months to get vehicles in for repair.

The young lady acting as receptionist was very rude and condescending. She seemed irritated that she had to unwrap from her blanket, get up from her desk, and go to the back to inquire about our estimate appointment. We took our business elsewhere.

I took my car in for repairs a little over a week ago. I was told due to the parts and holidays it may not be ready till after the new year. I got my car back a week after turning it in. And I would have thought the car was brand new and I had just purchased it. Fabulous job! Thank you

After an unfortunate event, I needed a new bumper on my Tahoe. I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate the following business day of this event. I received an estimate for the bumper and plastic panel replacement for what I feel was a reasonable price as the bumper would need to be painted. Harold's worked around my schedule allowing me to drop off my Tahoe a few days early as I was leaving the state on business. Knowing the day that I would return, they had my Tahoe ready! For what I call my unfortunate event, Harold's team catered to my needs and provided great customer service. I have no negative words for this group! They were patient with my numerous calls and requests. And I cannot thank them enough. My Tahoe's new bumper is perfect, beautiful, and matches exceptionally with the rest of her! While I hope I never have to return, if another event/accident does occur, I will be back!

My appointment is so far in the future, but a gentleman there reattached my bumper where it was hanging loose, and stitched it up so it looks waaay better... while I wait patiently for Harold's to work its magic on my brand new Honda Touring that a dingle-berry rear-ended while I still had on 30-Day tags!

They did a great job repairing my truck. It took 4 days to complete the work, which is how long they told me. These guys are pretty popular and stay booked, so if you're looking to get an appointment soon, you will not. Prepare for your appointment to be 2-3 months out. Not only did they do a great job with the repairs, but they also cleaned it out. My truck was covered in pollen when I gave it to them, and the inside had dog hair everywhere (I have 2 dogs that shed like crazy) and the floor was full of dirt/sand due to my husbands work boots. They cleaned out the majority of the dog hair, they scrubbed my floor mats clean, made the inside smell great, did a quick wipe down of the inside, washed the outside and wiped down the outside of my tires. They went the extra mile when they didn't have to.Service: Body & Trim

Was able to get my part a month early ,Finished on time ,did a great job on my car. Staff even offered to help me get me rental back. Bonus was cleaned my car.

Excellent replacement and painting of front fender and bumper on 2016 Mazda 6. They completed repair in seven business days. Everyone I spoke to at Harold's was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This place is awesome. Took my car for an estimate. Got the details of that. Had them repair my car from an accident and they kept me in the know of what was going on. They clean my car before they called me to pick up. This was a bonus cuz my car needed the windows cleaned and the floor vaccumed bad. Great work y'all.

Used to be Harold's Auto Body but was bought by some franchise brand or something. They make you do a "virtual estimate" submission by texting you a website link. It's somewhat confusing and not user friendly. The lady taking my information claims it's all the same people and nothing is different except the owner, but it sure doesn't seem like it. I've had a few vehicles repaired there when it was Harold's and felt like I was a valued customer, but this visit made me feel like I was just a number. I absolutely hated the "virtual estimate" and ended up not getting the work I need done here.

I hit a deer and was in a bind and without a car. These guys were AMAZING. Tracy drove all the way to Florida to make sure he could get a part to repair my car quicker than it would have taken otherwise. All of the reps have amazing customer service skills and really care about the customer. Hands down 10 out of 10 and that is not an easy standard to make with me as the judge. Use Crash Champions!

The personnel at Harold's were kind and accommodating. They did a great job with my truck and communicated with me for every part of the process. Worst body shop I've ever dealt with, no one there is on the same page. Waited 3 months to get my vehicle in, to the be told we didn't order the parts, finally got the parts 5 months later then to be told we thought we had the parts. Btw the vehicle is still sitting at the body shop 1 month after we was told to bring it in. Incompetence at it's best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

He kept me informed of the work progress and the vehicle was completed when he said it would be. He was friendly and very professional. My 2020 Chrysler 300 was sent to Harold s they did a phenomenal job on my car, from aligning my trunk, hood how it was supposed to be since it came from the factory unaligned properly, which was no big deal Harold s took care of it and got everything looking amazing, had a chip on the driver front panel and Harold s fixed the chip also, the chip was pretty deep and of course missing paint, they blinded in the paint, and you can t tell it was repainted, nor can you feel the chip or anything. They did such an amazing job on my car, I am very happy with the business they provided with taking care of my baby. A big thank you to Eddie for taking such good care of my car and keeping me in the loop, and also a big thank you to all the staff for helping.Service: Body & Trim

The service I received from the Harold's team was amazing. I was treated like I was their most important customer from the moment I pulled up to the day I picked up my car after repairs were completed. The communication was professional. The Owner was passionate about his company. Considering they are a 30+ year company that helps around 50+ customers per week they did not loose or sacrifice their personal attention to me, their customer. Being a business owner myself knowing the standards I expect from my team. Harold's Wowed me from start to finish! Oh and by the way my repair was a small one under $1500.00 repair. If I ever need body work or painting they will be who I look to first!

I had to take my car in for repairs as a result of a car accident. The staff was very polite and friendly and the communication was very effective. So far all is good with my vehicle. I would recommend them to those seeking repairs.

It's easy for a company to look good when everything goes right, Harold's was able to impress even when it didn't. There was a delay in my repairs which has to be expected at times. Harold's wowed by keeping me informed, going out of their way to make it right, and then spending what I assume was a significant amount of time cleaning my car inside and out before returning it to me (long blonde hair in a black interior car, infuriating to clean). They treated me like I was their best customer even though I only needed a $350 repair. No question, I will return next time I need a repair and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you Eddie, Betty, Scott and the rest of the team at Harold's!
