This company did a phenomenal job on my 2022 Corvette, C8 convertible! They were very professional and always communicated throughout the process to let me know the progress on this vehicle. They sent me videos to update me on how the work was being done. It was really hard as this was the first accident I was ever involved in, not my fault, but they made this process very easy. I called them a couple days after the incident, and they quickly got me in and started working on my Corvette. I can t thank everyone enough in that shop for doing such a wonderful job. I m sure I was a pain to deal with, but they were absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend them!

This place had me fooled by all the positive reviews here is my assessment which is factual.**** Extremely Poor Communications. ******** Failed to meet Scheduled times or commitments ******** Painter is Arrogant, Self Centered and Disrespectful ******** Painter left Shop Supply s in the bed of my truck ********* Painter Failed to provide a Clean Fresh Paint job**** ( Lots of Orange Peel ) BUYER BEWARE**** Owner is Nice and Caring but failed to Quality Control and Quality Assurance ******* Shop Uses Quality Paint and Supply s but painter does not care about Quality ******The Owner Jennifer offered to have the Orange Peel Removed but I felt the Painter would do an even less of a quality job so I declined to have them fix what the painter failed to do. After speaking to neighbors who have had their vehicles taken there I found that Orange peel is an existing problem for this shop.

A few weeks ago I had a incident where I damaged my tailgate on my 2022 Super Duty. The owner and her artisans (body and paint) completed the repair and it looks flawless like it never happened. They saved me a decent amount of money by being able to repair the damaged metal vs buying a new tail gate.They will be my repair shop going forward 100%.First class service every step of the way.Thank youEric PetriccaServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was recommended so we gave it a try. Our BMW rear quarter panel was crushed in which is a difficult place to fix. Insurance recommended they cut the entire area out and weld in another. i disagreed since structural integrity and safety would be lessened. I told PT I wanted them to pull the dents. They said they would try and gave us a 2 week turnaround. They did it in one week! And it looks like it never happened. Jennifer and her staff did an outstanding job! Highly recommended.

I was involved in a car accident that caused damage to the front and rear to my car. We had never used Personal Touch Collision before, but decided to avoid the "chain" shops and try a local spot. Jennifer and her family aka her crew were professional and absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and promptness is what makes their shop award winning. Julia, the office manager, is a rock star as well! I hope that I don't need a body shop in the future, but if I so, they will be my first call. So far we have only had a consult with them. Professional, got to us in a timely manner, gave us options and all the information we needed to make the body repair decisions necessary for my daughter s car. Or pushy, honest, knowledgeable about their craft and friendly. I was going to look into other estimates but gained confidence in knowing of all expenses give or take that I ll be paying and confidence their work will be as good as our experience thus far! I ll keep y all updated once we have them get us an appointment and completed the body repair. I highly recommend checking them out when looking into estimates for your vehicle body repair needs.

A couple of months ago I side-swiped a garbage can and broke my passenger side mirror. I was able to purchase a replacement on Amazon, and had Personal Touch Collision paint it to match my car, and install it. I appreciate the friendly and professional service extended to me by Jennifer, the owner of the business.

The staff was absolutely professional. I had an issue with my sunroof leaking, so I went to Personal Touch to get it fixed and see if I needed an estimate for insurance to repair anything serious. They were flexible with my appointment time, so I came in a bit early. I spent a total of about 20 minutes there, and they fixed the problem on the spot. They showed the epitome of small business customer service. They have a permanent new customer for anything that I may need that they can handle, and they have also earned a great referral from me. I went here because I went to the Jeep dealership and they kept saying the noise my car was making was normal. Personal Touch collision took 3 seconds to figure out what was wrong with my Jeep. They treated me with great respect. They also gave me pointers on how to to talk to other mechanics so that way they don t ignore me. They don t take advantage of people who don t know much about vehicles. Ask for Ron he is amazing.

I couldn t thank the owner Jen and her son William enough for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! I had gotten into a car accident and they did an amazing job in a timely manner. They are extremely personable, professional and genuinely care about you and your needs. Jen is super sweet and willing to go the extra mile to help. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs!

The owner did a really nice job getting a dent out of my car. Not only was everyone extremely pleasant but the service itself was amazing. Absolutely amazing body shop and super professional. Very timely and flawless work. Made the insurance claim process super easy. The gentleman who helped me was very professional, answered all of my questions and was able to put together an estimate of damaged to my car. He took his time, looked the car over very systematically and then was able to put together an appropriate appraisal. The lobby was clean, well organized and professional in appearance right down to the coffee pot ready for waiting patrons

My son and his gf are heading home from Gainesville, FL to Washington DC, and his Jeep literally started to fly apart on the highway. Super unsafe. They happens to be near Personal Touch, who were, in my son s words, the nicest people I ve ever met, and got his car in shape to make the rest of the trip, and FAST. As a worried parent, I am indebted to them, and can t commend them enough for their kindness. If I lived in Georgia, they d be my go-to for EVERYTHING. Thank you, Personal Touch. My wife and I (and son and his girlfriend) are so grateful for your kindness!!!

Owner Jennifer and her staff did a great job on both the exterior and interior of my Mercedes. She worked well with USAA and kept the price low. Fantastic job! I highly recommend this shop.

Update:Took a second car there to work on and they did me a solid like the first time. They are consistent in their good work. I could not ask for anything more as a consumer, spending my hard earned money. Thanks Personal TouchXXXXTheir quality service is in the name. I was helped by the general manager and owner. I checked with two other shops and Personal Touch was the only one that gave me an estimate that did not involve a price range. One shop quoted me $3,000-$8,000. Huh? Personal Touch ran into some issues which I am sure the other shop would have exploited and ripped me off, but they kept their word by keeping the price upon the agreed which was below the low end other the other shop. The car looks GREAT! The car has been in my family for 22 years and I cannot remember it looking as good as it does now. I plan to take another car there. Take yours, you will be happy.

My vehicle needed a minor repair. A tree limb had knocked my passenger side mirror off.They took great care of me and my problem. A job that other shops had quoted at almost $300. they worked with me and my bill was a fraction of that.When the need arises I will absolutely be calling on them again!

I went by without an appointment, I had a dent in my front bumper and they quickly fixed it within 10 minutes. They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone! From now on I will be taking my vehicles to them!

Jennifer and her entire staff are such a pleasure to work with. They always go over and above the expected. They arranged the rental car company pickup and return and took care of working with the insurance company. Don t risk your repairs with any other company.

Horrible service. The women I spoke with was so rude and unprofessional she said she was the owner. If you are the owner of a company you should learn how to treat people and not talk poorly about other auto repair shops in your own town. Took my car to one of the places she spoke poorly of and they did a great job and new exactly what my vehicle needed. Not only that they were professional and fixed my vehicle a timely manner. I would stay away from this repair shop if the owner is this rude and disrespectful I can only imagine the quality of the repairs.

I had some body work done in January 2014, and some of the body work included a windshield replacement on my 2013 Buick Enclave. Well, Personal Touch Collision sub-contracted the windshield replacement to a guy named Ruben, and the job was completely horrible. Every time it rains, water gets into my truck. I took the Enclave to the dealer, and they said the windshield was not sealed correctly, and that if failed the pressure test. Personal Touch went to the GM dealership in Hilton Head to supposedly repair the fixed windshield; however, as of today (Friday, April 18, 2014), the repair was unsatisfactory. It's raining today, and water is still getting inside my truck. Stay away from this shop if you need any glass repair or windshield replacements. I tried to get reimbursed, and they have a guy named Jeff calling me saying that Personal Touch is not liable, but Ruben is liable. That is a bold face lie. The contract was between me and Personal Touch Collision. The windshield guy (Ruben) is not in my contract. Furthermore, Ruben broken the clips on the cowl panel that sits at the bottom of my windshield. This whole scenario has been a nightmare. No one wants to take responsibility for the wrong that is done to customers.

I have been to several collision and mechanical repair shops in my 24 years of driving. They have a great attitude and bent over backwards to make sure that my repairs were done promptly with least amount of inconvenience to me. I trust them for all of mechanical and collision work. The people there are the definition of what customer service should be!!!
