When our boat trailer lost a wheel bearing, calling Road Runner Towing of Perry ended up being a life saver. Not only did they haul us to a safe spot, their driver recommended a hotel for us to stay at (lots of options near their tow shop). Their service was FAST...and honest! Their charge was low, and our boat arrived to the tow yard completely safe. Thank you for the professional and compassionate service!!

I had the best experience with this company and would recommend in a heart beat. I had a flat tire and they showed up within 30 minutes of me contacting my insurance. The driver was amazing with my kids and very kind. They will be my go to for any future towing needs

Truly was a blessing from God to have found this place. I had gotten a flat tire in a road I was unfamiliar with and had no idea what the name of the road was. Was dark and no lights, no idea where I was . They took my call and within 15 min Joshua was to me and he reassured me I was safe. I was crying before he pulled up and he just put me at ease. Loaded my car up and got me home . Was a pleasant ride and the pricing was not that bad!! Well worth it for my worries !! Would most definitely recommend! Truly a blessing and my children are grateful you got their mommy home safe !! This is the tow place to call!!!

Steve was AWSOME!!!, Told him what was wrong, what I had. He called a repair shop ordered parts and was to me in 30 minutes. Took me to shop, they were waiting as we pulled in and started immediately with parts in hand. "That's 10 star service"Thank you Steve, so so much, you made a bad situation seamlessly easy to a total stranger from out of town

UPDATE for their response THAT IS NOT WHAT THE WOMAN OVER THE PHONE TOLD ME. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THE INSURANCE. AND SHE DID NOT UPDATE ME OR CALL ME TO NOTIFY ME OF ANYTHING.Absolute worst company to get a tow from. Unprofessional, distasteful, insanely rude and they do not communicate with you. We waited for 4 hours for a tow. Called after the first hour and they said they were picking up another tow first, which we were never notified of. Called 3 hours later for an update, only to find out that they cancelled our tow and NEVER told us. My warranty company even said they will be taking this company off of their list of recommendations because this is not their first time doing this. Save yourself the TIME AND MONEY. Absolute waste. Completely unapologetic as well.

Let me say, the lady in the office was very sweet. I called the number at 7:36 am to ask when did the business open, response from a male, office opens at 9:00 am. Discussed with the male about getting personal property from a vehicle, was told to bring a title to show proof of ownership to get personal belongings. Show up to company, a different story. Was told we couldn't get personal belongings unless we paid the towing fee or sign the title to the car over. Automatic illegal statement, Georgia Code Section 40-11-18, allows persons to retrieve their property up to 30 days from date of tow. It took 2 hours for us to get a few personal belongings from the vehicle, all because the business didnt seem to know the law. Please know your rights and don't get caught up because someone works and owns a business. This doesn't mean they are following legal codes.

Chris was AMAZING! Very respectful, courteous, and careful with my HHR! Very happy to meet him! Highly recommend and I definitely won't call anyone else in the future! He was here within minutes of my tow request with State Farm!

I just wanted to give credit to this company and their employees. They are amazing, professional and super nice. I was having a case of the Mondays and had to get my vehicle towed. The operator that arrived was very nice and accommodating. I ve never trusted ANY towing company before but my view was changed today by RoadRunner Towing. I will be recommending them from now on to anyone that may need their services.

Steven and his son, first of all, were absolute gentleman. They went above and beyond to help me. They even went shopping for a tire as I thought I didn't have a spare. They knew their stuff. Were fast, efficient and super capable. Then gave me a price that was three times lower than competitor's. Then, made certain I got back on the highway, even traveling with me a few miles making sure I and the repairs were good. And I'd like to add, I was a bit scared because my tire blew and the only thing available was a gas station in the boondocks but when Steven and his son showed up they immediately put my heart and head at ease. I had Tyler from Road Runner to pick me up & drive me 2 1/2 hours back home ! It was definitely a good fast eventually trip ! we jammed to some country music and stopped at buccees !! No idea the drivers name that came out but he was very professional and courteous! A little upset that they were dispatched to me when I had a flat tire and they did not have the tools to help me. They knew what kind of car I drive and that I had a flat tire, you would think they would have the tools to help me. What they were missing was a tire lock key that I am supposed to have BUT we get our car maintenanced regularly and they just didn t put the tool back last time I guess. Go figure. I m giving them 2 stars because even after not having the tools to help me change my tire, they couldn t even tow my car because he said something about my car sitting so low he could tear up the bumper. Not sure why I was sent a tow company that can t even tow my car but at least their drivers are professional! I was literally left stranded on the side of the road with two little kids and had to call another tow company to come out and help me!
