I have used Richmond Hill Auto Care before. Lee and Ray are the best. Liz is always helpful. The whole bunch is so friendly, I am a customer for life. They are professionals and try to do everything they can to help you through the difficult times. They let me use a loaner car, so I didn't miss any time from work. Betty Miller

My car shut off in the middle lane of 95 in Georgia. I had enough momentum that I could get over to the shoulder of the road. I did not know what just happened to my car. We called AAA. They came and towed us to the Richmond Hill auto care. we later found out that my car had thrown a Piston rod through the motor we were 741 miles from home. We did not know anybody in this area. The staff they were amazing they treated us just like Family. they guided us on what we had to do to get the car fixed because it was under a extended warranty because of doing a motor recalls the motor was covered so it had to go to a Kia dealer otherwise, Richmond Hill auto care would have taken care of the motor.if you ever need any work done I highly recommend this business. These guys are great. They will take care of any of your auto needs,I don t know why you would go anywhere else.

Went 30 minutes out of my way to get my brakes checked out and I m glad I did! I had to get an oil change and they had very fair prices considering I ve been to multiple car places all giving me a quote of upwards of $120. I felt they were honest about what they were charging and were so helpful and nice! They even printed out what it was that I would eventually need to get done for my car which was appreciated since I don t have too much knowledge on all the different services needed for cars

Jay and the crew at RH Auto Care are awesome! My car is running smooth as silk. I had used them years prior and never had a problem. Once I moved back they were the only place I would take my car to. That have saved my cars in the past and I will continue to trust them to save my future ones. The pricing is straight forward and competitive. Nothing is done without a full detailed explanation and no services are pressured. I am very satisfied and happy with all the services they provide. It s definitely a small town feel, which I appreciate with our growing community!

I have 16 Explorer with 128k on the odometer, needed a lot of work done to it. Motor mounts, radiator flush w/ new hoses, transmission service, brake fluid flush/ fill, & tps sensor swap. The guys At Richmond Hill auto had fair pricing and were able to complete all the work in 1 day. Runs like new. I will be going back to them in the future.

I needed two new tires, and Mr. Lee ordered them for me. The R.H. Auto Care Team are always customer friendly, everyone knows me by name..and that feel absolutely wonderful. More than anything I value how well any work is done on my car. Your team is wonderfully professional and friendly. I recommend you all the time :)

After months of intermittent issues with our steering assist / AC we finally decided to get it repaired. Several quotes and conversations later we decided to go with Richmond Hill Auto Care.To say that this was the absolute best experience with a mechanic is an understatement. Liz was absolutely AMAZING. I have never felt more comfortable with a repair shop. She answered all of my million and one questions. They underpromised and certainly over delivered.They got me on the schedule the same week and had my vehicle repaired the following Monday. Originally promised back until Tuesday of the following week. They quote me with everything they thought they had to do but once under the hood they only did/charged what they had to do. Which was ALOT less than quoted/approved. Integrity! Nothing more, nothing less. I had also planned on getting an Uber back home but NO, they didn t allow that and gave me a rental for the weekend. If you ever need a repair shop, they should be your go to!

I've been using NAPA as my preferred car service station for a few years now and have never been disappointed. On my most recent service, I was fully prepared to have my brake pads changed and to pay several hundred dollars, which I consider normal. NAPA took the extra step to check first and saw that it just needed cleaning. That level of extra care is one of many reasons I keep going back, because they clearly actually care about the customer and providing quality customer service.

Did not fix the problem. They changed some spark plugs and didn t tighten the valve cover. The car spurted oil all over the engine and electrical wires, almost catching on fire. They endangered my daughter s life and caused us enormous pain and expense. A tow, several Uber rides, a rental car and a new repair bill for $1700. The car needed a new computer module which is the repair they should have done but didn t. Then more spark plugs and cleaning burnt oil off the engine. Not happy with this shop.

The reviews are what drove our decision to give Richmond Hill Auto Care the opportunity to service our Mercedes and we couldn t be happier with the service. The expectations were set and met. The price is what it is, and with regard to having the entire AC system replaced, about what I would have expected. That said, a clean and free loaner was provided, and everyone was kind, polite and friendly. I will definitely go back and feel comfortable putting my family into any vehicle they service.

I was traveling down from Tennessee back home to Florida and I struck something on the road. Flat tire warnings blaring and no idea where I was I pulled off my nearest exit. I really am glad I was towed here! Everyone at this business was beyond friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get my car back to working order in great time. I would honestly make the drive back up just to stop in again, amazing people, and amazing service! Thank you again!- William C. Kruse

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly business. They took care of the issues I suspected my car had. Replaced the cooling fan, replaced my battery and an oil change. Next.....New tires...Oh, BTW, Lee (Service Advisor) gave me a ride home after dropping my car off and came and gave me a ride back to the business to pick my car up (fighting the outrageous, grueling Richmond Hill afternoon traffic grind.) Thanks to Jay, Liz, Lee and my awesome techs and everyone else at RHAC for the fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Richmond Hill Auto Care to EVERYONE!!!!

I will never take my vehicles anywhere but here ! They are fair, Deliver as promised, and all staff have excellent customer service Performance. They repair things that others have charged me for, but never was fixed, but one trip to Richmond Hill Auto Care paid off with final fix and guaranteed !

Never have I experienced the hospitality I received with this company before. I highly highly recommend this place! From the phone call to the schedule to the time I walked out. When I walked in they were offering a couple who didn t have the money for a service a deep discount so they wouldn t be on the side of the road. I knew at this point I made the right decision going there.

Truck had died and had it towed here. It took four days start to finish for a fuel pump replacement. That's a pretty fair turn around based on how busy they are. Busy means fair prices and good service. I received both. Lee at the counter was receptive, followed up and then explained the details. I highly recommend this team. Close, convenient and fair prices. Can't beat that.

The staff at Richmond Hill Auto Care went above and beyond what was expected to help us out in an emergency situation after our car hit an obstacle on I-95. They diagnosed the problem, tried to get needed parts and helped us get back on the road the same day. We truly appreciated the care and genuine concern for our situation. I have been a customer to this shop for about 4 years now and they are awesome. Lee is great, he never leaves me in the dark about my truck. He calls with updates to keep me informed. The whole shop is great. Can t find a honest mechanic then you have to come here. Old fashion great service. You leave your car in good hands and know you will get honest work. I love that you're able to make appointments at this spot, the first cone first serve thing most local spots do is difficult when you've got a busy schedule.The folks at Richmond Hill Auto Care got my AC up and running wonderfully, allowed me to drop my car off the night before the appointment, and had things handled before the day was done.They are remarkably kind and knowledgeable at this location, the prices are manageable and it will be my first thought the next time my car needs some TLC.

Our car broke down in Georgia as we were driving to Florida. We had no idea who to call. Thankfully the tow truck recommended Richmond Hill Auto Care and as soon as I spoke to Liz I knew it was going to be ok. Thankfully it was only the battery. But she kept us informed every step of the was. And kept testing it to make sure that was all it was. When I went to pick it up the people were fantastic. I have already recommended them to my friends who drive from Florida to NY. They made a difficult time so much easier. I cannot thank them enough

I was in Richmond Hill visiting family and needed a repair done on my car quickly before making the long drive home. I called Richmond Hill Auto Care around 8am and was told to come over at 11:00am. They looked at my car, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and what it would cost, did the repair, and all in just over an hour. The cost even ended up being less than what they quoted me. Everyone at Richmond Hill Auto Care was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jay and his crew have done repairs and routine maintenance on my cars and pickup for 15 years now. All work is done to the highest standards using top-drawer parts and materials. Recently Jay and tech John Eisener did a complete mechanical restoration on my 67 year old Army jeep. Only the most expert, highly competent mechanics could have accomplished this. This shop can overcome any problem, find any part and always stand behind their work. They are not the most inexpensive but top quality seldom is. They are totally honest and you will be satisfied with the results.

Mr. Lee and Ms. Liz are wonderful. The crew fixed my 1998 Silverado for both emissions and a speed sensor for ABS. It did take some time, but that was to be expected. The check engine light came back on within a few days for the same fault. They swapped out the part same day and installed it-all covered under their warranty. On top of that they are great to interact with-funny and kind. I highly recommend them.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was awesome! Miss Liz and Lee are knowledgeable and caring! Lee made me aware of another issue that needs to be addressed without pressuring. Thank you Lee and Nancy so much. These guys went above and beyond service. My story: I was moving from Florida to South Carolina and broke down in Georgia. Being a female and traveling alone was kind of scary. They were extremely helpful and honest.they fixed my car and I was back on the road next day. They even gave me a ride to and from the hotel. Good people...highly recommended.

Came in for a refrigerant repair and it went great but two day later the system had zero refrigerant in it. Brought the truck back and they quickly diagnosed the problem again. But came back with a bill for 1400 which in all sincerity is not a bad price for the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, they were not willing to cover any cost on a missed diagnosis or a missed leak. However, they want to claim it happened or didn t happen. I even spoke them them and told them I was willing to pay for the part that needed to be replaced in full. I told them I would split the cost of the labor , because I know the gentleman s labor still need to be covered. They would not budge . So with this unfortunately I will not be using this facility to make any repairs anymore .

Brand new serpentine belt began shredding after 3 months of driving our Tacoma around town. Called, spoke to Lee and Bubba, and they had the vehicle in the shop in less than 48 hours. The technician did a great job replacing the new belt, runs like a top now, and will be back for next service in Richmond Hill.
