I purchased 4 tires in December 2023 and thought I had purchased the hazard warranty but clearly I didn t. Today, I had a lag screw in my tire and fortunately it happened near where I actually purchased my tires. I have to say the guy behind the counter wasn t the usual guy I see. Very short with me - I thought I could get it plugged, he went outside and looked at it and said I need a new tire. He also stated I would be waiting a while because I have 3 people ahead of me. I asked if there was any deal on the one tire since I had just purchased mine 4 months ago and again he was very short with me and said no.Update: The manager who usually waits on me reached out to me in regards to my experience yesterday and did offer me a discount and truly listened to me and didn t just brush me off. Please let me also state again - clearly this was my fault for not having the hazard warranty but it doesn t feel so bad when you just purchased tires and someone has enough heart to at least give you a discount. Thank you Tom.

Things I liked - they were able to get me in same day which I needed.Things I didn't like - I booked my appointment online, and when entering my car information, it quoted the $35.99 oil - That's a great price! I thought to myself...when I entered the store they said my car requires the $85.99 oil. The guy then stated it could be up to 2 hours. I appreciate the honesty, but there was only 1 car in the shop and that car's family in the waiting room only. The car was done in an hour. I did appreciate that but he knew it wasn't going to take 2 hours - it almost seemed like he had better things to do and was trying to scare me away. I should have taken the hint.

!A desperate place and company! If you have the time, please read this amazing thing on February 14th, I went here to change my car engine oil, after they done, my car was immediately unable to Drive, and the center control system showed that Drive Train Malfunction and engine light on. I towed my car to a dealer, where I was tested and told that good year had drained my transmission fluid, but not my engine oil, and put more oil into the engine. The dealer called them and they apologized to me and promised to send the estimate to insurance and that they would cover all of my expenses, including the rental. I waited for !TWO WEEKS! no one contacted me, I went to their store repeatedly, the manager and the owner could not give me any answer.The repair bill is $1,660, and I rented car for two weeks for $700. (I also told them I don t have funds to keep renting car)On February 26/2024, I went to the store again. The front desk told me that the manager was on vacation will back on Friday. I called their boss, but he didn't answer the phone. And I've been trying to contact their company.All this makes me desperate, I used to believe in this company, and now everything they do is disappointing! I m just a Student without any family support in this country. I feel hopeless. I ve already tried all the ways I could think of to solve this problem, but everything seems to be stuck. I also don t know what gonna happen next ~(I ll keep updating information here)So just a friendly reminder: if you can read my review before choosing this auto service center, it may be more useful for your decision.

I had just flown in from Virginia and the person who picked me up had a problem with one of her wipers when it started to rain. We stopped here to ask where there was an Auto Zone or somewhere we could get our wiper fixed. The gentleman working was so very kind and helpful and had us back on the road in a matter of minutes. I regret that we did not get his name but he was working today February 4th at 3pm. In a world where good customer service and just plain decency seem to be hard to find, it is so reassuring to know that there are still people like this gentleman in the world way to go Goodyear!

I purchased four tires and had the alignment done at this place. Shortly after, the tires began making a loud and annoying humming noise. I returned to the shop to report the issue, and they conducted a test drive. However, they claimed the noise was due to wheel bearings and wanted to charge me $350 for the repair. I found their customer service to be extremely rude, and it seemed like they were constantly trying to find reasons to increase the charges. I will not return to this place and would not recommend anyone to deal with them.

Nothing but a great experience. Came in with a flat tire while travelling to Florida. The tire was not repairable, but the customer service person made arrangements to get the tire to the location. We were back on the road in an hour. Thanks again to the team at Goodyear in Pooler.

I ve got to say I had high hopes when I walked in at 8am and was greeted by Tom. I needed all weather 17 in tires for travel to Utah and Tom was friendly and said he didn t have them in stock but would call around and if he could find them they could put them on today. Tom said if I didn t hear from him by 11am to give him a call back. At 1045 I called back and Tom said he couldn t find any locally and it would be Monday before he could get some delivered. I walked into another location 8 miles away and was helped by a nice gentleman who said he had the tires in stock. It saddens me that this is the customer service experience we ve had to become accustomed to, and the fact that I m a retired Goodyear employee of 42 years is the salt in the wound. Sad times.

Definitely awful place! If you want to get service here, you nltake a HUGE RISK!!! They just RUINED your car and never pay you back, you need to pay thousands dollars to fix your ruined car and no one cares after the accident happened even the manager here escaped to have a holiday and can t be contacted anymore!!!?F king awful company without any credibility.

I really hate how mechanic shops try to finesse women, it's so disgusting. This place tried charging me $200+ just to change my low beam headlights. I ended up doing it myself and it took me 5 minutes and parts were super cheap. They also tried charging $80 to just CHECK my headlights. The mechanics here should be ashamed of themselves for their preposterous pricing. They have lost a loyal customer.

I had purchased my Goodyear tires in NY in February of 2019 prior to moving to the south. I had brought my vehicle to Goodyear Pooler in December of 2022, as the front tires appeared to not have normal wear & tear and pieces of the rubber appeared to be coming off in chunks. The tires were considered defective, but the Manager of this establishment, Tom Chase helped me out a great deal. I had all four tires replaced at a pro-rated amount, and they're still going strong onto this day!Huge shout-out to Mr. Chase.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!We arrived at 4:59pm on Sunday (they close at 5pm) with sever tire issues (separated inner wall). Sean and John were the only two working, and they graciously stayed late to replace our tires. Most shops would turn you away in this situation but we were welcomed with open arms...at least it seemed that way, lol.Without their kindness and dedication, we would be stranded 6 hours away from home. God bless you...Team Sean-John!

Excellent service!!! We were passing through and got a flat tired on a Sunday. I called them, and Matt was very polite and diligent to offer an evaluation to determine the type of service that we needed, which was nicely done and on time. Additionally, great prices for service!! Highly recommended.

Beyond impressed with the professionalism and willingness to go the extra 50 miles for our 2015 van. We are loyal Good Year customers for nearly three decades raising 3 twenty/thirty somethings to do the same. Bottom line, we had a tire blowout on our way from Ohio to our son s Florida destination wedding on 95 S in S. Carolina. We changed to the donut and started calling the nearest Good Year which was 30 miles away and closing in 10 minutes. She recommended we call Sean at the Pooler, GA Goodyear. He looked up our warranty and waited for us to arrive 11 minutes after closing with our replacement, paperwork and tools primed and ready. We are beyond grateful for this generous act that had us back on the road in no time. Thank you Sean and Good Year - we are beyond appreciative

Zero stars! This will be the second time I have taken a vehicle to this store and been told a specific reason as to why they can't do an alignment on a vehicle I have taken to them after replacing upper/lower control arms shocks tie rods all bushing new ect. This time they have told me my frame is bent and its TOO FAR OUT TO ALIGN the car has never been in any kind of accident and I bought it new from the dealership. I took it to another mechanic shop and they did it without any excuses. I have in the past recommended this place but never again.

I travel for work. I came home with a puncture in my sidewall and am leaving again on Monday. I spent an entire day looking for a repair shop with my tire size in stock. Luckily, I found them at Goodyear online, booked an appointment and prepared to arrive the next day. They waited until AN HOUR before my appointment to call and tell me they didn't have my tire and it would be 2-5 days before they could get them in!I made an appointment yesterday at 945 am using their online store, filtering by available products. They literally had8 business hours in which to call me but they waited until LITERALLY the final hour!I'll never make that mistake again

If I was a resident down here, this would be my go to shop. I was in town visiting from Atlanta, I noticed the temp gauge running a little bit higher than usual. I contemplated whether I should just gamble & wait til I get back or have it checked out before I leave. I called and asked if it was possible they could look at my car on a Saturday morning and Tom told me to bring it on in. These guys had my car diagnosed and fixed in only a couple of hours, to say I was happy would be an understatement! They were honest and friendly; I couldn't ask for a better experience.

My wife and I were traveling from NC to Fla, we stopped in Savanah Ga for the night, once we arrived I noticed that my tires had been incorrectly rotated(different sizes front and back)from the service I had prior to leaving on the trip. I showed up at the Good Year store in Pooler at 8:00 am on Sunday morning to try to get them rotated back out correctly. Honestly, I didn t think they d do it without an appointment. Assistant Manager Matt Stowe went above and beyond to get me worked in, and provided pleasant conversation while I waited. We were back on the road in no time. Thanks Matt, there ARE a few good guys left!! Best of luck to you and your family. It was my pleasure meeting you. Thanks again!!

This was my first time using a Goodyear Auto Service Center and it was when my dashboard warning light indicated I had a light bulb needing replacement. Matt Stowe (Assistant Manager) was on duty this Sunday (Mother s Day) when I arrived. His polite and professional manner was a welcome change from the rude tone I encountered at the Firestone Auto Center in Savannah. For the past eight years I have had my vehicle serviced by Firestone Centers in Daytona, FL and Houston, TX. After the experience I had with the Savannah center, I will no longer have my vehicle serviced by Firestone. I will be returning to the Goodyear Auto Service Center for future vehicle services and repairs.

Matt hooked us up with a brand new tire on a Sunday, within hrs. Fcfc. Matt could have sold us 4 tires, but instead offered advice, even called a competitor to try to best match the other 3 tires on the car. Excellent character and a solid guy. Right buy a bunch of shops/ restaurants so you can stay occupied when your work is being preformed, which was nice. Would recommend!

Threw up a Hail Mary and pulled into good year 30 min before close to have a tire change since the place I bought the tire from said they couldn t do it. These fine folks happily obliged even being so close to closing time. They just got a new customer for life. Shout out Good year in pooler.

I been this place two times I got a diagnostic test on my SUV.Didnt have time to get the work cause I was waiting on my warranty people to get back to me .They finally got back to me 3 weeks later went back to goodyear and told them I'm ready to do the work they didn't want to wk on my car.THEY WERE ACTING RACIST TOWARDS ME THEY DID WANT TO SERVE ME THEY WOULDNT LOOK AT ME THE MANAGER DID NOT COME TO THE DESK TO TELL ME WHYI WOULD NEVER GO THIS PLACE THEY DONT WANT TO SERVE BLACKS WITH WARRANTY PAPER WORK IM GOING TO REPOT THIS BUSSINESS THEY ARE RACIST

Woke up with a flat tire on Memorial day weekend. My niece removed it we dropped it off and spent the afternoon shopping. They couldn't repair it but they managed to get me the correct tire before I left town. Thank you very much. XD by
