Quick and convenient! Very friendly. We got two times of flat tire in one month. This place saved us. We were out of town. It was on Saturday and was walk in. Recommending for their kindness and professionalism. Really appreciated it.

I needed 4 new tires. Boris was professional, helpful and incredibly resourceful! He provided several options that were both affordable and practical. I'm happy with the excellent customer service and will definitely be back again. Side note: This is a busy so location so do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

I had four tires replaced and a front end alignment. They were very courteous and did the job in a timely manner. The prices were reasonable. And gave me a quote on another job.

Absolutely Amazing experience! Scott was extremely helpful and kind to myself and my kids! He patched up my busted tire then helped me through the process of getting 4 new ones put in my van! The staff made sure my kids were comfortable and had a good movie to watch while we waited. The environment was clean! We will definitely be going back!! Thank you!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Marissa at the front desk and she was so patient and understanding working with me to get my car in to get serviced after running late for an appointment due to a busy morning.She even made me aware of online rebates and coupons that could be applied if I remembered to pull them up at check out. She made the visit all the more easier!

I had a blown out tire they were less then an hour from closing and still helped me. I am a single mom with two kids who need to be safe and that's exactly how Mavis in Pooler made me feel. The girl upfront was extremely kind and caring and really seemed to know what she was talking about. If I ever need to recomend anyone to s car repair location it will be this store. I am extremely impressed by their quality of service!!!!

I've been to Mavis in Pooler twice. The first time it was for four new tires on my F-150 truck. I stopped by the Towne Center location. Not only was the price fair and the staff friendly, but they were done with the vehicle before I could even finish my lunch at a restaurant next door. Today I had a problem with a brush guard that had fallen down underneath the truck. I didn't want to drive all the way to Savannah to the dealer so stopped by the Pooler Pkwy location to see if they could handle it for me. They had it handled, again, before I could even finish eating a sandwich next door, and did it as a complimentary service! Very, very positive experiences on two occasions from two local shops. Highly recommended.

AWESOME! I called 2 separate days once to get a quote and they had no problems, then to set up an appointment again no problems, answered quick, answered all my question and concerns and where polite and nice! Came in for my break pad appointment (went to the voltswagon dealership and having them tell me they re going to charge $900 for each front breaks that where worn down) come to find out after going to MAVIS and them quoting ONLY $300 for the front 2 breaks, that they didn t even need a change! MAVIS IS GREAT they showed me personally so we knew they didn t need a change at all and weren t just trying to get money out of us like Savannah Voltswagon! Awesome service!

My tire had a slow leak so, I took my car in late in the day to see if it had a nail or screw. Hoping that was the issue and that is was covered under the tire warranty. Boris and Dylan were the only ones working as everybody else left for the day. Dylan put my car up on the rack and called me in to see a gash in the back side of the tire. It wasn t causing the issue which made me happy until I just happened to look at my rim. It was cracked which was causing the slow leak. Dylan recommended a place to get a new rim and Boris didn t charge for their time.

I arrived for my appointment and there was apparently some confusion. The young lady working the desk was empathetic and did notify me of what the system was showing. She provided me realistic expectations and was willing to be flexible with my needs due to the mishap. As I walked away and was sitting in my car Alex came out. He was apologetic and said that he would work me in. He did not want to inconvenience me. He took ownership and it felt great to be valued. This store at times has received a bad rep but truly the opinions have been heard and service is top of mind.

I picked up a nail in one of my tires and wanted to get it fixed. The people at MAVIS quickly got me on the schedule and just as quickly identified the issue and fixed it sending me on my way. I greatly appreciated not only their prompt and friendly service, but the fact that they know their business and as this was a very straight forward tire issue that could be fixed inexpensively, no need to replace the tire.

Days after a long roadtrip I could feel a slight wobble in the right front at higher speeds. Alex took the car for test drive, then put it up on the rack and checked everything. They could not find an issue but it wasn't for lack of trying. They assured me the car was safe and I was good with that. They did not charge me anything for their work.

This morning, I hit some 18-wheeler tire debris on the Interstate. A big piece of rubber lodged tightly to the undercarriage. It was dragging the ground. Rather than drive 30 miles from work to home to see my mechanic, I pulled into Mavis, half a mile from work.I know it's not the usual type of work for a tire & brake shop, but Boris and the guys said, "Sure, come on in."Boris asked a couple question about the location of the rubber. He asked fot my keys and said, "We'll have it ready in a few minutes!"After noticing worn wire from a front tire, I decided to also replace that tire. Belive me, it wasn't an "upsell sales job." The wire was literally protruding from the tire.I'm glad they noticed it, because that was very dangerous!If you want great, professional service from guys that truly care about their customers.....and everyone else on the road, go see Boris and the guys down at Mavis Tire on Pooler Parkway just off the I-95 Exit 155!Ya won't regret it!

Went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. Thank goodness I marked the tires to ensure they are rotated because when I picked up my vehicle they were not. Told the service manager about it and he was rude and seemed put out by my request to rotate the tires. I've been going to this location with 3 of my vehicles for years now but not any more. About half the time I request my tires to be rotated they were not. In more than one instance when they were not rotated, the paperwork said they were. If any of you are going here for service make sure they are actually rotating your tires! Seems like a liability issue to me.

Sometimes in life you meet people who help you when you need it the most. We experienced a breakdown in Pooler and had to get towed to Mavis. Robbie and Boris took care of us incredibly well. They took time, were thorough, and explained everything to us each step of the way. You can get your car worked on at a lot of places, but you won t find this level of customer service very often. We appreciate them for their hard work and thank them for helping us in a time of need!

I ran into some issues after having work done at another Mavis location. After speaking to a regional manager I was told to bring my vehicle to the location in Pooler to have it reinspected. Robbie was able to diagnose and fix the problem. My overall experience here was great, the staff was also friendly.

My tire light come on unexpectedly. They were able to take me same day and diagnose/fix my tires valve in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency situation on the way home from a vacation. We were lucky enough to find this Mavis Tire location. The facility was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Robbie, in particular, gets ten stars for his honesty and kindness. I would highly recommend this Mavis Tire location for your brake and tire needs.
