The most pleasant experience dealing with a Car Repair/Tire shop! When you call they actual answer the phone, and are eager to help! When we arrived they were able to walk us thru all of our options and were able to find a tire that was the closet match to put our current tire. Kris was so knowledgeable and friendly we will be back to order all new tires because of his outstanding customer service!

I went for a tire rotation for my light truck tires, I had 65 pounds in the back and 55 in front since I pull a 9000 pound trailer and want extra support in the rear. They brought my keys and explained they had adjusted my pressure just like I had it, I checked later the pressure and tork on the bolts, everything was as explained. I thought this was a proffessional well done job, thanks Discount tire.

These guys are awesome! Quick and courtesy service. Plus their prices are a great deal. You really can't ask for more!And follow-up services are included in the price. I really appreciate the service and the top quality tires I found here! Thanks so much

This shop is absolutely the best tire shop I have ever used. I started using them a couple years back and they have been exceptional. There prices are reasonable. They also replaced a set of tires I was unhappy with with no questions. Customer service is spend to none I would give them a shot.

I would have given them 5 but the tire They told me was fixed was losing air. Tires under warranty so my son had called on his truck and so he told them they did not have to order the matching tire . We needed a good one today. Maybe possibly I could have misheard what he said but I wrote as a text to my son as he told me ...only reason I had agreed. But in the end it was fixed,a new tire put on ... ty

I came to this location and while the service performed was great I didn't have the best interaction with a rep there. Well when I got the survey I filled it out when I normally don't spend my time (good experience or bad) on things like that but I really wanted to voice myself. I filled the survey not really expecting to hear from anyone but I got a follow up call from the manager Calvin the very next day.We spoke and I really loved that he actually cared to hear my concerns and asked what he could do to make it right. For a little context, during my prior visit I only had one tire changed and was informed the other tires needed to be replaced as soon as possible but one of the three definitely needed to be replaced soon.So when he asked what could he do to make it right, a very humble $5 off or $10 off coupon request, lol, turned into something so much more. I will forever be grateful for his kindness and can't put into words how much I appreciate him and Discount Tire. I won't look anywhere else for my tire needs and will carry forever one of the most positive memories I've experienced in my life.Warmest regards to the team and thank you for all you guys do.

Scheduled an appointment for 11:45. When I arrived I was told 2.5 - 3.5 hour wait! No one Canceled my scheduled appointment. I can see a medical surgeon quicker then getting TPMS'S Tire pressure monitors/sensors installed.The issue I have is we make appointments at a certain time to receive a service in a reasonable amount of time. We make appointments because we have other things we have to take care of. Not to be surprised with 3.5 hour wait time, then have to change the rest of your plans.

3rd set of tiresfor my 2022 HRV. 112500 miles on the odometer. I drive Uber so it puts on the mileage.Factory set gave me 53000 miles, second set gave me almost 60000. Both were Michelin. New set is Yokohama. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Mounted and balanced. Excellent service

Came in a couple weeks ago for a tire rotation, they did not charge me- but asked that I return when I need tires. Fast forward a couple weeks, I wake up to a flat. Take it in to be replaced. Work was fast, staff was friendly and the pricing was fair. Will return.

Listen to this... I called the shop at 5:56pm yesterday, 4 MINUTES before they closed. I wasn't even expecting anyone to answer. Then AJ answered.I don't know this gentleman at all. I explained that I needed a tire and wanted to make an appointment and he said he got me. He told me they were out of stock in Pooler but they had some in stock at their Abercorn location. I told him okay I would just go to the abercorn location and have them do it. AJ However insisted on calling the Abercorn store's manager and having him bring the tire to the Pooler store's senior worker on his own time, so I could make an appointment at the Pooler location where it was more convenient for me. This man AJ jumped through hoops for me more than any business let alone stranger I know. Excellent customer service is an understatement.

Wow just WOW!I never leave reviews but I felt compelled after my recent visit.I can t say I ve ever experienced better customer service than at this store!!Mark and his entire staff went so far above and beyond! Mark literally ran to his personal truck to race to another tire warehouse to get a set of tires for my car before closing.I didn t even have an appointment! I won t buy tires anywhere else!Your new forever customer in the red Tesla!

I paid for a service and tires. Wanted my two new tires on the front. Wanted my 2 tires that were being replaced placed in my trunk as they belonged to me when I arrived. Instead of just a professional opinion/suggestion from the employee, I was harassed, debated, argued with, and in general was treated horribly. This will be my first and definitely last time here.

The employees here are top notch and this store is ran professionally I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire and they got me in fix the problem for free which I was astounded by they accommodated me which such professionalism I want to truly thank you guys at discount tire I will recommend to friends and family without hesitation again thank you so much

Had a morning appointment and my tires were not in yet. They had given me the tracking number for the tires and I knew as soon as they got there. Joe was awesome there.

This store has been the best tire place of my life. I own a Jeep a ford f-150 and a Toyota Corolla they have helped me in time of dire need when I needed a new rim bc mine got damaged on a pothole and gave a level of expert knowledge on selecting ordering and time management of my truck tires I definitely will be using then when I upgrade my Jeep tires all I can say is Calvin and AJ both have been professionally sound and also never once tried to upsell me they give you what you want and do it with the utmost respect knowledge professionalism and with the peace of mind knowing that they are dedicated to giving you the best service possible

This visit was terrible, Intergrity is not anywhere in this organization.Zach called, "Mr. Kelley, all the wheel sensors are not workingand two of them are broken also all the batteries are dead". I responded Zach this is a simple system its just a transmitter and I had no lights on my dash when I arrived, if they where broken or batteries dead, I would have a light, right? Zach, yes sir you are right, the light should be on, but we can install new ones for $260, and I am not sure why you didn't have a light. So I left with a light on my dash, if they would just have said we broke two, I would have split the cost. They where only concerned about upsellng, not taking care of the customer. Not pleased at all

As a mom walking in with a crying toddler and a flat tire two hours before they closed, Andrew was the friendly and helpful face that made our day much easier. I m so grateful for the experience he provided us. Thank you!!

Ordered tires from them a week ahead of time and when I show up 15 minutes early to my appointment to get them installed they tell me they didn't get the tires yet. No call, no text, no email. Unreliable, they only want you to buy what they have sitting in there store even if it's the wrong size.

Go see AJ at discount tire. Staff is very quick and experienced and will get you in and out in no time. Very careful to ensure rims don t get scratched up as well. Also very reasonable install prices compared to the other 10+ tire shops in Pooler.

Staff was great getting me the tires I wanted for my Camaro SS 1LE! They took care of my wheels during the change and were good friendly automotive enthusiasts. Ultra fast service, really took care of me.

Best service in town, they are always slammed busy but it's for a good reason! And they are still quick and efficient.If you are considering going to those green/yellow guys with a similar name.... DON'T.The customer service is and the general vehicle knowledge is completely different and the Manager, Mark, is always out there working directly with customers. Don't waste your time going anywhere else in Pooler. Discount Tire is where it's at.

The manager at this location is the only one that acts like he cares if he even has a job to do every day. Thankyou Calvin for stepping up when clearly ball was dropped MORE THAN ONCE ON THE SAME VISIT. smh. His attention to detail and observation of the situation was appreciated and thankyou. Hope you get better staff. The manager Calvin and the associate Joe are top notch the rest are meh

These guys are on their game! My wife and I had four new tires installed on her pickup in less than 20 minutes! I was amazed!Nothing has changed! These people do an outstanding job. I went in today with an appointment at 8:15 am for a tire rotation and balance. I drove away, job done at 8:38, and it is free for the life of the purchased tires!

The staff was very friendly and moved quickly. Over the phone, they offered to patch my tire for free, but upon review determined it was un-patchable due to the whole in the sidewall of the tire. They quickly sold me a new tire at a great price compared to the other shops I called for comparisons and had me on way in no time.

Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean and organized store. Will be a returning customer for all my tire needs. Updated. I guess I used up my "lifetime" free rotation 1st time ever he brought me outside after looking at how many times I've been. There for "free" on the computer. used a tool I noticed and he said he's been having problems getting accurate readings off of. It took him 10 mins to finally get a reading. The tires are only 11 months old mind you. He saying that are at 4/32.and best for me to get new tires. My dealership checked my tires a week before during oil change and inspection. they are at 7/32 according to there readings. Seems a marketing scam to buy more because of too many free rotations.

During my mini vacation here I damaged two tires. AJ took my frantic call and Mark helped me get new tires in the same day! We use Discount Tire back home in Florida and man , they have the same care and awesome technicians here in Pooler Ga!!! Thank you Mark for the great service and for the great staff !!!
