I had the pleasure of working with Kara in the service department at Dan Vaden in Pooler, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service I received. Kara went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one. Kara was professional and attentive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Mr. Cooper was my seller and I couldn t be more happy I ran into this guy, I hunt for a new vehicle for over 2 weeks and came back after visiting other four dealerships and what make me came back was the service and how he went above and beyond to the point he let me used his personal vehicle and I didn t even have to mention the reason which was that I need to take care of some things for the kids at home and couldn t wait at the dealership. After I trade-in 2019 Mustang, while they do some minor adjustments in my brand new Chevy Blazer 2022 not only I was able to get the most money for my trade but also some cash back from my equity out of my trade also Mr. Lorenzo came in clutch at first when I try to buy an used car when the best option was going for the brand new. Overall Mr. Cooper is a great asset to this dealership and take personal care of the sells, the snack bar make you feel like you re in a Internet cafe of some source definitely I could be more happy for me and my family that I will be doing business with this place for the next few years that I m station here. The deal I was able to get was so amazing that other dealership asked me to counteroffer while I was in the process and never came back to me when I mentioned what I was being offered in here 100% highly recommended this place.

Our sales guy is awesome and honest. It's very hard to find in a car salesperson!! If you are Looking for a Chevy because Fords are breaking, go to Ron!!

You take your truck to get fixed and they said it was fixed but what you took there for it not fixed. Now it's having the same problem it had when we took it there. Then they don't fix it right so now you can not even drive it because it want go in park or reverse or drive.

Very impressed with the customer service. Andy was patient and kept me informed often. The other staff ensured that i was comfortable during my wait. I usually deal with the location on Abercorn, and never received the same level of customer service as Pooler. Im switching to the Pooler location.

After my visit with Billy, I was pleased and impressed with the quick and easy service at Vaden dealership! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or even service work on their vehicle! Looking to the future my family and I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them! I drove three hours for a new truck and experienced a painless and quick purchase. Thank you Billy and your crew!
