Look, take this with a grain of salt. I'm not even sure if I'm the only one that deals with this type of disrespectful service..idk. second time getting service from the dealership, and they did everything they needed to. The first time, the tech didn't tighten and quality check their work. Cool, I did it for him. The second time they serviced my truck, my bumper is scratched deeply on the passenger side, and on the driver side, it appears that someone blunty hit something. I don't understand the dishonesty, the disrespect, the carelessness. I hope they find who did it on the camera so the tech can get fired. Not to be rude, but I'm out here pinching pennies for service to be done on my truck and then get it back with even more things wrong with it. Overall service, ladies on the phone, great communication. Everything else , will update if the service manager fixes the mistake his tech did to my truck.

Terrible experience! I bought a part that was over $800, and when I went to Install it found it didn t work. I took it back for warranty and was met with absolute hostility from the man behind the counter. It brought to my attention that the part inside the box did not match the part number on the box. Therefore he said I was out of luck! His exact words were we don t know you and we are not Walmart ! He then offered for me to speak to the manager, which I eagerly agreed. Turns out peterbilt miss boxed the part. They pulled another one off the shelf and it was boxed with the same wrong part. I have never in my life been treated like a crook like this man treated me. And the only apology came from the manager, which she had a much better approach to the problem. Not everyone is a crook . So my advice to anyone reading this is to double check the parts and make sure it s the correct part in the box!

I wanted to give a shout out to Haley with this company! She goes above and beyond to help me find the best deal on what I am looking for and I have never doubted that. I have dealt with her a few times and she always exceeds expectations and if I could I would give her 6/5 stars!! Her customer service is what every company needs!

As someone in a previous job towed heavy to everywhere in Savannah, now as an owner operator I chose to bring my business to the pete store. Respect and courtesy are the standard. Mark Coe is a calm professional who always finds time to lend his experience when needed on top of his monumental work load. Quentin (my technician of choice) is a top notch extremely experienced mechanic whose advice I hold in high regard.Amanda, and her parts department are second to none setting the gold standard in the industry. How often do you see a parts manager that knows more about your truck from memory alone than you do? Parts in this industry are not cheap, but I always know that accuracy and customer satisfaction are their first priority. I always feel taken care of at the pete store and I will always continue to bring my business here, and refer to friends.

My husband has been here for service several times this year. We cannot be more satisfied with the quality and service at this location. The staff is very professional and their knowledge is top notch! We would not take our 2019 Peterbilt anywhere else!

They were very professional. They told me what they thought my issue was. They worked hard to get me in out of the shop. However I first rated them 3 stars. That was because the very next day I had the same issue. So I called in and I did not like the response I was given. But after speaking with the regional service manager. He understood why I felt how I felt. And he explained to me that person I spoke with was new. Like less than a week new. He also said he would speak with the person just to make sure they understood procedure. I really appreciate the fact that he reached out to get my side of the story. He is really wanting to help me get my issue resolved. I thank you for that and look forward to doing business with you all in the future.

The folks here are wonderful! In four years, only the second time I have stopped in an establishment with a truck issue and not be hit with, " hey man it's gonna be a leap year before we can have a tech look at it." Warm greetings and knowledgeable techs got us in and out within three hours. Appreciate the work.

Five star experience. Not only did they get my truck in within minutes of being there. They were professional,accommodating,expeditious,and very fair priced. On top of all of this they accepted my dog and even gave him treats. By far the best dealer experience I have ever had!! Highly recommend the pete store for all your truck needs!!!

Would give this place 10 stars if I could! Everyone in here is wonderful. They have literally saved my truck and in turn saved my life. No one else will touch my truck if I have my way. Chase is great, Mark (mechanic) is great, Morgan is so awesome and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Every last one there work together to get trucks moving. You won't get any BS claims and needless work from them. Straight up and honest. Thank you all at The Pete Store.

Had our ac system go down on our truck and had 2 dogs with us...this group was amazing, got us done by 5pm let the dogs in the driver lounge.They communicated all day long and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Big difference from the Pete store in Ringgold Ga. Definitely recommend this place

I want to say that these guys were awesome they even gave us numbers to people who would help fix the big trucks so we could get back on the road and have air so hot they went out of their way and began to make sure they helped assist as in directions and where we need to go to get help to fix the Truck they also have the parts that we needed

Took my truck to this location on three different occasions, missed over a month of work and the services I paid to have done still wasn t fixed properly. Better technicians or mechanics are needed at this location. Returns are typically slow and they stay backed up which probably is the cause of such poor work.

Originally was happy with these guys.They convinced us they could fix our problems easily. More than $7000 in repairs later, the truck has more issues than I started with. Nothing they did turned out right. Alternator belt wasn't put on right eating up the belt, the nox sensor they replaced they left the harness wire unsecured and it melted on the exaust pipe, the wiring issues they supposedly fixed came back with additional components having problems, unnecessary parts were replaced that didn't need to be, ect...Just pitiful ultimately.Not bringing it back to them again.

I had an airleak and I went in and didn't know what the piece was. He looked at it looked it up on the computer told me I didn't need a new everything this piece breaks down to 5 pieces and sold me what I needed. Excellent service, saved me time and money.

I own a Kenworth t680 (2014) and the other day ended up experiencing a derate in the Pooler GA area. I was able to limp my truck over to the Pete Store in Pooler, which I was dreading. I have been driving since 2003, and have plenty of experience dealing with dealerships. as far as repairs go. They gave me a rouch estimate of 1400.00 for the repairs, which ended up turning out to be 1195.84. But that's not the best part of this. I have never been treated so kindly, and with respect, at any dealership before. The drivers waiting area was terrific, and imagine my shock when the service writer came in with a menu for a complimentary lunch! This was the best experience ever and will definitely be bringing my truck back in the future here if my Paccar messes up again!

Truck had a derate issue, made a call and they jumped on my truck while I waited in the driver's lounge. Driver's lounge was comfortable with oversize reclining chairs and flat screen mounted on the wall with plenty movies of your choice to watch.

Was motivating south on I95 when my DEF gauge went to E and de rated my X15 by 40 % called the Pete store at 1:30 pm they said Bring it in and they would be able to look at it immediately by 5 o clock I was out the door by 5:00 pm their regional service manager happen to be there that day Steve and he s very knowledgeable and very helpful great job guys

Was told they are not obligated to give wiring diagrams for peterbilt trucks. Why would anyone want to buy a truck from a place that won't give you information on it? Avoid buying a truck from this location unless you plan on them doing all the work on your truck. Not every interaction you have with a customer is a money making interaction at that specific time.

Very Professional and And 3 very beautiful young ladies at the parts counter Mark the mechanic knew what he was doing and talking about ,took 1/2 he to fix the problem Test drove the truck everything was fine feel very confident he fixed the problem. Overall experience I would give the Peterbilt store in Savannah a 10

Great service and reasonable rates took my truck in today because the warning light to grease clutch bearings came on which I have been paying ta to lube my truck which I m finding out they have not been doing but these guy s and ladies squeezed me in and was fast and friendly thank you

Visited the store on June 28th. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean facility with plenty of room to maneuver with truck and trailer.
