Danny and his team are the masters of auto repair. Danny doesn t accept anything less than perfection in his work. My 2018 Camry was hit on the left side door. In less than eight working days Danny and his team had my car ready to go. The door looked better than it did coming from Toyota.If you have any doubts about where to get your car repaired, Auto Perfection is the go to place. Kimberly at reception kept me updated on the repairs can t say enough about her help, great attitude and smile.Thanks Danny for a job well done!

Dear NeighborsThe folks at Auto Perfection are true professionals! From the courteous receptionist Kimberly to the quick response and follow up from Crystal to the expertise skill and clear communication from Danny the whole experience was pleasant and precise.Maybe they need to change their nameto Auto Precision? Just saying?Although you may have a wait as the schedule is extremely busy the staff communicate that. Like the saying goes good things come to those who wait. It cannot be easy to perfectly meet the standards of everyone perfectly but the staff and management, from my brief experience sure beat expectations!Great job!Lewis Martin

LONG POST ALERTI was in a no fault accident in which the liable party's insurance took care of all the costs. I chose this location because of it's convenient location to my work and the high reviews on Google. When I arrived to have my car inspected and book an appointment they told me that the soonest was almost 3 months away. I reluctantly scheduled the appointment. My first thought was to check around at other shops in the area, but as I stepped outside to make a call to Statefarm I noticed a gentleman with a microfiber rag buffing my quarter panel. He managed to completely remove all the paint transfer and scuff marks to the point that the body damage was almost unnoticeable while I had been inside for maybe 10 minutes. He complimented me on my car and we talked for a couple minutes. After this I walked back in and told the very sweet receptionist about the great experience I had with whom she told me was the owner or owners son? (Gentlemen with glasses and long dark hair) She answered a few more questions for me and I was on my way.These folks updated me frequently, responded promptly to my questions, completed great work, and made the whole experience very convenient. There's really not enough I can say about them.Oh and to really seal the deal, their final question was if I'd like to leave my rental and they'd return it to Enterprise for me. That blew my mind I didn't know that was a thing. I had worked out a plan of the logistics it was going to take to pick my car up, borrow a friend to drive with me to Enterprise to drop off the rental. The grand plan was rendered moot by five star service. I was able to drive home hassle free and save another hour of being on the road.5/5 Completely impressed.Would recommend.They created a loyal fan.

After receiving a higher than expected estimate from my first choice, I took the recommendation from a friend and visited Auto Perfection. Not only was their estimate $1k cheaper, the staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and detailed in their approach to getting my truck repaired. They answered every question I had, kept me updated on the status and even helped turn in my rental at the end of the repair. By the way, the work was outstanding and am happy I am 100% whole again.

Despite passing many bodyshops everyday. I keep bringing my cars and business to these guys despite being about a half hour away. Great work and a very sweet lady at the desk. Even the owner listens and understands what you want and explain everything clearly. I can think of no higher praise. They are actually doing 2 more cars for me this month!

A good call just waiting my turn to take my car in for its repairs, as always they worked to move my appointment up for me, In all good people. Just got my car back and Danny and his team did an awesome job as expected. Danny is very thorough in what he does for the customer he explains everything and makes sure what he tells you is exactly what you get. I highly recommend his business for accident or collision repairs they are the best around.Just take a look at his work they did the front bumper cover and hood plus they finished the other mirror cover to match the car, plus other little touch ups in all a great job. Very very satisfied. Thanks again Auto perfection.

Auto Perfection estimated 14 days to repair my car. I was paying for it myself so I greatly appreciated the actual cost being a few $ under the estimate. Also it was finished in 5 days which greatly reduced the cost for my rental car. I received daily updates about the progress of the repairs. I m very happy with the results.My car looks beautiful!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The as I stated in my earlier review the work was excellent. Even when I had to return it for a reprogramming issue. I'd also added my shopping bag was taken from my car. I got a call to tell me a picture had been taken after the bag was removed. I don't understand what that was supposed to mean. The call was ridiculous and annoying.

This place is a RIP OFF they trying to charge me $950 to replace a single side mirror..yeah okay. Would not recommend when you pay 700% more than what the part cost

Exceptional workmanship! Auto Perfection did incredible body work and painting of our vehicle! They do great work. All of the staff is very nice and answered my questions very thoroughly. I can tell they stand behind their work and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend. Reasonably priced and friendly. Customer service was A+.

Having to get a vehicle repaired from an accident is always a stressful situation. Absolutely incredible craftsmanship from those who worked on my truck (F250). Actually, from the Ladies up front to whoever cleaned my truck I couldn t be more satisfied. Customer Service was amazing from all my questions, the weekly update calls, to the late part I added on. Whoever was tasked with cleaning my truck once the work was completed did an excellent job. It looked better than the trucks on a showroom floor. I, without doubt, will recommend Auto Perfection to anyone I know needing work performed on their vehicles. I will certainly be taking all my work to them in the future. If you haven t used Auto Perfection next time you need body work do yourself a favor and check them out you ll be glad you did. Thank you to all those who had a hand in repairing my truck I couldn t be more satisfied.

Absolutely satisfied. My low mileage convertible sports car was nearly flawless prior to someone hitting it. I asked Auto Perfection for a pristine car to be returned to me. The methodology of disassembling prior to paint to eliminate tape lines, reassembly, wet sand/buff to remove orange peel resulted in a superior finish. They stopped the process to provide me options if something (rock chips, etc.) would affect the final paint appearance. Honestly, it looks as good as it did when it came off the showroom floor! They took it to my requested dealership for mechanical inspection of steering and suspension & 4-wheel alignment, and so I could ensure my warranty would be unaffected.Plenty of updates and explained any questions I had. Hands down the best body shop in the area! They kept us updated throughout the entire process & even handled extending my car rental for me. Our SUV looks brand new & they even washed it before we picked it up! If you have to have bodywork done This is the place to go! I would give 10 stars if I could. Our son was involved in a horrible accident Nov 2021. Brand new car with only a couple hundred miles on it, ugh!!The insurance company should have totaled the car, but didn't. Long story short, it took several months to fix the car due to supply chain shortages and finding the parts, but eventually our son's car was fixed like new. Danny the owner called us several times to provide updates, and his staff was very diligent in sourcing the car parts throughout the US.
