I was sent one of the most unprofessional tire repair services that I have seen in a long time by this company his attitude was nasty so I refuse to service Downtime will be charging me for a dry run, the dry run will be cheaper than the other tire that their vendor was about to destroy. I will never refer them nor use them again. Proper way to lift 40,00 pounds

I did a service for that company and after performing the service they did not want to pay for my work done, I left the work for free because I did not want to pay.

This is a Triple A for commercial truck drivers. Professional trained staff to handle all you mechanical and tire break downs.

I really wish the consumer financial protection bureau launches an investigation into this company. They asked for my debit card information after the chassis provider agreed to pay for damages to the chassis. Downtime billed me and the chassis provider. They acknowledge this and agreed to refund the $750 but the money was never refunded.

One of our trucks for Lake Transport went down in Jacksonville, FL. I called and there was no wait time on the phone. I spoke with Amanda, she was very helpful and friendly. The ETA given was very close to the actual wait time for our driver and it was under 2 hours. The repair was quick and our driver was happy to be on his way.

I called expecting a long delay and wait time to speak to someone, as this has become the norm for so many management companies. I was surprised to not only speak to a live person in less than a minute but to be speak to someone who was helpful, attentive and who listened to what I had to say. Most companies dismiss drivers. I was treated not like a customer but like a friend in need if help from another friend. Amanda thank you so much for your time and assistance in this matter. I hope to not need help again soon but feel better knowing that if I do you and your company are available to help me.

Charged me for a cap that came off a tire (that the port is responsible for) and then $90 to replace a tail light on a trailer. I have talked to another guy that called them and he took his trailer to a shop to have his tire fixed and down time still charged $160 for a service call. This place is over priced and not good to do business with! If you need a tire repair, google is free and does a much better job!!!

I had two separate call in with Downtime. I didnt have to wait very long on the phone to speak with someone. When I did have to wait. I was notified immediately that I had to wait. That makes a big difference instead of listening to the phone ring. When the service call was put in. I got a immediate eta of the time the tech would show up.i would recommend Downtime to any trucking company out there. Keep up the great work.

Thank you Amanda and the DFM team! Amanda was very helpful thoughtful. Everything happened just as she said it would and she even followed up with me to make sure I was back rolling before she went home for the day. I have used downtime a few times in the past 3 months. Each experience has been good. They took care of me as soon as can be expected when you are down. The girls in the office are kind and awesome! Thank you, ladies and servicemen!

Amanda is a very responsive, helpful, young lady..She keep me calm so that I could get her the information so she could help me, pin pointing my location, was inpairative because I was more focused on getting to a safe have away from traffic I didn't pay attention to the exit.. Amanda is very resourceful, and knowledgeable...Thank You Amanda and thank you Downtime for having people like her on the other side..

It s hard dealing with drivers when they break down because they want immediate resolution. There are times when they cannot get the quick fix, but what helps is the communication. Mckenzie helped so much, she turned a frustrated situation into a positive outcome with keeping touch and giving updates for my driver. Means more than you know. I even asked to have her direct number when I know I will need assistance again.Thank you very much!

I give 5 stars to Lierra, she was Fantastic to work with, but at the shift change we had John & I will never do anything for this man again. He was rude, disrespectful, and didn t want to pay for services when the job was done. That being said this was two totally different experiences dealing with two different people so if your lucky enough to deal with Lierra your good to go.

Thanksgiving eve 2021 I had a tire with bolt through the tread. Was trying to get back home to Georgia and I was in Mississippi. Amanda was awesome and found a local guy who had it knocked out in about an hour altogether.

If your dispatcher tells you they re calling Downtime be prepare to possibly run out all of your hours waiting on a mechanic to get to you..I ve had several experience with different companies I ve driven for and one thing that remains the same is this is got be one of the slowest tire repair tire vendors around..You would probably come better find your own tire shop and if possible take the equipment to them instead wasting your whole day on the side of the road..Also they never use a local tire repair close to your break down spot hell they will find you a freaking tire repair that s 50 to 75miles away from you go figure..

The customer service representative, Shelbi, was not only on point but was 100% attentive to my concern. She called back and texted me with updates on the service vendor coming, right through to the completion of the repair. Thanks Shelbi and downtime.

Been using this service for the past 3 years. Not one complaint. I recommend them to any trucker in GA. Shoutout to Amanda for the positive energy on the call.

I would definitely not recommend using them as a first option or at all really. They are horrible at communication and customer service. I spoke with "John" who was very rude and condescending when simply asking for updates on a service call. They are very slow and don't seem to care about anything at all. I only use them when I ABSOLUTELY have to.

Terrible service. They do not give accurate ETAs. They will just decide not to give you any type of update on where the vendor is. If you don't have to use them, don't. If I could give them 0 stars I would but google won't let me.

Had a flat this morning and I call downtime Pooler Ga.A bright young lady call Amanda got me rolling in 30 minutes.All I can say is downtime need to be your first call in time of need.Ask for Amanda she makes it happen

Worst service ever. Hours to answer you. Hours to wait for an eta and then Hours for there vendors to come out. Get more vendors or get out of the business. I can do a better way better job than you..

I have done work for them in the past, slow about paying, they called me for do road service a lot but never called back so I started rejecting their calls, now after almost 3 years, they started calling me again to help do road service for them, because no other road service wants to deal with them, again, called to get paid and no answer, this is the last time me or my father do business with them, they really need to get out of the business, people won't help you if you don't pay them, it shouldn't take me calling multiple times, day after day just to get paid

Don't not call these people!!! They will forget about you!!!! I sit five and half hours before I got somw one out here and then the shop they had to come the guy was so freaking slowwwwwwwwww and don't really know what the hell he was doing so let me tell you please find someone else to find you a shop or a mechanic!!!!

I have never once received a return call with a ETA on any service call. Usually average 2hr wait on service.

Rude & unhelpful people. The guy was asleep (as sounded by his voice over the phone) and found zillion reasons to not come and help me. What kind of help would an unwilling person give you with ur truck...probably nothing...Would not recommend. Find other choices.

Wait times are crazy. There are never calls back to provide an eta. Service has seriously gone down hill.
