Rashawn was a life saver!! Excellent customer service for all of our issues. We could not have been happier with the service that was provided. Fast efficient and so helpful!! We highly recommend Dorsey Tire!!

These people are so unorganized. They say they will do what you want but they never come through. We pay them for tire service and we never get our original wheels back. They do not keep track of your rims instead they will send you back whatever rim they feel like on whatever tire you order. Save your money. Snider Fleet Solutions is more likely a better option. So tell me, how am I to mount a disgusting wheel that is guaranteed to loosen your Lugnuts. Come on guys it s time to get ur act together. I have unseated tires that are to be delivered inflated.

I went there to get work done on a chassis. Josh and Jordan made my day. They were very professional, respectful and helpful. I'm definitely going to buy them lunch the next time I'm over there!

First of all. They solved my problem. (They had the best price over $1,800 better than the competition.) Second of all the staff is super helpful, I mean all of them from the office to the installers. Next the owner is on top of it.Lastly this place is huge. If you have a problem don t ask them if they can do it. Because I get the feeling they can do anything.

Service was pretty quick. But it's 95 degrees outside and they expect you to sit in the heat while they change tires. Then it made it even worse cause I was sick and very weak and still made me get out of the truck. When y'all do a service call. The driver not the passenger don't get out so tell me what the difference is. Yeah I'm a bit upset. Hope they do better on the service in that department. Over all. The guys at the back desk were really nice. Wesley was one of them not sure of the other ones name. I sure hope my husband don't buy tires from them again. Sorry I even talked him into buying from there. Well stay safe out there on the road. Keep all 18 wheels rolling and straight up! God Bless!

Father, son and daughter all work here. I reached out to (the daughter) Jessica for a tire type recommendation for my 16 year old sons truck. She provides a QUOTE for service & tells me that she needs a weeks notice. I asked to schedule a week in advance, as asked. She was out with a sick child. So I waited and tried again, she tells me she told her brother but he was busy and hadn't gotten back with her. I simply said, "my sons 16th birthday is in 2 days I was really wanting the truck to have tires by then." She then unfriends me, tells me to go to the OTHER Dorsey Tire and that the quote she gave me is no longer any good. I reached out to someone I knew, and trusted to sell me a decent tire for my sons surprise 16 year olds birthday -- and less than 2 days before she retracts the offer and basically tells me to go elsewhere. Because I followed up with her on a quote for service. I have a screen recording of the entire conversation. Someone from the office called and left me a voicemail stating the tires are no longer available as they are on back order. So which is it? Are they no longer available? Are they on back order or should I take my business somewhere else like I was literally told to in WRITING by an employee at this oh so professional establishment?

Very good customer service... friendly and professional. They had the 2 tires I needed in stock and got right on the trailer, I was not there longer than 30 minutes. Initially, I was only going to get the blowout fixed but the young man noticed the inside trailer tire was in bad shape. He called me over to look at it and he was absolutely correct, it would not have lasted much longer. He saved me from having another blowout... probably on my next load. The tires and work was less expensive than I had thought it would be. Bottom line... I will certainly take my business back to Dorsey Truck/Tire Center.

We had a great experience with Dorsey Tire! They're very professional and friendly people and we can't wait to work with them again! There are a lot of moving parts and services that they offer, and it seems like a very well-oiled operation.

Love this group of people. They always provide great customer service to us and their employees seem to enjoy their jobs which makes our experience better too. The prices are very fair and the quality of work is great. Very happy to recommend Dorsey Tire!

This place is remarkable and turned one nightmare of a trip and allowed me to get home. Our RV broke down on 95N and we werent sure what was wrong with it. The following day after it was towed over, they checked it out and found the battery was defective and replaced it. Amazing people... They were booked up too and fit me in. I have health issues and take serious medications for survival and my trip was already over extended as it was. They seriously saved me a hospital trip. I dont believe they know exactly how much stress they took off me and just how much pain it is for me to be in the hospital when it happens. Thank you! They dont typically work on RVs so that says something about this shop.

After a horrible day sitting along Rt 95 with a blown tire, what a relief it was to find Dorsey Tire Co. to help us out with new tires for our motorhome. They were professional, courteous, and did everything they could to help us. They had the tires we needed in stock and quickly took care of business so we could continue our journey back home to PA. Highly recommend !!!

We were traveling on vacation and 775 miles from home had a blowout on our 5th wheel camper. We were able to make it to our destination by putting the spare on but in need of new tires to get back home. Called the local camping world and they referred us to Dorsey Tire Co. They had the tires that I wanted in stock at a competitive price. I stopped in before heading home and an hour later was on my way with new tires. Thanks to an excellent staff at Dorsey Tire I was able to have a safe and enjoyable trip home. Keep up the good work and Thanks again.

I was told by the receptionist that they could do a three axel alignment on my truck. After arriving and confirming my appointment I discovered that they did not schedule my appointment. After waiting in the parking lot for 2 hours the alignment technician came out and told me that he couldn t do an alignment on my truck and also told me that the trouble aligning my truck was not worth the money it cost to do the alignment. In other words it s to much trouble for the the money I would have to pay. All car haulers beware of this place. What an inconvenience Dorsey Tire caused me.

The guys in service at Savannah tried to save me a few bucks by installing retreads in the rear. Had one of them have some sort of manufacturing defect and the treads ripped off. Unfortunate, but Dorsey took care of us. Our truck needed to be on its way to Atlanta so Allen from Darien patched us up on the side of the road and had us on our way. Normally don't leave reviews but felt compelled to do so due to dorsey's exemplary service. Highly recommended shop for your truck/tractor needs.

Needed a patch repair on my trailer. Phone was answered by not much hospitable lady that told me they are booked for the next 30days. I hard believe that s true by the voice on the phone.

We use a 3rd party for billing for our truck Got to dorsey tire checked in then said they have to get approval Only truck here One hour later called the 3rd party company said Approval was given 7 minutes after they Submitted the work order..why did I sit here for 1 hr for my tire ????...Also 6 employees in the office no one wearing a mask...could not wait to get out of there.....
