Going to mechanics can be headaches, but they were so nice and communicative and very knowledgeable. The prices are fine especially compared to dealerships. I ll be getting my car serviced there here on out.

My wife broke down near pooler and car was towed to these gentlemen, we are from oit of state, so i was nervous, anyeay You guys,did a great job on the transmission for the Nissan Pathfinder, so far feels Like a new car, i would highly recommend these mechanics.. Thank you.

Tommy and his team are the best in the area. I have taken multiple vehicles here over the years and they always get me fixed up as fast as they can at the best price. Don t waste your time taking your vehicle to a franchise . Just don t. Your vehicle is in good hands here.

I'm traveling with my daughters and grandson from Clearwater, FL to Charleston, SC. Late afternoon my tire pressure warning went off and we frantically found Pooler Tire & Auto, who was both short handed & nearing closing for the day. The WONDERFUL gentleman covering the front desk took the time to check my tire, remove a nail, install temporary patch in the middle of the parking lot, refill with air, confirm no more leaks and send me on my way to be able to arrive safely in Charleston...at NO cost! Truly AMAZING!

Stopped in after I hit debris on I-95 while traveling from NC to FL and got my engine splash shield damaged. Brad and the team had me fixed up and on my way within an hour! I thought the shield was going to need to be taken off (and it will need replacing soon), but they straightened it out and resecured so I could finish my trip safely. Cannot thank them enough!!

ABSOLUTELY The BEST Tire Service I Have Ever Received. Hands Down! Had A broken rim and flat tire while on the road and raining. Called these guys and they came RIGHT out fixes in the rain!!! The older gentlemen is not afraid of work, He Got It Done!!! In the rain!!! Havent seen this type of professionalism in decades from any business. I HIGHLY recommend this business!!! Wow!!! SUPER IMPRESSED!!

Broke down on my way from Jacksonville to Atlanta and they were the closest shop. I explained my urgency and they were extremely accommodating. I m someone who would normally do my own automotive repairs but I was stuck without tools.This place was filled with experience and knowledge- unlike anything I m used to seeing these days. If I lived closer, this would be my one stop shop.Thank you gentleman.

Great and fast service! We needed help while on our way to Savannah because my friend s engine splash shield got unscrewed at the highway. They accommodated us right away when we walked in and resolved the issue immediately. There was no more dragging when we hopped back on to the highway. Thanks for the help, Tommy.

On Monday, 9/20/21 I was driving my 98 Jeep from my parents home in NC to my home in FL after a 10 day vacation, approximately a 10 hour trip. While on I95, I had a mechanical issue (turned out the serpentine belt came off due to the power steering pulley breaking) around noon while driving. I was able to get off on the exit and find their shop. I walked in, spoke with Brad behind the counter, explained what happened and he was very upfront that, if he could get to it today, it would be later in the afternoon/evening if it all because he was backed up with work. He proceeded to make recommendations and even called other mechanics in the area to see if they could look at the car but no one could. As I was on my phone looking for other mechanics/options, Tommy came in, heard about my issue/situation and went to my Jeep and looked to see what the issue was. He saw the issue right away and again, was very upfront that he didn't know if he could get the parts or if there was further damage from wat happened, but he would do what he could and it would most likely be late afternoon/evening before it could be fixed, if at all. Long story short, he was able to find the parts, fix my Jeep and get me back on the road quicker than anticipated with no additional issues and I was able to get home that night and they did it all for a fair price. I couldn't be more appreciative of how much they tried to help me find another mechanic, then working me into their busy schedules and fixing my Jeep, allowing me to get home that night. Having never dealt with these guys or shop before, you could tell from sitting in the waiting area, watching their normal customers and just how busy they are, just how first rate their operation is and how much the area trusts their . If I could give 100 stars I would, but they only allow 5. Thank you to Tommy and Brad with Pooler Tire and Auto for going out of their way to help me. It is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend this shop.

We just got a flat tire as we were traveling to N.C. And the young man that was at the front counter helped us out tremendously by looking at our tire and fixing it while they were short staffed. Thank you so much!!!

Tommy, the owner has always been polite, knowledgeable and helpful. His mechanics are respectful and well-trained. There is no price gouging and they try to provide maximum care at reasonable prices. I am a senior citizen and have recommended at least 2 (two) members of my "posse" to his shop for car maintenance. They also have been satisfied with the services.

They were very kind and efficient. Figuring out my problem in just under 2 days, and helping me with some recommendations on how to fix said problem. Never felt like i was being talked too like some idiot and they were very friendly. Will certainly be returning for any future problems I have, or for simple maintenance work.

These guys are horrible. I dropped my chevy spark off for an alignment. When I got the car back it still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is not straight. There was no before and after readings.....or... Any kind of explanation of possible issues that causing the car to pull to the right. Although, I am very confident the only thing needed is an alignment from actual professionals. It's as if they really didn't even touch the car. This is likely a good place to buy new tires but that's about all they are capable of. Not to mention their price is high compared to competitors on the area.I normally wouldn't write a review like this but I felt sharing my experience could help someone else.

Terribly poor service. Took my jeep in to get it worked on, specifically said it was shaking and to swap my break drums. One week goes by and not only have they failed to even examine it or swap the break drums. Charged me 150 for a diagnosis that took them an hour and a half only to say three words I already knew. "Engine Runs Poorly" They did not go into any further detail and as mentioned, had my vehicle for over a week only to say that. Extremely terrible service, I will not be going back and I most certainly will not be ever reccomending this place to anyone that asks for a mechanic. Bottom line: They did me and my Jeep very wrong.Update: After contacting them a second time they still are just as uncooperative. Would not recommend this place for anyone with a Jeep.

Once again the service was great. I stopped by to discuss the problem I found. Dropped car off the day before, Tuesday. Car was ready Wednesday.Most of the time they are so busy it is best to not just drop in at noon and expect car to be ready within the hour. Job will be done RIGHT. I depend on their knowledge and experience.

Tommy is one of the most honest auto shop owners I have ever known. Jimmy one of the mechanics has always been extremely friendly and more importantly stays in contact with me and keeping me up to date during critical times that something has gone very wrong with vehicle. My family has dealt with him for years now and I would never trust my car with anyone else. If you're looking for a new mechanic this is the place to go!!

Incredible!! This is the second time I took my car to them, the first time I need tires right away because I was going out of town. They personally drove to get the tires and changed them that day! This time I need a few things done and they called to tell me what and how much it was going to be before they continued! Now my car runs perfect.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I made an emergency stop here with my 2005 honda odyssey. Mechanic Thomas and another master tech took time out of there busy day to ensure my vehicle was safe to make the 1000 mile trip home! They did all this free of charge! Thank you gentlemen!

My truck broke down late on a Saturday afternoon as I was driving through. Managed to get the truck to their lot, and left the truck there - while we went ahead and enjoyed Hilton head and Savannah over the weekend. (Rented car from airport) Connected with Tom early Monday morning. Made no promises regarding the diagnosis or when the truck could even start to be repaired as the garage had a lot of work that week. Before you knew it, the issue was identified (broken wheel hub and bearing assembly) and subsequently fixed. They got us back on the road by noon and was very much appreciated.Would recommend these guys, especially if you are just passing through - and don't know where to go.
