The customer service clerks are awesome. Fabi , Tia, Nae and angel. But who stood out most was the worker Jojo works so hard for us to have clean shower. The rest room or superbly cleans. Thanks Jojo great job. Jojo is so friendly and loves her work very much.

My GPS took me to the back of the road middle of nowhere on my way to Savannah instead of intersection 285 North. Really peculiar. Didn't have the chance to find a rest stop. On my way back home, close to midnight I was plenty tired from the scolding heat and from the beach. Google map found TA travel Center where I knocked out until 6 in the morning. Neat place. Random travelers and local workers flocked to the area. Pretty safe since there's plenty of other cars, truck, trailers, and RV parked.

Great place to stop and rest, big parking lot, clean bathrooms and showers. Lots of options to eat around, as well as nice and friendly staff. The only issue you need to be aware is that the reserve parking spots are not mark down so verify with the front desk before you shut down for the night. There is personnel that patrol the parking to enforce the reserved parking so if you are in the wrong spot you will be ask to pay if is available or move if it already reserved.

Travel Center/Truck Stop. Clean restrooms with BP Gas. Travel center includes Fuddruckers Greatest Hamburger and Popeyes Louisiana Chicken. Dog friendly area.

This is the most pathetic excuse of a truck stop out there, in all honesty. I use the csc mobile app to do my laundry. I loaded $20 on the app to do laundry only to find out from the staff afterwards that the app doesn't work there, if that's the case, they need to post signage saying so, that way people don't waste money.Also, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, I come to this place, the restaurants are always closed. What's the freaking point in having restaurants that are never open.The men's restroom is pathetic! USED TOILET PAPER all over the floors, paper towels are non existent to dry your hands with, they're always empty, garbage cans are overflowing, it's just down right disrespectful to truck drivers that spend their day driving around complete incompetence and then we have to go park in a paid spot, in a truck stop full of incompetent people. The trucking industry has severely went downhill!This isn't a 1 time occurrence either, it's every single time I come to this place. I will go take my business to loves and pilot/flying j from now on!

I usually stop here for gas on the way to Florida but this time I went in the store to purchase a seat cushion. I found the store to be very clean and well organized. The prices were fair and the staff was very friendly.

Manager Becca was very helpful. Stopped what she was doing stocking shelves to come help the cashiers at the register. Couldn't figure out something with my points in the app and she helped me figure it out and was very friendly. Both cashiers also seemed friendly, place was clean, decent food variety in the store even though restaurants were under construction.

It s only a matter of time before the greed of charging for parking in over 75% of the lot is shown for what it is. Greedy FraudThis is not the way to operate a business this wouldn t be tolerated at your local grocery store when you went shopping or to Walmart just imagine the ludicrous of them charging you to park to shop at there location.No customer service

Restroom in decent shape. Lots of snacks and drinks. BP fuel products. The parking lot is not level if you were thinking of getting a nap in your RV.As of February 2023, the Popeye's and Fuddruckers are "temporarily closed."

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Restrooms are filthy. No seat covers, tissue and garbage everywhere. If you're traveling North on 95 there is a Loves within a mile at the next exit.

Shower was really gross, hair in the sink from someone shaving, stains on toilet seat, dusty and moldy. Shower water was also stuck on hot. Employees were not welcoming and didn't even responded when we said "good evening" this is the worst TA I've been to.

11/3/21: I LOVE the Richmond Hill, Georgia TA (Travel Centers of America) on GA Hwy-17!� Located at 4401 GA Hwy-17, Richmond Hill, GA 31324, it's open 24/7; has nice clean bathrooms, a BP Gas Station, and a wonderful assortment of coffees, hot & cold snacks, salads, plenty of chips, and a wide variety of candy & gum.� Both a Fuddruckers Burgers and Popeye's Chicken are in the leftside of the TA building as well.For Truck Drivers/Travellers, there's also a Transflo Express System, Showers, Laundry Room, small TV Theater,� Slot Machines, and both Trucking & Auto Supplies as well as lots of T-Shirts, Wallets, Books, and a NICE selection of Gift Items.��More photos will follow soon! There's also a McDonald's, Suncoast Gas, and a Quality Inn Hotel directly across the street; and a KFC & Taco Bell in the next block down from them.

WHY IS 80% OF THE TRUCK PARKING "RESERVE PARKING".This paying for parking is getting more out of control and more unscrupulous every year.I fueled $500 here and spent money in the store. Free parking is full, so now I have to spend $18 to park my rig for 10 hours?GTFO.

Arrived at TA in Richmond Hill around 10:15 am on November 8th 2023 to get an oil change on my truck. There was no one in the bay when we arrived.went inside talk to customers service lady at the right side, next to the window. She said it will take an hour so we went over and got something to eat. Went back and no one had touched my truck. I was there for four hours waiting for Michael the mechanic to finish up. They sits around talking and cursing in front of the customers.The worse experience i ever had.

Been sitting at this shop since 1 pm for a trailer tire replacement..: see 3 mechanics working on 1 truck and that truck is only getting a pm .... me and the driver beside me been waiting at there door to be pulled in for a hour now ... TA y all need to do better and get a express lane... the mechanics are in the office when they need to be out here fixing on these trucks ..it s now 4:22 and we ve been pulled up since 3 :15... it s now 6:46 pm and me and the other guy is still in the door 5 hour laters for trailer blow outs .... listen trucker family go to the loves down the street if you need any repairs these guys are sorry as hell

Willy and the lady technician are forsure the best and people you can rely on I had a bad discharge hose and no one had it they had it custom made and fittings and put on my truck not to mention Willy spent all day trying to figure it out driving everywhere and calling everywhere I really appreciate that and thank them a lot if I could I would put 100 start because they deserve it!!!!!!!!

I was woke up out of a good sleep and was told to move. They had police officers out there moving anyone who was not in a parking space. The showers are crappie out dated and no water pressure . The staff are pleasant and good customer service. But the making the drivers move was uncalled for. We the drivers that were told to move weren't in the way or blocking anything or anyone.

Would not recommend them. 2 week ago I lost my load because I was stuck there for over 15 hours to do a 15 minute repair on my roof by patching a hole in my roof. All it needed was a 3" x 8" patch put on a flat roof. After the 15+ hour wait they fix it in 15 mins, I can only guess how long it would take to get simple inspection. My guess it would be 2 days at that work speed. If I had a ladder I would have got on the roof and put the patch on it. I get so tied of dealing with people that don't care about truckers time and dot time requirements. They know what drivers are up against and just don't care.

Worst TA I have ever been to. Dirty place no food no Fudruckers no Popeyes nothing. Roller food empty. Nothing for a driver to eat. What s going on TA? It s 9:30 Nov 1 2023 no food?? Watching drivers walk across highway to go to McDonald s. Is this filthy place closing up?? Hey BP is this how it s gonna be since you purchased the chain. Totally disgusted. I always praised Ta/Petro not anymore. Get your act together people. Make sure you stick up and stock up for your AMERICAN driver!!!!Darrell and Robin D

Steve Lindgren is a useless maniac that only sucks energy off everyone else like a leach until there s nothing left for anyone else. Steve loves towing cars and calling the cops, the behavior of a real bootlicking parasite. If you look at him closely, you ll see the mud and leather from cop boots between his teeth. I was going to post a picture of his face I found on google, but it s his personality, not his face that is the issue. Steve is the kind of extremist thug that takes his shortcomings out on everyone else because he lives in the basement of his parents house playing Fortnite, only to come up to feed off creamed corn and weird viscous gelatin that he sucks down within seconds just to feel something of substance for once in his life.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at TA. I as well as several others were attempting to purchase a shower through the app, but to our frustration, the app was down. The TA staff informed us that we would have to wait for at least 45 minutes, and it might take even longer.In contrast, places like Pilot, Flying J, and Loves have a more accommodating approach. They start a line and manually assign showers, even when their systems are temporarily down. What truly soured our experience at TA was the lack of empathy in how they conveyed this information. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful.Regrettably, based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to TA. The poor customer service and lack of consideration for our situation were extremely disappointing.

Store manager had store employee tell me I could not park in a parking spot with my truck and 40' trailer. I stop here a good bit on my travels for fuel and snacks, needless to say I will not be stopping anymore. What's this world coming too when you can't park your truck and trailer in a designated truck and trailer parking spot at a truck stop??

2:42 a.m. I get a persistent knock at the door telling me I have to move from my parking space to about 200' away to another parking space So I comply but it made no sense as the lot was almost empty??? I was parked by the van. No remote for the TV in the driver's lounge

Under construction, restrooms are clean. Lot of parking spaces. Some of them are reserved parking but always empty,Parking lot not clean.Waffle House and Wendy s and KFC Taco Bell on other side of parking lot. And a chrome shop and truck wash. Hotels at walking distance.One stop for Truckers.

Very clean bathrooms. This place has plenty of gift items as well as travel necessities and amenities, travel pillows and electronic paraphernalia.
