Took a wheel and tire there for a patch. I get the wheel home and whoever used the tire machine gouged my wheel on every spoke. Absolutely zero skill and obvious lack of training. If they can t even manage to patch a tire I can t imagine they can do anything else properly. Their only solution for me is to call corporate. Extremely poor service for a new tire shop

Mavis Tire and brakes has the best customer service rep. I would like to give a huge thank you to Ms. Adrienne for helping me get home by sliding me in at the last minute in the appointment schedule . Ms. Adrienne was very nice, pleasant and attentive to my needs I truly appreciate your professionalism and beautiful personality. Thanks a ton. You guys did an amazing job. She work swiftly as. She deserves a raise. Thank goodness for Ms. Adrienne.

Manager so rude. They leave front door open and i enter to main lobby to ask for service and she came from the restroom to ask me why I'm inside?....dah! I'm inside cause I'm a customer looking for a service and front door was open obviously . At the end she treated me so rude and kick me out. Don't worry....we have other tire center in the area. Goodyear tire center for example for your other customer. I'm a mechanic shop owner. I'll never going to send any of my customers vehicle to you.Be professional.

I had an 8 o'clock appointment for a simple nail removal and patch. I was in the shop promptly at 8. After 45 minutes, my car had not been touched or looked at. I was forced to leave due to an engagement elsewhere. On the way to my other meeting, I stopped by another tire shop, which was able to fix my issue in less than 10 minutes. What's the point of making appointments if they are not honored? I wish we had more independent shops and not these folks who dont care for their customers time.

I had a great experience with the staff at this location. They were polite and knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust them not just with the work I needed done but with transparency in the cost.At one point, I was pulled back to look at some work that I asked for but they didn't think was required yet. I still opted to have the work done, but their assessment was honest and accurate.

Tire replacement and rotation, wheel alignment, and TPMS adjustment on my 3500 dually completed to perfection. Love these guys! Only rack in town my truck fits on and so thankful these guys know what they're doing!

This place is amazing. Very clean, respectful employees wo will make you smile and feel very welcome and cared for. It didn't take long at all. I will definitely be coming back. The two Ladies at the front desk were awesome!!!! A huge shout out to the guys who put my tire on I appreciate you guys so much yall are the best because without yall our cars wouldn't last on these roads lol Thanks again loves to

Got my tires mounted and all done extremely quickly and staff and workers were very friendly.I Wouldn t come any place around here ever again as long as Mavis is still here, Absolutely great service and experience overall.

definitely won t return to this Mavis again I ve never had any problems the way I did at this particular location. The employees at the front desk were not only not genuine but very rude and annoyed w/ customers or interaction. Had an appt at 1pm I was told at 4:30 that i now needed 4 new tires instead of 2 then proceeded to try order me 2 instead of maybe calling their sister shop that s down the road to ask if they have 2 extra for an customer they they decided to put my new two tires on the back instead of the front as asked in the beginning. The whole appointment was bad . I paid for a tire rotation that I didn t receive. I don t recommend this location at all .

Called and made an appointment for the morning and couldn t make it. I called later in the early afternoon and they were still able to get me in. Jayilen and Avrienne were freaking awesome their professionalism and tact are unmatched. I appreciate everything they did and the hard working mechanics in the bay fixing my vehicle for me and my boys. Thanks again everyone!

I came in 15 minutes before closing and was able to get my tires rotated and although it was closing time the guys performed the service with a smile. THANK YOU BORIS!!!, you have the greatest team. I will definitely refer your services to my family and friends.

Two days ago while I was driving my new tesla model 3 on highway 95 I had a puncture on my rear tire so I had to find a place to repair it, being a car that is not even a month old I started looking for a place with good reviews, I found this place that has photographs of exotic cars and I decided to take it there. I get into this place and the employee that repairs the flat tire starts talking bad about electric vehicles and talking s%*&@ about Elon Musk as if it was something that mattered to me, this guy removed the tire and repair it, but in the process he scratches the rim of my brand new car, I let one of the store employees know and she told me to call the next day because her manager wasn t there, I called the next day and the manager tells me that I am lying, when it was his employee who told me that he had scratched the rim, also this guy forgets that I own a Tesla and I have recorded everything that happened during the repair of the tire. Do not go to this place, it is the worst service you can find!!!

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had a blowout and needed a tire immediately. I want to thank Jaylin & Derrick for staying over to help remedy this situation. I definitely would recommend Mavis to anyone needing a tire and I will be coming here from now on for my own tire needs. Thank you.

It is my pleasure and delight to publicly report a positive update for this auto repair site! After a call to the HQ and a visit to a sister store coupled with a return visit to the original store. We were able to address the problem to full satisfaction. I was so completely confident, that I returned to have the identical alignment done on a second auto! Now that says it all! Turns out a couple of bad apples spoils it for the whole store. I commend Chip and his assistant for their positive attitude and willingness to make things right. Total rip-off! Plan and simple, out right. Beware!Tried to pass off non- alignment for alignment.Do what you want but beware...there are plenty other shops in town that's at least half way honest.

Had an appointment at the Rincon location, when arrived they told me it couldn t be done and send me to pooler location. Arrived at the pooler location at 10 am Saturday and they told me I would be done today. I call them 3pm Sunday and they had no idea they even had it. And tell me they can t do it. Didn t seem to care on the phone and didn t even apologize and hung up without saying goodbye. Will not return

On 11/4/23 I called Mavis Tire. To see if they could replace Input speed sensor. The manger insisted that they could handle this repair. After 3hr of dropping my 2001 Ford Excursion V10 2wd. Mavis called & said it was ready. So I uber to pick up vehicle in Pooler, ga. I live in GC, GA. Paid for service. Got in my vehicle to start it. Put it in gear & she shut off. Never made it out of the parking lot. So I told the attendant. They put it back on the rack. After another 3hr. It still wasn't right. End up leaving it over night for them to look at again on Sunday because the mechanic had left for the day. When I called Sunday morning around 11 am. Now they say the mechanic was off till Monday.So Monday afternoon I called. Was told the problem was solved. Uber to pickup again. Got in my vehicle & stated it up. Put it in gear. Drove to away. When I got to Pooler parkway to make a left turn into traffic itshut off again. So when I started her back up & drove her back to Mavis. End up leaving her there overnight again. Worse now then went I drive her there. To make a long story short. I had to have my vehicle tow to another Mechanic shop across town. Finally got her back running. Because the shop was so backed up. Never let them do repairs other then brakes & oil changes. Cost me money & time. Down with mavis

Great place , they get the job done and I recommend any and everyone to go check them out if your vehicle acting up or flat tire or need new tires at great rates check out mavis, They are straight forward and safe , never a complaint they get the job done big and small.

The first time I was here they mixed up my spare tire with the tire they took off, so instead of getting my spare tire back I got the one with the nail in it my wheel was also missing a lug nut after. I chalked it up to underpaid and overworked. The following appointment I made I intended to drop my car off at 4pm and pick it up at 9am the next day (to drop off another vehicle). The following morning they handed me a $300 bill, I asked to see the bill (it was someone else s bill). It turns out they didn t even touch my car. This location is a waste of time and honestly a safety hazard.

Wife dropped her car off at 1045 am for a simple tire change. She had to call the store at almost 4 to check on the status for them to tell her they didn t have the right tool to change her tire. They asked HER to go pick up the part from a dealership. Y all had the car! How was she supposed to go get it? And you re the tire place! Why is that even something you would ask a customer to do? Why would you not call us hours earlier to let us know? Like were y all going to just try again tomorrow and assume we didn t need the car back? Absolutely insane and unacceptable.

I came in needing an oil change and not quite sure what else. Adriene was very helpful and assisted me in figuring out and deciding what needed to be repaired and what maintenance was required for my vehicle. The mechanics wasted no time starting their inspection and were beyond thorough. Would recommend and give 10/10 if possible.

Coming from Atlanta I was stranded and really needed a tire . I called mavis and Adrienne answered the phone . She was able to confirm my tire in stock and give me proper directions to the store. Once there I was greeted by the Adrienne and the staff. The process was smooth and easy pricing was great. I usually don t have good tire shop experiences but this changed my experiences!Thank you I will be back

Had an appointment at 11am, here it is 12:45 and still nothing. The front desk lady was very sweet but the mechanics were very inconsiderate. If you ask them how much longer they have no answer for you. They keep your car in the shop so you can't leave yet want full pay after holding your car hostage. Will never come back to this location.

Quoted me 230$ for parts and labor. Charged me 450$ because the lady didn't tell me the labor cost even tho on the phone told me parts and labor. Dropped price from 560$ after they realized they messed up.

Having experienced purchase and service performance at all three Mavis locations, we prefer the Towne Center location for our auto service work. Not that there's anything wrong with work at the others, it just seems to flow better here. The communication and performance seems smoother here.A great example of that today was our experience under manager Scott, who kept us informed.Recommended!!!
