Appreciated all of David s help when our minivan broke down in the middle of the weekend while our son and friends were passing through on their way to FL for spring break. He tried to figure out the issue and after realizing it involved more technical work, connected us with other resources. Appreciate his kindness and willingness to help us out!

Tires Plus Perry Georgia is the epitome of exceptional service. They treat you like a good neighbor and call you by name. I worry about my vehicle getting me back and forth to work being as old as it is and the staff at Tires Plus are so reassuring. I trust them implicitly. Love the staff!!

I was serviced by Dustin Newell it s early and I got scared when it felt like the car was falling over I saw a flat thrice to a gas station got fix a can mess and it foamed at the sides like a raging bull all other shops we inconveniently closed emergencies can happen at anytime if day so it s disturbing people are so comfortable sleep when a person is in need but tire plus was open and helped me even went out of their way noticing were part of the same military family I love Dustin Newell he changed the tire quickly so that I m able to pick my friend up from Purdue chicken factory on timeServices: Transmission, Tires, Electrical

This is a great place! Would highly recommend them. We had a flat tire passing thru to Florida and Tyler got us in and back on the road super fast! Great customer service. Will definitely come back if we are in the area and need tire service.

They were super busy but got me in and out super quick. They were super nice and very helpful. Was in and out within less than 5 minutes for a new tire and for it to be put on the rim.

Keith Hines is the sweetest man to begin with. Not only is he a top notch mechanic and all the employees are very nice and helpful. All around a class act.They will take good care of your vehicle getting it fixed promptly and are very reasonable in price. Do not hesitate to call this business for your vehicle needs you want regret it!!!

Just called about some mechanic work and boy asked like he didn't want the business with warranty work so I will take it somewhere else especially me being front out of own. I have purchased tires here before and no problem, maybe they are just a good tire place.

After being towed and stranded on a long business trip with a hazardous brake caliper the entire staff did what they could and pulled many strings to get me back on the road in a timely manner. They were more than fair no sticker shock here. God bless all of you!!! You were an oasis in a emergency desert and made me feel at home

The tech was a great tech that worked on my car. The guy that checked me out tried to charge me triple what it would have costed for an oil change because he wrote me up for a full car service repair and I did not ask for that he was very rude to me and several other customers I will not be going back there unless they give me a free oil change and I don't have to deal with the manager of that situation

I made an appointment for a tune-up and was given a quote of $514. The work took an hour. I dropped the car off at 9 am and they literally called me to pick the car up at 10. The call is in my phone records. They changed my spark plugs but not the wires. They didn't check the battery. Did not change the oil. I complained so the guy said that he would throw in an oil change at "no charge" because apparently they charge $238 an hour for labor. Ironically enough I bought my $800 tires from them. They didn't even check the tires. All needed air added. I filled out a survey and was promised a call from local. No call yet.

Overpriced for sure but these days who or what isn't. Biggest complaint is daughter bought 4 tires at another store but went there for a 4 wheel alignment a few months later my daughter said something was wrong with the back of her car. When I inspected it the rear tires where worn out on the outside tread forcing me to buy two tires from them because they were the only ones open on Sunday and my daughter works in Atlanta so I wasn't going to let her ride on the bad tires. We asked to check the alignment but was told no tech worked on Sunday. I let her take my car Monday so I could carry it somewhere to get aligned. Well I did and was told all wheels were out of spec. And cost me 96.00 when her purchase included realignment . So I would not recommend them.

Great experience! Punctured a tire on our way to Florida and managed to make it here right before they closed. Anthony and Andrew were happy to help despite it being 6pm on a Friday before a holiday. They took their time to diagnose the issue honestly and efficiently and didn t try to sell us anything we didn t need. Completely transparent and did good work. Even gave us a discount on the patch at the end of the day.

I told one of our employees to take his company truck there for an engine diagnosis in hopes of not only getting the issue solved right away but also finding a good place to take our trucks in Perry since our work has started flowing that way. I would have to say that the diagnosis was cheap, quickly done, and the work could have been done the same day. That being said, their prices were GROSSLY inflated and when we told them we were going somewhere else because of the price they gave added a 10% discount and said we would not be able to find a place cheaper than that. Our usual "chain" maintenance and tire store in Macon did the work for $400 less than the Tires Plus quote.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Really amazing and professional staff,Came with my Chevy, I ve asked to replace my brakes and tires, an hour later got a phone call that no brakes needed only tires, saved me a lot for money.It s really hard to find people and businesses so honest! I showed up a bit early for my appt, and they were ready to go. Quick service and a great price on the set of 4 (out the door in 1 hour)...The staff was friendly and professional. The store was clean. Tires performed perfectly on my way home. Totally satisfied !

After a slight communication problem on the phone on Saturday, Mary realized that I didn't need a tire for my tow-behind smoker immediately and ordered me one for the next week. Again, I was in no hurry so when it arrived on Wednesday, instead of Tuesday as expected, it was not a problem. Dropped off the wheel mid morning and it was ready right after lunch time. Very pleased with the service.

Went in for an alignment, after purchasing four brand new tires. My car has never ran worse. It s shaky and riding a lot rougher. Every time I pull off my car now vibrates. They are the worst. Ain t no way they are a four star review. Their employees are doing their reviews. I want my 100 dollars back.

I called ahead and asked if a run flat tire was in stock as I was on a road trip heading to Florida from Atlanta, GA. The lady I spoke with stated they had one tire in stock and she would hold it for me as I was about 15 miles away and driving on a run-flat tire that was irreparable. When i got there, I was greeted and a gentleman from behind the counter immediately went out, backed my car up in front of the bay, changed the tire, and I was on my way. I might have been there for 20-25 minutes total. Thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and quick work on the part of all invovled. Thank you for making the best out of what could have been a huge inconvenience while traveling! Highly recommend this place if you're looking to replace your tires or are in a jam!

I got a flat tire while on I-75. My husband put the spare on but it was not good. The guys here were open as said on maps. The guy who helped was us was VERY helpful. Him and the mechanic put the tires on quickly and did the alignment. He did a GREAT job on out alignment! Very pleased! Thank you so much guys!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I was traveling and on Thanksgiving Day I noticed my front tire was low and i found out there was a nail in it. I called first thing in the morning and Tyler answered right away and was so polite over the phone. He was so welcoming and cheerful and his spirit was just really charismatic. I was in and out within an hour and to top it off, I go to pay and he only says he needs my signature. They got my tired fixed up and he didn t charge me anything. I cried on the highway because it was so thoughtful and kind and I didn t expect that. I will definitely be back and I will refer family and friends here because it was such an amazing experience. Purchased tires in 2020. Two of them had a date of 2018. Was told by another place that they were dry rotting. Called Tires plus and they told me they were under warranty. Take my car in and they said they were not under warranty, had a nail in a tire that could not be patched and said I needed new brakes. Took the vehicle to someone I have known for years and there was no nail in the tire and my brakes are fine. So basically they lied to try and make a sale. Beware!Service: Tires

Boyfriend and I were traveling to FL I was driving his car when we decided to stop for the night. Pulled into the parking space to far and ripped off the front lip and under shield when I backed car up. With no appt took car into tires plus and Tyler Brooks got us all fixed up in a matter of minutes so we can continue our vacation . Top notch staff. Very friendly and helpful

I've been a customer for years and I have always been totally satisfied with their diagnosis, advice and service. Scheduling an appt is so easy and personally one of the highlights to me. I have just recently referred Tires Plus in Perry to my sister and a co worker. We are fortunate to have such a reputable business in our community.

My two teen children and myself were driving from Florida to North Carolina when all of sudden we found ourselves with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere GA. We put on the spare and drove to the closest tire place which was Tires Plus in Perry, GA. Our experience there was excellent! The manager, Tyler Brooks, was amazing. He was so patient and kind. He and another gentleman (the awesome mechanic) stayed almost an hour past closing to replace our tires. I never felt rushed or pressured. He also gave us a great deal on the tires which was a nice bonus! We were back on the road in no time and had a wonderful rest of our vacation. Thanks Tyler and Tires Plus!
