To the two gentlemen at the store on Monday 4/8 at 6:15 (have to be specific bc I forget their names that quick)But I am having a very very bad day , all day and these two guys really made my day. I came in obviously emotionally upset and immediately they were on the job. Everything went smooth , they moved quickly, they showed they cared, just amazing. They listened to me complain about my day while they put in the battery lol. So thank you guys so much !! Amazing customer service and I appreciate the empathy

The lady's and old guys are the real heros of this store the younger guys know how to look stuff up on the computer but that's it always a great experience as long as the women are there

Have never had an issue with my local store but stopped by this location on my drive home. I was looking to purchase an ATF which I previously only found online and notice a price difference of ~$10.I asked an associate if the price match policy was still ok to use. The store manager stepped in and stated absolutely no online price matching.I informed him that is clearly against what the policy States (included screenshot). In the end he refused to price match and was not familiar with the advanced Auto policy. Turned into a brief verbal argument. Never had an issue in one if their stores until today.UPDATE: contacted CS and they corrected the situation. Picked up the ATF price matched at a different location.

Antonette the store manager here really goes above and beyond to make customers Happy. I came in stressed and came out Happy just from my experience in her store. Forgive me if I spelt the name wrong but thank you so much for great service

Woke up to a dead battery & was lucky enough to have a portable jump starter. Took my car (Lexus IS F-Sport) to Advance Auto Parts at 1068 Richard D. Sailors Pkwy. in Powder Springs to have the battery & alternator tested. Greg (Retired Air Force Vet) came out immediately to help. He ran the test, explained the results & put my mind at ease. Great experience with a truly nice guy. Highly recommend!

Went for some items for an oil change. They had a great offer advertised. Castrol Edge extended performance full synthetic and a Fram titanium filter for 44 bucks. Lady at the counter was very friendly even close to the closing time.

My favorite location! Speed perks work online and in store, using phone number, no plastic card require. Simple!

Excellent customer service. I would like to personally recommend the manager of this particular store. Tim went out of his way to help me install a battery in my Silverado. He was professional and courteous, and went out of his way to help me.

Tim and Addison to the rescue! Got told by a competitor right next door that it was "too dark" to change out old battery for a new one. Well guess what? Tim and Addison aren't afraid of the dark. Tim changed that puppy out in no time! Customer service is not dead!(We apologetically walked in 5 minutes until close and they had no complaints)

Great people right now with Miss Holly leading the way And Advance Auto Parts leading the way with no issues with oil dumping unlike O'Reilly's darn cry baby's and expensive keep up the great work

Im not usually review guy, good or bad, but this store deserves more than 5 stars. Sean, Cece, and Greg absolutely made my day! Getting off a 12 hour shift, i know my fiance needs a new battery, im exhausted, this is the last thing i want to do... Sean was knowledgeable, personable, and cut me a little slack because i looked so exhausted. Cece got the battery changed out for me and Sean and Greg were assisting in her training. The fun and energy they displayed was infectious. 100% one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had. Let alone at an auto parts store where 90% of customers are already having a bad day and dealing with something broken they dont want to spend money on. I left there in a way better mood than i arrived simply from the energy everyone there displayed.

I bought blinker bulbs and didn't have the tool to change the bulb and Greg that works there was very kind in assisting me with changing it out. Great staff and friendly service! This is my store now for all my car needs!

The sales person came out and tested our battery. Placed a newly battery in the car and was able to save all of our programed info. Very courteous and helpful. We were back on the road in 20 minutes.

As customers we often have to listen to the experts. I recently needed to purchase some brakes as instructed by my mobile mechanic. I visited the power springs location and the counter salesman assisted me but, also questioned me on if I were sure the brakes was the only issue. I told him that this is what I was told I needed. He advised me that sometimes the brakes and rotors need to be changed. He asked if I would move my car to allow him to make sure that was the correctct need. Well, let's just say I needed the rotors. After the mechanic took a look he told that my rotor was bad and he was glad I listened to Lawrence. He saved him time and me money. Thanks for being so persistent and friendly Lawrence.

Not sure if his name was Craig or Greg. I m sorry but he and Jason were a tremendous help last night with my windshield wipers and my mount to my license plate. Even help with installing both. Wouldn t even except my tip. So, Thank You again.

Two days ago I needed a battery for my car. Lawrence at the Richard D Sailors location in Powder Springs was AMAZING! He went above and beyond what I could have expected. His interaction with other customers as well as the staff was very professional. Thank you Lawrence for getting me back on the road!

Excellent service with assistance in shopping for windshield wipers and even better with the free installation. Ray took less that five minutes installing the wipers and it made my day so much easier than having to replace them on my own.

I'm giving this Star for the associate that atleast tried to help us. My truck stopped working and it was at the building next to their store. They had already closed but I pleaded with the associate to check my battery, that's all I needed. All of a sudden, a man that I'm assuming is the manager whispers to the associate, closes the door and locks it while the associate still had his hand on the door and speaking to us. Now, I'm not upset that they didn't help us because they were closed. I'm upset at the fact the manager was so rude, he didn't even acknowledge us as he took the door from the associate and proceeded to lock it back. If you can't help us I understand, just say that. But humanity and being polite doesn't end when you close your doors for the evening. I will no longer patronize this location, I will keep my business at Auto Zone.

Always been a reliable place to purchase auto parts. The employees behind the counter are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Though I've often tried their competitor just a couple doors down, Autozone, this store always seems bigger with more stock selection. For some reason, I seem to trust the advice from the folks at Advance Auto Parts more.

My companion had her car towed there with a flat and decided to buy two tires and have the tires rotated. She was promised that the car would be ready in five hours at 3pm as she had to work in Atlanta at 4. When we returned at 3, she learned that they hadn't even started on it. They did pay for an uber to get her to work and she returned the next day to get her car with the two new tires and she was given a 10% discount on the entire job cost.

Went here this morning to get a few things and the guy at the counter Lawrence, had a very bad attitude. Seemed like he didn t even want to be at work. For a customer service job, you shouldn t be so rude and treat your customers so badly. I ll go to Oreilys next time.

I am a former employee, the manager creates a hostile work environment for everyone, including customers! The manager favors certain individuals. If your not in the "circle" this manager creates, this manager will step on you, belittle you, make fun of you and stomp all over you in front of customers and co-workers. Everyone is afraid to lose their jobs if they say something. I took this matter to upper management and nothing was done. This place is horrible, management is horrible. Do not expect anything good at this location.

The store manager Tim shows a very high discriminating attitude only towards me and the way I park, and I have witnessed him seeing block 3 spaces for nothing and he gives the the most godly respect

Heyyyyyy! Anybody having issues with their discounts? My company has a corporate account and starting this year all the discounts dissappeared! They are denying anything wrong! We all could swear we had discounts with the account on many things. Now zero!

There were 3 people trying to get a refund to a customer while there were 2 other customers standing & waiting for help & also the restroom was horrible

All I needed was a blinker bulb and a reverse light on this visit. I told the young man behind the counter what kind of vehicle I have, and he looked them up, got them, and rang me up quickly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!
