Seriously, these are the most honest and knowledgeable owners of any auto repair shop I ve done business with. I ve recommended them to all of my friends and family and they never disappoint. I wouldn t dream of taking my car anywhere else!

Absolutely phenomenal. Honest mechanics who provide great service and a great price. I was out of town at a conference at Callaway Gardens resort when I got a sign that I need to replace the battery. It was only three months old. I figured it was the alternator. Thankfully they tested the battery and the alternator and that wasn t the problem. It was corrosion on the negative battery terminal which they promptly fixed. They could ve taken advantage of my situation and charged thousands of dollars, but did the honest thing and I am forever grateful for it. Not only that, but they gave me a ride back to the hotel since Uber would not come out this way. I am so impressed with this repair shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have used Pine Mountain Auto for years. I recently had them replace the transmission in my truck, Todd did a super job!!! Mike, Todd and Eric are awesome people and mechanics!! Honest, fair and just great guys!! Ms Carrol is also a great person to deal with. I lost a tire headed out of Atlanta. Chipley went above and behind to get everything taken care of. There was no bs. They shot me straight and only fixed what needed fixing. Very reasonably priced. If I didn't live in Atlanta, I would use these guys for everything auto related.

Not a great experience. Went weeks with a broken part on my car. Had to keep following up with them only to be told they couldn t find the part. Called Nissan to get the part number, and found it multiple places online. Ended up just taking it to Nissan. Will probably not be back. Seemed like they just didn t want to bother with it or it wasn t worth it to them.

Dropped my van off over the weekend. Called them on Monday to let them know it was there. Did not know what was wrong with it though the wrecker told me he thought it was alternator issues. It was. Ive been taking my vehicles to chipley auto care for a couple years now, for service. I totally trust them over chain service centers. Their prices are great! The staff are also great!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did good work, had me back on the street about the same time in the afternoon that I dropped my truck off the day before. They replaced wheel bearings and a 4WD actuator the bearing problem tore up, while there I had them change the oil as well since I was a little past due mileage wise and I couldn't have afforded the oil change of they wouldn't have treated me fairly on the repair costs. Recommend them to anyone needing automotive maintenance, repair, upgrade or whatever. Quality work from knowledgeable mechanics at very fair prices, what else could you ask for?

On our way to Florida last week, our car broke down. After waiting for five hours for our insurance company to send out a tow truck, a stranger who tried to help me told me to call Pine Mountain Auto Care for assistance. Within 20 minutes of my call to Pine Mountain Auto Care, their tow truck arrived and loaded our vehicle. Mike, the tow truck driver, was very understanding, friendly and courteous.We were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable charge for the vehicle repair and towing service. I strongly recommend Pine Mountain Auto Care and their towing service.

I was visiting Pine Mountain and my truck broke down on Friday afternoon at 4 PM. Harris County Towing picked my truck up quickly and took it to Pine Mt Auto care. They repaired my truck quickly and at a great price. Customer service was excellent. Thank you Scott.

On vacation when engine started making horrid sounds. They worked us in. Loaned a car. Price was reasonable for work done. Drives better than it has in quite a while even though had it checked for roadworthiness before the trip. Why do they have to be so far away?!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Went in for an oil change. Inform them of a pre-existing issue that they might see with the car. Not only did I not have to wait long for the oil change, I was quoted for the repair of the other issue. But before that they verified that that was the problem before I went ahead and spent money on parts. Plan to go back to have the work done as the courtesy was above and beyond.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

We have been to this shop many times. They r so friendly and helpful in figuring out what's wrong and best way to fix it. Plus if something comes up with the parts used they will fix the issue no problem. Just this week our van made an awful sound and wouldn't start. I saw pieces of metal on the ground and oil dripping out. So I called them for a tow company. They came out looked to get the van and told me what I thought, the van was a goner. We decided to not tow it and call a scrap yard. I love that they took the time to ck it out instead of just towing it there and telling me later it wasnt worth fixing. Thank so much PM Auto. We appreciate your business and amazing workers!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the employees of Pine Mountain Auto Care. I had just pulled into town with my camper and was meeting friends at Three Little Pigs BBQ when I accidentally ran my tow vehicle into a ditch! Two gentlemen came over with their wrecker and within 10 minutes had my car out and even let me park in their lot to go eat lunch. I didn't get their names but they couldn't have been nicer, professional and knowledgeable! One gentleman said..."don't worry, this happens all the time." It might not, but he certainly made me feel better! For such a horrible experience, they helped me so quickly and made me feel better about my horrible mistake. Thank you Pine Mountain Auto Care!

Amazing people. Lana(hope I spelling her name right) is very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked well with me and felt like I was from there. Highly recommend whether you are local or from out of town camping like we were.

We were visiting the area and had car troublethat would have prevented us from getting home. I took my vehicle to Pine Mountain Auto. They were very busy since it was a Friday but they did everything they could to fit us in and make sure we would have a functional vehicle to drive home in. They also drove us back to our campsite so that we could relax there instead of waiting hours in town. They were helpful and kind. I will certainly go back there if I have car trouble again when I am in the area.

Friendly, knowledgeable but a bit higher than locations that are in town. Not many choices in Pine Mountain but they treat you like family, which is what counts in a small town.

These guys are awesome!! They tell you like it is and don't try to take advantage of you. We have taken them two different vehicles on many separate occasions and all times we were treated more than fair. I hope we find another shop like theirs when we move.

The people that work here are always professional and extremely nice! I have been taking my car to them for the past couple of years and I have never had a problem. I would highly recommend them!

I went there and spoke with a man up front who quoted me $70 to run a straight pipe if the catalic converter wasn't there so it was removed but then I went to have the pipe ran there and was told they couldn't do it?!!!! We have a noise ordnance here which also applied to my car and now I have a ticket that we didn't need
