This place is only good for oil changes maybe not even that. We ve been coming here for many years (5-6 to be exact) & over the last 2-3 years (basically since the pandemic) their service drastically declined!! The most recent issue was my little sister had a very small coolant leak when she took her car here to get her brakes changed. However when she got her car back (from receiving a brake change) the coolant leak was significantly worse (went from little drops to a puddle overnight). I attached pictures of the old coolant spots (which you see are small drops) & the most fresh coolant spot (which is the huge puddle that miraculously happened overnight after we received her car back from them) We took it to another mechanic (who is certified & works in a similar auto care shop - i want to avoid adding their info to prevent backlash) & he informed us someone damaged her coolant pipe (pictured below) which was causing a massive leak. Never again will we bring our cars here. Again this isnt the first time we ve had issues with them but this was definitely the worse. We will be going to the one on north henry from now on. Car owners beware of this auto shop.

They definitely took care of me & my vehicle. I bought a used car that needed quite a few things & Mr. James & staff were able to do everything & more. They even offered to take me home & pick me up because I didn t stay too far. Prices were affordable. My car still works.

They do what they say they will but grossly overcharge for anything bigger than a oil change. Additionally rather than diagnosing the actual issue they will routinely localize it to a part or system and recommend replacement when a repair would be cheaper and more prudent. They will have you buy parts for replacement that you may not actually need to solve issue but it is simpler and more lucrative for them.

Got everything done here on my car within an hour. Full service for a great price. And my mechanic Doug even found a couple of things wrong. I needed to get fixed on the spot at an affordable rate with the manager in a timely manner. They are so great and professional at this shop. I am making this my shop for my full service every year.

My husband got his car serviced here. It was at an unbeatable price. The car dealership wanted a lot more for simple work and inexpensive parts. My husband found his own parts and just needed the labor. Good Time Auto was able to squeeze him in for the same day. The only issue he had was during services he was contacted about an additional part he needed to purchase to complete his car. Well, after calling a few auto part stores, he was told that the part he was looking for didn't exist. It ended up with us laughing but confused as to how the mechanic didn't know the part was just a standard auto hose. Other than that small misunderstanding, we will definitely return.

Start judging places by reviews, owned by people from different country. Good at first but after a while they're going to turn on you like a snake. They don't care who they step on to get it. You'll see

Check engine light came on. Told we needed a catalytic converter, and something else. Light came on again and again. They had my car for almost a month and charged almost $3000 only to say they can't figure it out. Returned it on empty and Only refunded approx. $900. Took to dealership and was told they did the wrong thing. Dealership cost $2200. My husband had been going there for years and trusted them. I'm considering what actions I should take. Do the right thing and at least refund the labor.

Do not recommend myself. Went to get a tire plugged paid 15 + waited over an hour . Tire was going flat next morning. That is the only service I received and will ever receive from them.

1st they ordered the wrong mass air flow sensor. When the correct device was finally connected, I had to go back in because it was faulty. My car cut off in the middle of the road. They then discovered an issue with my throttle body. I had to wait several days for the part to come. I went in to have it replaced, and of course it took them 30 minutes to realize they had ordered the wrong part. I believe in supporting local businesses, but it was a mistake to choose this particular business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is a horrible place to bring your truck they do not care at all I came in for service guy wrote me up a quote took my keys and then the shop when to lunch left me sitting there for an hour and a half when I finally did went outside to check if they were working on my truck my truck was in the exact place I parked went inside to tell the attendant he said everybody went to lunch the guys got to eat too I was like sure but for an hour and a half and you can send half of the mechanics and send other half later. never coming back wasted my timeService: Oil change

I really hope someone interested in using this establishment for an oil change sees this before taking their vehicle. Okay, I took my 2019 vehicle in for an oil change ($90). I noticed that oil was leaking in my driveway the very same day. I assumed it to be overspill. After a couple of days, it was still leaking. I brought my vehicle back, and the technician claimed that the oil leak was not a result of their work on my vehicle. I knew that couldn t be true, but whatever, my car is under warranty. I then took my vehicle to the dealership, and they told me that the oil change was done incorrectly as they used the wrong O ring . Because of their neglect, I had to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic, and an proper oil change (over $300). TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I attempted to call the shop, and this gentleman was extremely rude and disrespectful. Contacting the BBB, period!Service: Oil change

First time visiting the shop, as I tried to find someone who was near me and received good reviews. The employees were very friendly and cordial, easy to talk to. They took my vehicle and were able to diagnose the issue and work on it in a timely manner. I felt comfortable and at ease being there. Will definitely come back for other services or repairs. Great job guys!

I went to them for a timing belt change a few weeks ago. Very reasonable prices and super quick service! My car is running great now. Everyone that I've encountered there is very professional and kind, especially the owner. I'll be using them from now on for my vehicles.

The staff was pleasant enough. The prices are GREAT! It appears that the integrity of the mechanics is in order. I received a thorough explanation regarding the condition of my vehicle. I received an actual walk through and visual of the problem.

Spent almost $600.00 and they couldn't figure out what the check engine light fixture. Had me coming back and forth about 7 times waiting for to talk to the manager about check engine light. They couldn't figure it out and told me that all they could do. I took it next door to another auto shop and they figure what's the problem. They found that the first part that had brought from the beginning, that Good time auto care didn't put it on correctly. It was the first part I brought all long. Also, find out they didn't replace the other parts they claimed they replaced. My hats are off for this company.. Smh!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Good for oil changes but that s it. Told James about my alternator going out, had to bring it back to him twice because the alternator that he put in wasn t functioning like it should. Do not take your car here for major repairs only oil changes

Went into good time due to my moms Recommendation and I really regret it. I initially went in to get a leak fixed in my power steering fluid. While driving home from Good Time THE S a belt came off my car in the middle of the road and my battery turned offI had to get towed back to good time. After they fixed that my car was running well.. only for a few days until My low oil pressure light came on and my car started to have the issues it was having before I brought it in. This time they recommended an oil change which was an extra $105 for my car make. After they add the oil they recommend I buy more oil and they say they ll add more coolant because I had a leak. ( WHICH I NEVER HAD BEFORE I CAME INTO GOOD TIME). It s been a week since I ve been there and now my check engine, low oil, and low coolant sensors are showing and my car is still driving terrible.. Do NOT take your foreign car to Good Time you will get swindledServices: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Let's go check this place out they do auto work like I always say be blessed not stressed strive for success and everything else is the rest happy Friday and just know it's best to come in the morning because after certain times it's going to be packed so if you're trying to get an oil change you have to wait until the next day in the morning and on the weekend it varies

I trust Good Times to work on my car. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Have been going here for more than 3 years and have never been ripped off. Fast and Thorough.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This place is TERRIBLE .... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Not only did they tell us stuff was wrong with our car that wasn t they wanted way more money for nothing! We ended up taking our vehicle to a really good shop in Fayetteville who told us they don t know where they got their diagnostics from! This place is ONLY good for oil changes IF that... which I I wouldn t even go there for that because they re liars. Find another place... you ll be thankful you did!

These people have worked on my 05 Malibu Maxx and my 15 Jeep Cherokee several times. There have been multiple times that I thought I needed a repair more expensive than what was needed. I've got a call from them several times that indicated that the repairs needed was less than what I thought. This has happened on numerous occasions...that's why I keep going back. The repairs that I thought I needed today exceeded 600. They called and said that it was something else that costs nearly half of that. I'll continue to go back. They seem to be honest people.

Good Time Auto Care is a good auto care center that does excellent work. Over the years I have taken many different types of cars to them and no matter what the problem was the always found a way to repair it.

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! I went in for basic oil change. Next day oil is spewing oil. Mechanic says that oil sensor needs to be replaced and they specialize in fixing it. Overcharge for parts and labor. Longer story short, they damaged something else on the car. My mechanic tried to talk to him. They refuse to fix it.CAR HAS NEVER LEAKED OIL UNTIL I TOOK IT TO THEM. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC AND THE CITY.

Do not bring your car here. I had struts and shocks put on and all the bolts were loose. When I drove off and came back and told him that it was making a sound. I was told driving it for a week and let struts kick in. I had to go to another shop to get it corrected. And I came back and told the manager you refused to give me back my money. You're taking a big Chance by bringing your car to the shop

I went here bc the ratings were high. Long story short... they told me I needed new brake pads, rotters, an alignment, censor, and tires. Totalling $1000. I let them get started. Called my uncle just to check on him while in the waiting area. Uncle asked where I'm at. I told him I'm getting new brake pads and rotters. Unc almost spit his drink out. My uncle said I need new brake pads not rotters bc he just checked my car a week prior. They were charging me $400 for rotters I didn't need. I ran outside to request them to stop what they were doing. The owner looked at me with this evil grin and said, "we are going to have to charge you $80 to put your tires back on " I payed it and got the heck out of there. Y'all please don't go here to get all kind of parts replaced that don't need replacing.

Claimed they fixed my car. Same code came up. Refused to check his work called police on me when I asked them to look at it. Took car to the dealer same code fixed the same day I am suing anyone interested in a group lawsuit contact me at dloem1@yahoo.
