The team at Yancey was very helpful with a cat c7 loss of power issue in our RV. I cant thank them enough from the parts department, Kyle who came out on the service call with Junior, Britney who handled all the admin stuff, Marty who did the repair in house and Lou who snuck us in today. I would not recommend this company for the marine industry.I have a no start condition on my Cat 3208's which I need an experienced technician to troubleshoot. In April 2023 I contacted Yancey Cat and spoke with Jason to which I explained my problem. He said he would look at the schedule and get back to me. Two weeks goes by and no contact so I texted him. He responded "I'm sorry Peter. Working through back log. That was engine No start on both engines and oil filter change".May comes around and I texted if there was any update. He responded "Hello Peter, we have had some conflicts with our scheduling that has us extremely backed up. We will try to make it happen before the end of the month". End of the month comes and goes. I call him and we made arrangements for August 15th as I was gong to be away from the boat for 2 months.July 17th I texted him asking if we were still on for August 15th. "Yes, I'm on vacation and can get back to you next week".August 11th I text him and asked if we are still on for the 15th. "Yes, let me remind the coordinator and shoot you an estimate and cc approval". Well August 15th comes and goes. Called him and talked about getting someone here for the week of 8/28. On 8/23 I asked if we were still on for the week of the 28th and he wanted my email address to send me the estimate (second time). Well the week of the 28th comes and goes. At this point I feel like he is brushing me off.I called him and he said he has a technician in the Brunswick location who is familiar with 3208's. I said they don't have a marine division and he said he can work on those engines. Technician shows up on 9/8 and the first thing he say's is "I have no experience with marine engines". I explained to him my situation and also told him I have an automatic fire extinguisher system as part of the ignition and he said "I have no experience with that". He apologized for wasting my time and said I can try to troubleshoot the problem but I might not be able to fix it and I don't want to take your money. I respected his opinion and apologized for being sent out for something he might not be able to fix.I called Jason and asked why he sent a non-marine technician. Also asked how can we resolve this. We agreed to try in 2 weeks again. I felt the conversation was another brush off.Two weeks goes by and I asked him if we are any closer to get a technician down here to work on my engine problem. "Everyone on the team is aware but still don't have a plan". Another brush off and now it's becoming very unprofessional.I bet if I was a multi-million dollar yacht with Cat engine problems, I wouldn't have been treated this way! I can't believe a large company like this treats potential customers this way...

the team at this store is on point so much that he told a guy that walked behind him at least 20 feet away to tie his shoe and he never saw the guy or the shoe. he was reading my parts chec k list and without misssing a beat just yelled "tie your shoe" and the man stopped and did it. the place is organized , clean and the sales reps are so friendly and easy to work with. those amazing souls have cell phones that never stopp ringing. and there was people comming in person , and emails too being non stop relentlessly thrown at the crew. never the less they smiled and made it seem like it was easy and i have to give standing ovation for that quality alone. thank you to everyone that helped me on

Thank you Yancey brothers for a job well done and getting me on my way so quickly. It's really good when a shop comes and tells you it was just a connection we do not need to change your injector , we will have you out of here in minutes, that's what I like to hear! thank you very much! To the service writer to the mechanic in the shop, to the Foreman that got me in-and-out in a timely fashion, Us owner operators really appreciate people like you. again thank you very much!!

Brian smiths the man always a huge help with getting me the right equipment and his drivers are very friendly and well trained at getting you the equipment as fast and safe as possible thank you Yancey for all your years of service in this area.

Won t stand behind their work. Had a turbo put on my truck by Jason. Two months later Truck was in another CAT shop where they found he had missed a piece of metal in an air intake & destroyed the new turbo. Won t stand behind his mistake. Quote I ain t gonna do nothing about that. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I broke down 6/8 Tuesday night. Every shop I called was backed up till the next week. Our shop talked to Matt. He said, we can get him in first thing. Elizabeth called the next day. Kept me in loop and answered my questions.Thanks to Ken and Phillip for putting Ol' Blue back together. Thank you guys.

Have had my RV there for several repairs. Including purchasing & installing new CAT C7 motor. Jason & Matt in service are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are always fair and they warranty their work through Caterpillar. Best place in Savannah to repair any class A diesel pusher motorhome. Highly recommend.

Beware I ve paid over 25000 thousand dollars with the hydraulic shop Over the last year and a half and it had a cylinder rebuild we didn t use the truck for probably six months and it s at their big due To a electrical issue use the truck for two weeks call them and they got pretty much told me to go somewhere else yes I did get upset afterwards. I I would get zero straws if possible ever since Scott left the hydraulic shop has went to heck.

They discriminate against others. Why would a company prefer to hire Spanish speaking employees in a country where English is the first language? It's very arrogant to go to another country and expect that country to adapt to you and your culture.

My truck broke down over the weekend and the staff and techs and Yancey's in Pooler got me in on Monday diagnosed and ordered the parts and had me on the road Tuesday. Can't thank them enough for their work
