I am local car dealer and have used Certified for ALL my transmission rebuilds for more than 10 years they and always done a great job at a fair price. And have honored there warranty even after it was sold to a customer. Great work guys THANKSService: TransmissionService: Transmission

There was a problem after the transmission was rebuilt. The flywheel broke. I was ok with that since it was the original for my '07 F150. The flywheel and starter were replaced. Within the week the new flywheel broke. It was replaced with a heavy duty flywheel. Within 2 miles the heavy duty flywheel broke. I took the truck back to certified transmissions and asked them to verify the work that was done because the transmission seems to be breaking the flywheels. John told me it would be $650 to open it up and check the transmission after I already had paid $1,800 to have it rebuilt. He also said that 650 would not include fixing whatever actually is wrong. Frustrated, I left. I went back to the shop that put the two flywheels on and he talked to certified transmissions and told them he knew the transmission was the problem. He got them to fix the transmission and replace the flywheel that I provided at no charge to me. It has not broken this latest flywheel. The problem seems to be fixed. I was very disappointed at the runaround I got from John. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

the car broke down on the road the same day I picked it up from the powder springs location after spending $1800 on transmission repairs. They came to tow it back and took another 2-3 weeks to fix transmission. Now my car is smoking and leaking oil. Currently Contacting the state on the matter.

I have got to admit after reading the reviews on the Marietta location, I was very skeptical. However ,the owner John was extremely fair, towed my car to his shop and got the job done right the first time. I took my car there in October took them a week to fix it. It is now the end of March and the transmission still works fine even after 15000 miles. Great Job and reasonable price guys! (John and Edgar)

Took my vehicle to the shop because it was obviously having transmission problems. I dropped it off in the late evening and got a call the next day before lunch with an explanation of the problem and a breakdown of all fees to fix the car. Turns out the repairs would be more costly than the vehicle s trade-in value so we decided to go a different route. I was not given a hard time, no one tried to sell me on the repair and there was NO CHARGE!!! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

If i could give this place a 10 i would! John was my mechanic. Such an honest thorough smart guy. A scammer posted a transmission mechanic ad on google and then took my car to certified w intentions to upcharge me an additional 500.00 if i wanted the job done and 495.00 for a diagnostic he hadnt done! John got my info from the tow truck driver and called me to inform me and to come get my car free of charge if couldn't fix it at the time...He was so honest thorough and knowledgeable in explaining my situation that i said no i want you to fix my car please... he then sent me a nice text thanking me gor choosing him w all his contact info. Gave me a great price and had my car fixed in a few days. He kept me informed throughout the process and gave me a discount for having to take uber to pick it up.... such an awesome guy and experience. Actually my best mechanic experience Thank you John and the Certified Transmission Team!

I have had 3 transmission rebuilt there in the past year. So far happy as can be. There turn around time is great. Yes I would refer a friend to them.

The work is good and normally last well beyond the.warranty. The last time I went there it too way longer to fix than I expected but the service man was very professional.

If I could give 0 star I would. My car drives worse after they rebuild my transmission. It keeps on jumping when I drive below 50mph.
