Threw away my reusable engine air filter. Yes I agreed when he asked if I want it replaced but I wish the mechanic would know more than me that you wash - not throw away the reusable filter or at least ask me if I want it washed. The manager didn t try to make it right for me at all. To me it looks like the guy who took it kept it for himself and took advantage of me being a woman not knowing as much as my partner about cars.

This place reminds me of a new car showroom where the worst mistakes can be made due to try to sell you everything at inflated cost.The 99 dollar charge does not include an oil filter. You'll also pay 8 dollars for .8 Oz. of oil, which my car needed.It cost 103 dollars for an oil change with a 20 off coupon. Never again for me!

1st visit, great! 2nd visit, I came away with 3 oil leaks 1. they stopped out my oil plug 2. the wrong size filter was used and was also leaking which is clear from the photo 3.housing where oil filter fits into? I think is how it was worded. Also the filter was for a Toyota, not a Honda.Will obviously not be returning. I sincerely hope that no one else experiences this, anywhere. I have two kids, one in sports, one income household this has greatly impacted my vehicle, and my wallet. I work hard to keep my vehicle safe for my children. I do not neglect my vehicle. In fact I ve only ever owned 2 vehicles my entire 25 years of being driving age because it s important for them to be reliable, safe and their longevity enables me to not constantly have a car payment.If I had the spare money, I would actually be attempting to pursue legal action. Also I m smart enough to know the amount of legal loop holes in this type of situation.If anyone has a recommendation of a consistently reliable source for oil changes/tire services I d love to hear from you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to get my oil change yesterday. They didnt screw the cover on all the way. So the cover popped off while I was on the interstate. Tried calling 4x to have it fixed, no one answered. Take your business somewhere else

Last time I got an oil change from time they torqued my oil drain plug on trying to do my oil change this morning and I couldn't even get it broken loose

Always super friendly, thorough, and quick! They aren't pushy with trying to oversell extra services. They suggest them but are never pushy about it.

I love valvoline and I'm a very understanding person. I got there and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. That was fine. Then got told that they needed a break, that was fine. I asked a tech what his name was because initially I was going to compliment him, on how he kept me aware of everything, and I appreciated that. But his lil frail self, got an attitude with me saying if I wanted to report him then, fine. Alan is his name. I went next door to wash my car and as I was leaving they were servicing the car that was behind me. No break taken. Subpar customer service.

Very friendly, did a great job all but the putting air in my tires, one was 47, 33,35 32. 47 is way to much. Very pricey so come with money.

I arrived at 8:10 a.m. there was a car in the bay and I was second in line outside of the bay....I waited 1 hour to get into the garage. The gentleman working were all very nice, but 30 minutes per car for an oil change is way too slow. If I didn't NEED the oil changed, I would have moved along somewhere else another day.

Great experience with Brian. He was courteous and professional, explained everything well, and made me feel positive about a filter change. I also noticed him go get what I assumed was a new employee to show him how to change a specific filter in my car. The service is fast but they still don't reset your mileage meter even though it's checked off on their list. They did not refill my fluids even though that was checked off. Both times the techs were friendly and explained what was done to your car. It is a little price. Almost $100.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never go back or recommend them. They stripped the oil filter housing on my Jeep Grand Cherokee when I went in for my oil change. DisrespectfulStory time! They have 3 entrances and I went to the right side. However I was wrong and they directed me to the middle. The dude in the middle sends me to the left side while the guy on the left tells me go to the middle. After the miscommunication I was directed to the left side. When I talk to the guy the first thing that comes out of his mouth was did you get a license? I was like yeah I have one and he like you sure?Valvoline is supposed to be friendly and have a reputation for costumer service. Do better than that.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Had oil change on 5-11-23. They did not install the drain plug properly and oil leaked out all over my driveway. I took the car to a local mechanic and he said the drain plug was almost ready to fall out. He replaced the drain plug and had to put 3 quarts of oil back in the car. I called this place and they refused to give me a refund. Do not use this place!

What a great oil change experience. They opened on time (7:30 am) and I never had to get out of the truck the entire time, ...great because I'm handicapped. A synthetic oil change and new wiper blades all within 20 minutes and delivered with a smile.I recommend this place for anybody that is handicapped..!!

I went and had my oil changed . To get to the oil filter the skid plate had to be moved . It was not tighten back down . It weighs maybe 20 to 25 pounds .Noticing it I took it back to have it fixed . I was there early at 6 45 am . They were suppose to open at 7 . They wasn't open at 7 30 . One person was there and he said he couldn't fix it cause he couldn't crawl in the hole . He sent me to the other vavoline place by Tanger outlet . I got there and I questioned the manager how something like that could happen . If it would have fell off someone could have died if it flew up and hit someone behind me . He accused me of having a attitude . Wow ! Really ! Instead of saying sorry that happened he twisted it back on me . Very disrespectful young manager . I suppose if your a pretty young lady you may get really good service . Being a 65 year old man I guess he doesn't really want my business and no worries he will never get it again . If there was a negative score this place would get it . Good luck owners of this business it's the way of the world these days so it seems . Employess just don't care .

This place is incredible. I don t really review places much but I had to for this business. The customer service is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and informative. Ladies, I know sometimes it can feel like you are being scammed when you take your car in for work, this place is NOT that. They are wonderful and I even found a coupon for $25 my service. I will 100% be coming here from here on out and you should too!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This was the slowest oil change place I have ever been to. I sat in line for over 2 hours before my car was serviced. I would have left if there wasn t other customers behind me. I honestly have no idea how this place has such high ratings. There was only 4 people in front of me. And they do a light inspection I was told one of my lights was out I was told it was the third light (have night idea what that means and it was not explained to me) so I asked my dad to check my lights for me and there s no light out anywhere on my car. Also for 80 bucks I could have gone else where for much cheaper and quicker service I definitely won t be returning.Service: Oil change

Extremely disappointed by the service, here. I waited for 35 minutes, total. At no point did ANYONE ever come out to speak with me about my vehicle, BUT they did talk to the driver who arrived 20 minutes after me and the driver who arrived 25 minutes after me, both of whom they took into a bay and began servicing their vehicles; for one of which, they motioned me to back up and change bay lanes so that vehicle could pull in front of me. Mind you, there is STILL no one who has spoken to me about my vehicle. After being there 30 minutes, I tried to inch forward to get someone's attention to ask if they would be servicing my vehicle, and for the first time, someone acknowledged me ... only HE STARTED YELLING AT ME about how the bay garage door could come down and crush my vehicle if I didn't back up. I kid you not; he was yelling like a middle school kid, protecting his toys.So, I was ignored for almost 30 minutes, pushed to the back of the line, then yelled at for trying to initiate communication. After 35 minutes, there was still no one talking to me about my vehicle, so I left. I guess that technically means that they don't deserve the one star Google requires me to post for my review. They should get "0" stars.I can't recommend that anyone put themselves through this.

Horrible experience They did not remove all the old oil and showed me the dipstick after the oil change and the oils on the dipstick was still black just like it was when I arrived. Nick and his side kick tried to stand at my door and intimidate me like I was not going to make them do the job correctly. While filling the truck up again they started throwing the gallon size oil bottles within inches of my door. They did not throw the bottles beside my truck the first time they put oil in. After leaving my truck was leaking oil. I went to the Tanger Outlet Store and the manager Blake went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly this time. Our company fleet was using this service for all our oil changes. That won t happen ever again

I drove all the way from downtown Savannah due to the good reviews of this location. It was a waste of time. I was the only car waiting. It took 10 minutes to get greeted. Once greeted, I was informed that a European car (I own an Audi) would be charged a $20 surcharge on top of the normal charge. This has never happened before at any other oil change place. I left and went to a competitor and was not charged any additional amount at their competitor. If you own a European car (MB, Audi, BMW, VW ect) do not go to either Valvoline in Pooler. Unless, you are willing to pay a $20 surcharge. You would be better off taking your car to their #1 competitor. They are currently building a Pooler location. This is the first review I have ever done and just wanted to warn other potential customers.

I do not leave negative reviews. It's not in my nature. I will just say that I do not have confidence in this place. With only 2 cars in front of me, the wait was over an hour. There was so much uncertainty by the employees on what needed to be done. They could not even figure out how to close the hood of my car. This was my 2nd visit and the first time was the same way. I just pray everything was done correctly as I am driving a fairly new car and the work is backed up.

They close at 5!!! Google maps said this location closes at 6:30PM but really its 5PM. I showed up around 4:50 thinking otherwise. One of the last cars of the day. Thinking you're done for the day and then a last minute customer appears is the worst. Employees always hate that last minute customer. Luckily that was not the case here. They gave me excellent service with a cheerful attitude. Thank you so much!

My husband always changes my oil, but he was tied up this week. I went out of my element and went to Valvoline today and I am really impressed. Quick and professional service, and they didn't try to "push" any extras on me. I will definitely be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Best experience getting an oil change EVER. Vicki and Cameron were so pleasant, professional, and efficient. They gave me options and answered all my questions. You can tell they re a great team and enjoy working together. Very grateful to y all!

Wow! This place has new ownership. It was nice to see a familiar face when I pulled up. I will be looking forward to coming back and getting my oil changed again. Dawayne is a great guy. He took care of my car and I remember him from the other place.
