Candy Apple Customs did a fantastic job on repairing the front end damage on our Camaro. The staff was very friendly, but the communication of when the repairs would be finished could have been better. The miscommunication on their part caused an issue with our insurance carrier which we were able to resolve. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

It was a good experience working with them, they took very good care of everything, they made sure to match the after market parts they were on my vehicle and they gave me updates on my vehicle and what was going on with it. They also met the deadline for when the car should be ready. Overall it s a great place and the people are really nice too.

I highly recommend this body shop! They are very professional, the communication is excellent, and the quality of repair is of high standards. I expressed intently that I only wanted OEM parts on my vehicle as it is a 2022 with low miles. The insurance company called the body shop and tried to have everything switched to aftermarket without my acknowledgment. Candy Apple called immediately to update and inform me of what was going on so I could address the issue with my insurance company. Most body shops will do what the insurance tells them without question but I greatly appreciated how Candy Apple had my best interest at hand and was looking out for me, the owner of the vehicle! Jamey and his team are amazing and provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to Candy Apple.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The Staff members was very,very attentive, and customer focus, and Friendly. I love the fact that recognized Military Veterans which very important to me and my fellow brothers and sister who served this at home and abroad. Candy Apple Customs...Customer Service is top notch. 1st Lilly is the lovely voice that greets u over the phone and very pleasant in person. Everything was very simple and easy. I was extremely happy with the service and repairs on my SUV after my wreck in September. The repairs were done ahead of schedule and I was promptly notified. The back bumper and light fixtures were fully replaced!

Highly Recommend Candy Apple Custom. I had just purchased my car not having it for 1 week when someone hit me from behind. Took my car to Candy Apple Custom, when I walked in the office I was greeted with a smile, all my concerns was addressed, my car was back to me as promised and most importantly my car looks back brand new. My experience at Candy apple was amazing. Everyone was very professional and communicated with me regularly on the progress with my vehicle. They did all of the work in a timely fashion, and everyone was extremely friendly. I would come here again and refer any of my family or friends to this shop.

They are fantastic!! They literally called me with updates, every time my car moved from one repair to the next. I never had to hunt them down. Allison was always patient and kind with me, answering all my questions. My car looks and drives GREAT again! they even finished one entire week early and got me out of my rental car!

Great service. My suv was in good hands. My husband actually wrecked my car and the insurance and candy apple custums took great care of it! Finished ahead of time and faster than I expected. Great customer service! They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle s repairs. They were also kind enough to grab some things out of my car that I needed after dropping it off. They did a great job on my vehicle, and even cleaned and detailed the interior. It almost looks brand new! I would highly recommend their services!

These guys are GREAT!! I got rear ended on my way to work one morning and was worried about the process it would take to get my car fixed and dealing with the other driver s insurance company. Candy Apple Custom gave me a good estimate, and they even reached out to the other driver s insurance so I wouldn t have to deal with the extra hassle!!! It took some back-and-forth, but we got it all sorted out While they had my vehicle, they kept me updated during every stage of the repair! Great company, great people, and great service overall!

Put a hold on repairs while I negotiated with insurance claims. However, everything got worse once I received my car. The manager lied about inspecting the vehicle. Claimed he was the person who brought the car to me to inspect. Called him out on the contradiction. When I received my car the rear tire was flat. Sent the info over to Jamie (manager) and he spoke with me about getting insurance to resolve the issue. Jamie lied to insurance about them being responsible for nail in my tire on retrieval. Hopefully I can at least trust them to correct the poor job fixing my trunk as it is not closing properly.

Candy has had my car for repair, I ve been needing it back so I can go out of town as I ve just found out my sister has breast cancer. Allison in the office has been so helpful in seeing that I get it back in time, and I did. The car looks like a brand new car. Not only does the outside look totally awesome, but the cleaned the inside as well. I would definitely recommend taking your car to Candy Apple if you ever have to have your car repaired from a car accident.
