Crockett Auto s team is very professional. I ve worked with Maurice, Travis and Neil and they are so helpful and friendly. They know actually what they re doing. I ve gotten my car and my nephew s car fixed. I will Connie to get my service from them. I truly recommend.

Do not recommend. Put brakes on incorrectly which caused extensive damage. When We informed Crockett no response or accountability. I had to take it to another repair shop and pay even more. Be aware!

Extremely professional!!! Came to my residence within one hour to repair my brakes & rotors. Very good work. The repair guy went above & beyond to make sure everything was properly repaired before he left. I highly recommend Crockett Auto. I really enjoy doing business with them because 1. I can get an appointment quickly.2. Convenience, they're mobile. So it allows me to get things done at home while my car is being repaired at my home.3. The owner and staff is knowledgeable and friendly.4. He came out to service both my vehicles at the house same day. Knocked out oil change, new battery l, alternator, coolant reservoir and oil pump on GL550. Works was done satisfactorily and there was no mess or trace of him being there. He definitely takes pride in his work and the outcome shows. Will continue to do business with him. Highly recommended!!!

This person by the name of Maurice, I don t know his last name is a con artist. He stole $1124 from me he lied about doing a tuneup on my car. I hired another person to do the tuneup and he took pictures and gave me proof that the man never completed a tuneup on my car it was over two months and my car was sitting waiting for him to fix it he brought the wrong part for my car even tho he had the vin number then so I had to wait longer for the correct part which never came so I got tired of no action so I brought my car to the dealership tell me why when I brought it there they told me that he had took everything underneath the hood a loose so they charged my over $800 to reassemble my car then then they gave me the diagnostic and it wasn t even what he said what was wrong with the car now I m trying call and he refuse to answer and he letting somebody answer the phone saying it s the wrong number he just wrong for this I m a single mom and he doesn t care

Maurice did a great job performing diagnostics and changing my head lamps. Pep Boys stayed it would be 3 hours worth of work and Maurice did it in about a half hour. Definitely plan on using him for future repairs.Service: Computer diagnosticsService: Computer diagnostics
