I originally gave this establishment 5 stars, which was far too generous. The first time my vehicle was serviced here, I had to return 3 times for the same issue. My car had an overheating problem that continued on after it was serviced; I was told that it was because it had something to do with air leaking into the system, fine. I was patient with them even though I had to bring it back 3 times for them to get all the air out. However, I just picked up my car, which they did a battery change and an oil change and the experience was below average. Let s start with the oil change light still sitting on my dashboard because it hasn t been cleared. I brought it here because it had an issue starting, I of course assumed it was either the battery or starter. After 72 hours I decided to check in on my vehicle, the man that answered read off a bunch of diagnostics that had nothing to do with the car not starting. Then he said Well I don t know I just walked in so idk for sure what s wrong it . When he called back with information that still didn t pertain to why I brought it here, I asked him to just check the battery and do the oil change because they can t be trusted for engine diagnostics. You call their phone 10 times a day and you better pray to that they answer. Idk what schedule that lady at the front desk is on but it seems she shows up when she wants to and makes her own hours. You ll be lucky if a mechanic is walking by the front desk to hear the phone ringing. The mechanics don t communicate with other mechanics and the mechanics don t communicate with the front desk and the front desk doesn t communicate with customers. I m not going to say not to use this business, but don t use it for issues that require a diagnosis. Get your tires changed and your oil and keep it simple with them. They have no one to answer the phones yet when you pull up to the shop, everyone is outside hanging out just listening to the phone ring.

My husband went to shop yesterday 10/19 around 1030am to get a tire. Next morning woke up had an emergency Get outside to see the tire we brought from this location is all the way flat. Tire looks as if it was patched and around my rim has black substance that looks like some kind of sealant. Also let me say we called prior asked for a certain size tire they gave us a different size asked for 225/55/17 or 205/65/16 (currently on my car), the tire we got 215/65/16 (only tire on the car that s different) .This is unacceptable not even 24hrs First time and definitely Last. Sad you can t get good service anymore ppl just wanna make money.UPDATE:I can say I do appreciate how they went about resolving the situation. They replaced the tire and didn t take a long time so far so good

Initially took a vehicle in fto.replace an intake manifold in July 2022. I was told the part was not available due to supply chain issues. I ordered the part , took to the shop and waited for the repair to be completed. Once completed, picked up the car only to have the check engine light come back on. Returned the car to the shop, at which time I was told that the part was the problem and I should wait for part to come from the Atlanta Jeep Dealership.,this was now August . Again, told due to supply issues it would be Sep, then Oct, then November and finally Dec. In late November, I ordered the very part from a Jeep dealership in Bremen, drove to pick it up, took it to the shop and waited for the repair. The following day, at closing, picked up the car. Drove it 33 miles and the check engine light was back on.That was the last straw. Ended up taking it to another repair shop for diagnostic and repair. The job was completed in 3 days and the car is running beautifully. NG had horrible customer service. I had to constantly call to check on the status. They never bothered to let me know anything. This was not the first vehicle I had repaired there and there were problems then. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that was my mistake. Won't be back and won't recommend them to anyone, unfortunately.

I went October 8, 2022 to have my Oil changed I have been there before I had some work done everything was OK nobody never told me that I had a hole in my oil pan I have been to people house I have never had anyone to say anything about Oil on the ground until today when the guy told me that I needed a Oil Pan I asked him could I wait he said oh yes next time you come in get my Oil changed But when I go out in my car and I saw two big puddles oil on the ground up under my car. I called the lady at NG automotive 3:40pm she don't tell me they're closed. she said could I my car back but they were closed. I went back they were close REALLY. She should have said that they were closed I better not get up in the morning and not have any Oil left in my car. If I do there is going to be Big problems. you better believe that!!! I'm never using them never again!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Horrible place. They tightened my lug nuts way to tight. I took it to two other mechanics to gets the lug nuts off and they ended up breaking one because they were so tight. I took it back to them and they at first said they were on very tight and it was hard to get them off. It took them four hours to do this while I sat and waited. They couldn t get the broke lug nut of and said they weren t liable because someone else broke it. But if they wouldn t have put them on so tight it wouldn t have broken. They said they couldn t fix it and they weren t liable because they didn t break the lug nut. So I had to leave with no help from them. And them yelling at me saying it wasn t there fault.

Absolute worst place in powder sorings as far as mechanic shops! I highly recommend to go some where else. Ive been there twice with 2 different vehicles. Once with a truck That I gave them the benefit of the doubt long because there is a lot wrong with the suspension and then I decided to take my car up there worst decision ever. On both vehicles I had to take them back after originally taking it up there for certain reason just to come to find out that they couldn t complete the alignment. The truck they left bolts loose on control arm. On the vehicle they told me they weren t gonna be able to do it because I had parts put on from a mobile mechanic before I brought it up there to get an alignment. The reason I brought it up there was because the mobile mechanic couldn t do the alignment without the machinery or proper equipment to complete the job. Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the job done that they would have to start all the way over with the work that was just done by a different mechanic. I highly recommend do not go there!

The staff was very professional and answered all of my questions. The tech explained that they cleaned the excess oil from the engine and that I should not see any oil drips. They sent a video of the engine and the oil leakage and what needed to be done to correct it, along with an estimate. I was hoping that the finished work would be under the estimate because all of my research said that the job should take 1-2 hours but it was 4.7 hours according to the estimate.I drove the car 300 miles the next day and everything was fine. I highly recommend this shop even though a little pricey.

Amazing work, very respectful and reasonable pricing. I have used them several times and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very satisfied. I was there yesterday and all my issues were corrected and in a timely manner.

Slow. Took 35 minutes to get a tire switched over. Then the older mechanic didn t even want to balance the tire but luckily the younger more professional mechanic took care of us. On our way out the skinny old one was like you ll just call when your ready to sew or fire me. Will not be returning

The receptionist were great! I did ask that air be put into my tires bc they were low after sitting for a year but after dropping close to $800 I still drove off close to closing time with my air tire pressure on. I had to put air in my tires which was a simple request. So they get only 4 stars.

The check-in process was quick and easy. My car was ready when promised. The people were nice. I was able to see the inspection report for my car on-line before I picked it up. I will use them again.

This is by far one of the best shops I have been to in quite some time. The staff is super friendly, professional, and most certainly knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to have the recommended service performed. Keep up the great work!

I just took my car in to check the brakes. Not only did the get to the root of the issue. The staff didn't make me feel like I had to do the repairs right now. No sales person pressure. The staff is friendly and inviting. Want an honest mechanic, this is where you would go!!!

The best auto Care center around. They treat their customers right, and they don't try to rip people off like the rest of the shops in the area. I will be a customer for life with NG.

Brought my car to get an alignment the mechanic drove my car then told me that he cannot align my car because it is too low He did not have to drive my car he could have told me that a long time before having me sit for an hour, I would not recommend this shop to nobody.

A really good spot to get your car maintained. They are professionals and get things done. And they are close to my house.
