Super helpful staff. I stopped there when I started having issues with my battery. Asked for alternator testing. One staff member helped me jump my truck with their own car, helped me determine the issue, and then all the staff helped me push my truck into another parking spot to allow the tow truck to come pick it up. Wonderful, above and beyond, service.

Used to be a good advanced auto parts but a problem way too common it has fallen apart due to upper management and workers that don't want to work. Called today to be placed on a ten minute hold before hanging up. Then I proceeded to enter the store and be treated as though I didn't exist after the front associates called their manager Cindy to the front she decided she was too good to do front desk work and look up a part for me and said can't they just do it in a very smooth manner. I know when I had worked at advance it was a much better experience. Will make sure to give my money to O'Reilly's down the road next time they've always been a better experience.

They don t do code reading after 6:00pm.m which is ridiculous. Anywhere else they doing but this location looks like something else. Or just the staff lazy . Anyway if you have check engine light on save some time for yourself and skip this place

Lost a customer!!! While waiting for the employee to look up a part I asked to use their restroom. Employee stated they don t have a restroom. However, there is no sign posted that states No Public Restroom .

Went to pick up a part and arrived 5 minutes before closing (8:55), and the door was locked. As I walked up, the employee saw me and proceeded to lock the door after I had called and informed them that I was coming to pick up a part needed for a last minute project.

I was doing my brakes on my truck. I called to verify that the store turned rotors. I was driving there at the same time. A guy answered and confirmed that they did perform the service. When I got there they played dumb like I never called.

Cindy was absolutely amazing and helpful. She was knowledgeable and was very friendly. She was able to explain things to us in a clear manner and went out of her way to help us. I really appreciate the lengths she went to.

Our family auto parts store is the best service is always excellent.I had purchased a battery that went bad in about 6 months. They replaced it with no problem at all .

Purchased a water pump and thermostat for my 95 f150. A gasket came w water pump but not the thermostat which I was unaware of after calling the store the response I got from Cindy the general manager was we are only human and there is nothing she can do to help. Called auto zone on the phone and as soon as I ask for a thermostat they asked if I wanted a gasket or liquid gasket with it. Even tho advance claims the have knowledgeable experts on the counter.

Worse experience! I stopped by to drop off ups package, the front desk gave me terrible look and sigh! Just like i did some terrible mistake with them! Dont even bother to say hi or goodbye! If you dont want to take the package drop off, stop work with them

I was very pleased with the assistance I received at your store. I purchased 3 windshield wipers and was pleasantly surprised when the young lady came out and installed them without being asked. She also researched and found what I needed to unstop my windshield washer ports. She was very curtious the whole time.

The work was done. I brought a new battery. Requested my old one and the service man said I would have to pay $22.00which I didn't dispute, but his attitude and tone of voice was very disrespectful and I called him on it. He claimed he didn't know way I said that to him,a male white man came in the store and he spoke harshly to him and the man jumped back startled at this man tone of voice. Then I asked him quietly if he would speak to his wife the way he was talking to me and rushed by me without saying excuse me. He apologized and I accepted, but I will never go to your store again. Your other staffs were very respectful.

I visited the store on Thursday. JC helped me find a new headlight and even replaced it for me. It was a little difficult to do and he worked with it and finally got it. This is twice he s helped me with an issue. He is very friendly and super helpful. You can tell he loves his job. I just wanted you to know that you have a great employee. Thank you!

We needed about 20 gals of oil for our work trucks......they were double yes, double the price of orielleys....I told cashier, she said something like, if they are within 6 miles of our store, I can't fix the price.....don't go there!!!!!!!

I needed my battery replaced and the worker refused and claimed to be the only one there, when I could hear another worker in the back and even seen her at one point. Then as I was leaving she stepped out the front door for a smoke break. I guess good employees are hard to find. Highly recommend Oreillys!

Service was great, they came out to check my vehicle and recommended the part I needed to fix my vehicle. Very helpful and knowledgeable with tools to borrow from store. Changed out alternator, checked battery and it was all a great experience.

We were on an unexpected journey from Connecticut to Florida and needed wiper blades and some other items all over the store. Newer vehicle to us as we had just picked it up. We are highly impressed with the help getting our vehicle taken care of so we could continue on down the road. Cody A, you were very helpful and knowledgeable and we really appreciate just how polite you were, thank you.

Josh is very helpful and knowledge about assisting me with my problem. All staff personnel greeted me every time I came through the doors. They would not allow me to pay a crazy price for one tool and located the item I needed. I definitely think that this is the best auto part store around!

Came in with my 16-yr-old for a light bulb for his first car. David jumped up to show us right where it was. When we bought wiper blades but couldn't get them on (car is 17 years old), it was David to rescue again! Thank you David for going above and beyond to help a single mom with no automotive expertise. Your store has gained a new loyal customer.

Around 8:00 am 3/24/2021Disgusting work ethic. I literally walked in the door, and I was the only customer. There was a female employee behind the counter that saw me approach, never said a word to me and walked to the back. I stood and waited for 5-10 min and could hear jaw jacking going on between two female employees in the back. I asked loudly if I could get some service and one said no! then they laughed together.Unreal. Never spending my money here again.

My brother-in-law needed a new battery but according to them, it was too dark to do the work and they refused. It was about 6:45 and it was getting dark but not not completely dark. In addition, the sidewalk lights provided plenty of light. I could see well enough to attach jumper cables since they wouldn t help us. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law called O Reillys right down the road and they told us to come on and they d care of it. I guess it more light 2 minutes down the road.

The online app sucks I like getting my parts at advance but I really wish they would get their app to work properly. When it works its great no wait just go pick up your order saves you alot of time if its working.

TJ saved me from losing my job last week! I had a meeting out of town and my car needed a new battery. He installed that battery in no time. Not only did he get the job done effectively in this heat he also had outstanding customer services.
