Aside from the fact that I went there for my son in law, I don't shop there. The sales person was excellent. I was helped quickly. After my purchase (auto battery & to be installed), I had to wait over 15 minutes for the installation . Not enough help in the store to serve the customers. The store was filthy. The shelves and stock items were deep in dust, which was obviously not cleaned in ages. The pictures will tell of the overall experience. They were taken at the front door.

I love shopping at this store! The staff are super helpful and willing to do what they can to assist customers. I like that the staff are a mix - culture and gender - so most anyone can feel comfortable walking in the door and getting help.Tonight, I needed a can of transmission line cooler flush. I ordered it online, waited two hours, then called to verify if the order was ready. It was and I headed down to pick it up. When I arrived, the order was on the counter.Andrew, the fellow at the counter, found the brass connector I needed to ensure the cleaner would traverse out of the can and into the coolant line with the least spillage. Good man...

I was told as a female that they couldn t check my battery since it is in my trunk. What s a female whom knows nothing about cars do. This company should be able to help diagnose my car battery that keeps going out on me

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went to get stuff for an oil change and brake pads yesterday. Today my friend drained the oil, wrong oil filter. Goes back to Oreillys and gets the correct one. Finishes oil change. Takes wheel and brake pad off, wrong brake pads. Back to Oreillys . Car maintenance is tedious enough without having to go back and forth to the store and the excuse was he must have grabbed the wrong one, they re stacked on top of each other then they didn t even have the CORRECT brake pads and had to go to a different store.. .I ll be going to autozone

Friendly dedicated service. Staff member who attended me was getting ready to leave for the day but instead helped me find the bulb and installed it as well. When your out working 5hrs away in a company van with your crew and you don't have the tools necessary to drive safely...this is your essential worker who saves the day. Thank you!

I'm new in the area, so I read reviews on the various auto parts stores. O'Reilly had the best, so that's where I went. The young lady who waited on me was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a new battery in minutes. Two hours later, I was back for something else, and the gentleman who helped me this time was funny, efficient and didn't give up searching until he found the relay I needed. A+ to you, O'Reilly Auto parts!!

I was there this past week. Jim gives exceptional customer service, and is also knowledgeable in this field. It's a great looking store and it obviously has great management. Great job Guys and Gals! makes me want to go back and Shop.

Got some new windshield wipers. Two vehicles, $151.00. I thought I would faint. I've been getting them from the dealership but they don't clear the vision field. These silicone rainx wipers are great.And my beautiful great niece put them on. Good day.

Shoutout to Bradley!! Went to autozone first and received essentially a do it yourself answer to something I didn t know how to do myself. Bradley stepped up as soon as I came in O Reillys and had me bring him my manual and figured out my issue in under a minute and had me a tool and everything I needed to fix the problem myself easily in the parking lot in under 5 minutes. He shows great attitude and a willingness to help out. Will definitely come to you guys from now on.

O'Reilly's is the best automotive parts store by far! They have the most knowledgeable and friendly employees, as well the most competitive prices. Little known fact; they offer more free services than all the other part stores in the area. On top of the usual free services for batteries and wiper blades they will also install light bulbs and are extremely efficient in their jobs!I can't help but love the O'Reilly's teams! This truly is a great company to do business with, they aim to not only please but succeed! This company seems to be one of the few left that actually value their employees and their customers with honestly, great deals and expertise!Thanks to all the O'Reilly's crews for all yall do!

I would love to highly praise O'Reilly's Auto in Pooler Georgia. They helped us in ways that nobody else could they got my son off Interstate I-95 and let them park there until I could reach them once I did they were so helpful in many ways. I would like to thank Spencer Jessie and Madison for having the best team ever you will never be forgotten for what you did for my 20 year old son I've seen many businesses and they have just a nasty attitude but your staff was so professional and so on spot I couldn't be any happier than I am. I wish I had nothing but success in the years to come I know y'all will succeed if you are ever in the area and you want a great team or great service go there they are amazing couldn't have done it without you

Called and went to get the rotors turned just to be told it would be two hours, at least with only 1 set ahead of us that had been sitting for 4 hours. They showed little to no care for getting it done at all, with more than enough staff to get the job done. Called a different store that offered to do it on arrival, with a way better customer service experience.

Fantastic parts store. This is pretty much my go-to when I need something for keeping my car clean. The place is nice and bright, the staff is friendly, and the shelves are well-stocked and very organized. Overall, one of the first and only auto stores that I choose.

if you need help, COME HERE.Rhonda and Jim make such a wonderful team! they went above and beyond when it came to customer service. They called other stores, called their own contacts, and made sure i was taken care of when it came to the part that i needed. Needed a bulb for my car. They showed me a wall of bulbs range from $19 - 100. I went for half way. They replaced the bulb for me and I was on my way in about 15 minutes.

Incredibly poor customer service. It took an additional 20 minutes to complete my purchase because the employees were blatantly having a personal conversation directly in front of me at the cash register. I'll stick with Advance Auto Parts next time where they hire professional, courteous employees. They're located right down the road so it's not much more of a drive to get there.

So I have been on hold for over fifteen minutes. To find out they did not have the part anyway. Like 90% of the stores in Georgia. Everyone have to order it.
