Recently bought a Chevy equinox and the test drive was good. Not even a few weeks later the starter messes up and was told their mechanic was no longer to work on cars. I got the starter fixed but not even a few weeks later, the fuel pump stops working. Don t waste your time even though it s a buy as is dealership. Your pretty much on your own when it breaks down. They have no tow service and are horrible at giving customers a call back. They ll come and repo your vehicle without you knowing

Company doesn t deserve 1 Star!! My daughter was sold a lemon!! Her car wouldn t crank the next day. She took it back and it was serviced . It ran for a week and then she would turn it off and it wouldn t crank back up until minutes later.Took it back to be serviced and the issue persisted. By this time, she had already made her first payment since it was due 2 weeks after purchasing the car and was told there s nothing they can do to fix it. Always get a car fax!! Her car was sold to her with 99,000 miles on the odometer however, she later found out it had well over 200,000 miles on it! My daughter was inexperienced and wanted to buy her first car on her own. I warned her about the reviews and dealing with a buy here pay here lot.. lesson learned!! Buyers beware, heed reviews, and stay away from this lot...PERIOD

My car was messing up from the week I bought it, I took it back to get their mechanic to fix on it, he replaced a part on it but two days later it went to stopping in the middle of the road like it always did from the time I bought it. They are no good! Semi nice people but their cars are LEMONS, i should ve ran away when I tried to get full coverage on one car I was interested in and they told me they couldn t put full coverage on that car due to it being declared a total loss in the past so what they did was took financing off the car and made it a cash car so they wouldn t have to deal with it, shady people

I honestly think the people giving this place a bad rating have no idea how car lot like these work.I came here with cash in hand and got a extremely nice vehicle with low miles.They make it clear it is sold as is. And I had no issues with this company. The owner Rick is a fantastic man who went out of his way to fight the title office to make sure I was getting a great deal. And the man my daughter called grandpa is a saint.But what I did notice while I was there for 4 hours was that multiple people came in and paid with a smile on their face. The payments are affordable and yes the interest is a little high but no higher than it would be applying for a car note with bad credit.I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.There facility was clean and functional the bathroom was spotless and my daughter running around like a madman didn t bother them. All in all the visit was wounderful thanks guys.

I will say this my experience was not a good experience with them but it may be different for the next person. There was no problem with the running of the vehicle it was very reliable, but they prematurely repossed my van claiming they didn't get my money order and that I was 14days behind. I had always made my payments and had told them the money order had been mailed and another payment was not due yet, they are heartless and care nothing about their customers. I wasn't going to say any of this but I don't want nobody else to go through what I am going through right now, my money I had put into it is just gone and I am left with no transportation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They make you think they care when they getting your money as a down payment beware, they don't care about people at all. They waiting on a chance to take that vehicle back and get to keep all your money that you've invested and resale that vehicle.

My Boyfriend (Drelle Barker ) purchased a car with them in November . They provide great customer satisfaction ! If we ever need an extension they don t hesitate to give us one because we are loyal customers. Their service provided to us is like we are their family . We are considering purchasing another car from them and I advise u to do the same !

Purchased a car on Thursday evening had no gas what so ever an Friday morning I looked at it an notice the front breaks were new but the break pads were not so there for the break pads were grinding my brakes all around an my axel is leaking on top of the fact my struts were burnt badly to the blue an none of my fluids were changed in god knows how long they were so cloudy so I called an spoke with the owner to have the car looked at an possibly have it fixed around 10am an we agreed to bring it in Tuesday morning we ll Tuesday morning 30 min after opening we took the car in an let me tell you I walked in an spoke to 1 man an he gets a copy of all the things the car needs done then mid conversation the owner walks in an starts yelling that the mechanics he has already looked at it before the sell an I was just lookin to rip him off I offered to show videos an pictures I took an he refused to see them then he aggressively tosses the paper back at me he clearly didn t wanna fix the problem his only statements were when we test drive it did we see a problem I explained clearly that the problems found were problems u wouldn t notice till u looked at it on a lift an removed tires he didn t care at all so my husband an I Decided. To take the car an leave what else could we do really we are on contractI definitely do not recommend this place at all parts alone to fix it is 2,000 stating I fix it my self

I purchased a great little Toyota Camry from Rick Hughes. Let me tell you. Alot of the 2nd+ chance places that want to do business with you won't give you the time of day if you don't have $1500+ down. But Rick. He wants you to have a vehicle. And he will take the time and if your honest and hard working, like me; Well he just worked with me to get into what i could AFFORD. He wasn't trying to get me into something that I couldn't pay off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND here for anyone looking to establish a good relationship with a LOCAL caring car dealer.

Umm....well...keep looking for cars.. even if you feel you have the worst credit, keep looking elsewhere. I promise you can do better and you will come out better with your money elsewhere. Dont give up and feel this is the only option. They take no pride in the cars that they sell to people who feel they cant go anywhere else. Junk cars. No shame.

We are without a vehicle all together have to pay people to even take me to a grocery store called these people was told to bring them 1000$ and they would see what they could do. When asked what do they have on the lot for 1000$ down was told it's up to the boss to decide that. I can not sale a car over the phone. Keep in mind they told this to a single mother of 2 with no way to go...

Never buy from here, Shady and it s never there fault, Bought my suv there and 2 weeks later all 4 tires was flat and 12 year old tires that was dry rotted, I had to buy tires myself, They said it was Xcell tires fault, I went to them they said they havnt bought tires from them, They showed me on there computer and my best friends Dad owns that tire place and he was mad that Victory told me they got tires from there when they didn t, Then engine problems then they blame where I get my oil changed at, Then my car caught fire by electrical fire while I was driving, Totaled by Geico, Cash and money order, No debit or credit card payments make it shady, Plus I had to buy a brand new battery when it should ve had 1 in it, A/C would never work when I bought it, Just a lemon, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
