First time coming yesterday and the process was so smooth. It didn t take long, received my discount as advertised and was provided a list of things my car needed even if not provided there. Thankful I found a good location very close to me and I will be returning.

The hospitality was awesome never had an oil change were they check everything about your car love it. This is the place to go. We been in Georgia for 2 years and this is overall the best place to go.

Update: Back for the 2024 oil change. They have exactly the same service. Fast, friendly and easy. My mom and I have been usingVictory Lane Quick Oil Change (Rex, GA) for years and never had any issues.Easy peasy, drive up gentleman directs you into a bay, he hooks all the sensors and equipment up. You sit in the shade while the equipment does its magic and he is doing manual stuff like washing the windshield, checking lights, blinkers, etc. He is very friendly and fast. We even brought a second car the same day to get the 20% discount offered for you or a friend to use.

Their customer service was superb, no comparison with other places that I've been before to get my oil changed, this company is by far the best. They were very detailed, the shop was neat, clean and very organized. I would highly recommend this company to all friend, family and the General Public.

Amazing place to go for car service. I went in for a last minute oil change and they closing up. The owner came out and introduced himself and asked me what I needed done and pulled me in for service. The staff and technicians were all kind and friendly and new their jobs. Kudos to the owner on having an clean environment facility. He even had southern hospitality by asking did I wanted water during the process of getting my car service. I received coupons with a victory lane quick oil bracelet and a discount on services . I left as a Happy new customer. Great Experience

Thoughtful, fast and comprehensive service. I have been looking for a new oil change place for a while and these guys exceeded my expectations. They were customer service oriented, safety oriented, they let me know everything that needed to be fixed, and answered all of my questions with a smile. I went in for an oil change and fuel system flush. Mr. Will and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind! I appreciate great customer service and this team delivered! This shop is an amazing addition to the ClayCo community. I am so glad they opened, and it s has been beautifully restored. Veteran opened, operated, extremely professional, kind, and quick. I highly recommend you check these gentlemen out. This was my first time visiting a victory lane oil change establishment. I opted to come get my oil change here instead of jiffy lube due to the reviews. I wanted to see for myself if this business was five star worthy, and the answer is YES.My rep (Justin) was very polite and helpful. He showed me all the packages they offered without any pressure attached and helped me decide what things I should be looking out for coming up as far as service goes.You just cannot beat someone servicing your car as soon as you pull up, while you re still sitting in your car, with NO BS. They literally show you what s going on with your car while they work. The Oil change was done in about 10 mins. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys, y all are exactly what the other 5 star reviews state.Service: Oil change

I discovered this new business by a marketing card that came in the mail. The establishment is black owned so I wanted to support. Service was top tier and the staff went above and beyond to make sure they covered every step. They offered water and was very friendly. I did not catch both of their names but I do remember one being named Andre. The bays were very clean and the atmosphere felt pleasant (that s a big deal for me because my previous place always had drama with each other or customers lol). They are a little pricier imo, but were nice enough to give me a discount on my first time service, which was because I brought in a discount card that didn t cover exactly the service I required. I will be a returning customer and will spread the word.Service: Oil change

I answered questions and did a few vehicle checks. Victory Lane changed my oil and air filter. Not much wait time for the whole process and that's important as well as price. I could feel the difference while driving. Great job Victory. Highly recommended.

I have been going to them since October 2022 and haven t had any problems until May 2023. I came in for an oil change and they told me my oil drain plug was stripped which no one informed me about. So I called to get some clarification of what direction I need to get some type of reimbursement or something to get my drain plug removed. When I called the owner he was rude and nonchalant about the whole ordeal. He told me that his team told me it was stripped and I informed him that I did not receive that information. He basically called me a liar as other people have said the same thing .. either way I will not be returning and due to the lack of compassion shown to the situation.Service: Oil change

The service I received just on the phone even before getting to the shop from Justin and James was the reason I decided to go in. When I arrived at the shop as soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a very friendly man who turned out to be the owner William (Even though Justin we know who the real "MAN" is ) I was offered something to drink while I waited, which was not long at all, considering it was on a Friday evening about 5:56 and they close at 6:00. My oil change was done and everything was explained every step of the way. Overall on my first visit I would definitely have to give the entire staff and experience a solid 10. And William even prevented what could have been a very bad accident by a careless driver, when I was leaving the shop Thanks again I will definitely recommend Best of luck guys Service: Oil change

Justin and Herman were very thorough with my oil change. I pulled up and immediately got serviced. They took their time doing the oil change, making sure everything was done correctly. They explained every step and were very professional and polite. They even offered us drinks while we were waiting in our car and gave my daughter a popsicle! They didn t have the oil filter in stock for my car so they had to go to the local parts store to obtain. This will be my go to place for an oil change in the future. The best part was the price. The oil change which is regularly 109.99 was half off. I drove away paying $58 bucks. Go check them out, they ve only been open two months.Service: Oil change

Took pride in service.They also report your service s to Carfax which all other places do not offer you this.It shows that your maintenance is being kept up on your vehicle.
