Love this auto parts store. Michael, in commercial, is very knowledgeable, and always gives me the proper, best quality part, for my 2011 Town and Country. All the staff at this location, are very service oriented.

5 people behind the counter, 1 on a cash register visiting and up selling a customer who couldn't make a decision if their life depended on it. 1 walking back and forth looking very confused. 3 hanging out visiting with each other by the testing station. 3 customers standing in line to check out. Cashier suggesting self checkout! Self checkout does not have customer discount ability not to mention I am not a cashier. I set products I wanted to purchase down on a end cap and left the store on my way to Advanced Auto with a thought that I may never return to Auto Zone.

Amazing customer service. I didn t get the older black gentleman s name but he helped me find tag lights and put them on my car for me. So pleased but how pleasant my transaction went and will definitely be a returning customer

Went here today to get part for my Chevy Tahoe, I love the service they always give me a kindly Clerks at check out time. I like the discount difference they have from other auto stores. On 3/19/21 I had to come back to return a part and they treated me again with all courtesy. My money was returned with no hesitation, Thanks again Autozone

Both of the guys that helped me made me feel like I was a bother to them. They didn t fix my problem either. Had me make an unnecessary purchase, knowing that wasn t going to fix my problem. I felt taken advantage of because I don t know much about cars. Clearly those two guys didn t either. Idk the name of the night that was out but I thought it was the fog light or daylight because those come on automatically but the two guys said it was my headlight that was out, but when I turned on my lights, they were both on. My headlights are not on in the picture, just the fog light or daytime lights.

Shout out to Chad Austin and I forgot the other fellows name. I had to stop in for a battery earlier this week and as always I got top-notch customer service. One of the young fellows gave me the wrong battery but nevertheless customer service skills were superb. Chad make sure that the battery issue was corrected. Austin was on top of his game, extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly. He replaced my battery in a breeze and knew everything there was to know about by my model car. I have been a customer of this location for years and have never had a complaint about this store. They will always be my go to for parts outside of my dealership.

I visited here alone and got absolutely no service at all. NONE. They would not even let me pay for some oil and transmission fluid.Now, when I arrived with my fiance, we were immediately asked what we needed and offered assistance by more than one person.If I could give you negative stars for this behavior, I would. I do not recommend that anyone shop here and we only did because they had the part we needed.

I visited this store on Saturday, October 30th to buy rotors for my car and was amazed at the customer service. I asked Tim if he could show me how to tell the difference between a V6 and 4 cylinder and he patiently explained everything to me. Greg changed my battery, cleaned the cables and replaced the alternator. Thank you Greg and Tim for making sure my car was ready for the road trip and exceeding my expectations! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to friends and family.

I was helped by Chad today. He help me locate the headlamp I needed and recommended the one best for night time driving. He also offered to install it which was great. We need more people like him!!! He was wonderful from beginning to end. Thanks Chad!!!

Chad was so awesome at the Richard D Sailors location. My battery died and rattled my nerves. After receiving a jump, I headed to AutoZone, and Chad tested the battery and change the battery. His personality was so fun and helpful that it calmed my nerves and made me feel much more relaxed. Everyone that worked there checked on me a some point while I was there and each person was so kind. I would recommend this location to anyone!

at first I thought it was a bit expensive for a battery, but it included installation. installing was rough. every thing was rusted and needed a new end on the cable. I think he spent about half an hour working on installation. It was worth every penny and I will not go any where else. they did not charge me anything extra. they are awesome. THANK YOU.

I purchased an oil filter for my car. The item number was correct but unfortunately the filter length was shorter than other oil filters causing me to have an issue installing it next to the car engine plate. The employee knew right away of the issue and went back and picked up the correct filter and did an even exchange. I did not have my receipt but he made the issue effortless. Thank you..

My battery died in Powder Springs. After getting jumped off I went to this Auto Zone store. Being a senior women with a husband on the golf course I needed help.I want to commend Chris on his wonderful help. He was kind, respectful and extremely helpful. This is very rare today.I was on the road again in no time thanks to Chris Many thanks to this great guy

Phenomenal customer service! Mike and the guys/gal go above and beyond for me every time I have a problem with my truck, these guys are just really good genuine people that care about their customers and are always so helpful, even if they don t know the answer right away (which is rare) they ll get up under your car and figure it out for you. These guys treat every car problem like it s their own. Highly highly highly recommend!

Came in on Sunday March 6th a little after 8pm and was told by the employee that they don't offer their normally free service of changing out an old battery for a newly purchased one because it was "too dark." Lol. I guess they don't have flashlights at AutoZone.I went two doors down to their competitor and spent over $200+ dollars and they changed it out in no time.Thank God for the helpful guys at Advance! Screw you AutoZone! Train your employees how to use a flashlight.

Bought a car battery from here. The guy installed it and when I went to pay for it, the guy said "you're good to go", so I left. 5 or so minutes later he calls me and stated he thought he ran my card. I went back an paid. Of I were a lesser person, I would have ignored the man.

Went there looking for motorcycle additive. He showed me lawnmower oil, then went to a different shelf and started pull things to the front. The other coworker that followed us was more interested in going to luck then helping. Nice I thought they were supposed to help. I'll go to somewhere else.
