Next time someone calls to ask about recycling a battery let them know that you give out a gift card rather than $10 cash. Had you told me you give out a gift card I wouldn't have brought my battery there. I don't need anything from your store. Annoyed.

I had a (one day old) alternator that failed and the manager, Olivia was extremely helpful with getting my wife and I back on the road. Many thanks to the staff for great customer service.

After making a very bad decision to stop at Advance Auto which provided no type of customer service, I went back to O'Reilly's where they truly believe in customer service. Ron assisted me outside even though it was raining, going over and above the norm. I have to drive a little further, but I will only go to O'Reilly's in the future.

Hands down the nicest and most helpful store! The workers helped us when we broke down and even the assistant manager Tim drove by to offer to help us fix the problem. Amazing service and great staff!

This is my last visit to O,Reilly in perry GA . I have never been so disrespected because of my SKIN COLOR until today the cashier ERIC was very RUDE and dismissive to me and made me feel like what I needed wasn't important at ALL, I pray that Nobody have to experience what I did in that store today I feel my money is GREEN AND it spends like ANYONE ELSE DOES . MY RACE SHOULDN'T HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE BUT IT DID... THANK U SO MUCH ERIC I won't be back

I called around to have my breaks and rotors replaced and decided to learn how to just do it my dang self.It was quite the learning experience. After 4 trips to this store, I m pretty sure everyone there found my break and rotor saga to be hilarious. After buying a Jack, a couple torque wrenches, and breaker bar, random wrench sockets, break grease, and the break pads and rotors . I still wasn t done. No no, not by a long shot.You see, there was a LOT of red thread lock on a couple of bolts and they BROKE when I was taking the bolts off.So $481, 2 days, 4 trips to the store, 2 rain delays, 9 hours of fighting with my car and figuring out what the heck I was doing, and MANY curse words later . I DID IT! Now, next paycheck I m going to be able to do my back breaks, then next month I ll do the breaks on our other car.Thanks for the recommendations on the tools and not flat out dying laughing at me guys!

I worked with Joe and i would highly recommend him! He helped me replace my battery, and check my check engine light. Overall they had great customer service, and their employees are very polite and respectful.

Never had a problem with them until one day a simple battery swap I needed for my car turned into one of the employees putting in my battery backyards and breaking a fuse, Then the next day I came back hoping they fixed the issues but somehow they broke my transmission control module while also trying to fix my fuse they broke the previous day. So basically that TCM stopped my gear shifters from working, I ended up having to get it towed to Hughes Honda so real professionals can fix everything they mixed up. So if you need anything done under the hood of your car I wouldn t recommend coming here.

This is the best auto parts store I've ever been in. The employees will walk to point out what you need, are patient with questions (I'm mechanically inclined but no means a car mechanic), and give helpful advice where to go if it's not something they have or a service they offer. Been here a handful of times since I've moved here and will definitely keep going back.

Our vehicle had to break down on my birthday weekend, while we were in GA. Every staff member in the store was polite, professional, and prompt. Even though they couldn t fix the car we were still back otr in no time and got a little of our money back for the part we no longer needed.O reilly s is awesome Thanks for the water

They got everything you need. Staff is always good and helpful. You can get free battery and alternator testing as well.

Hey I'm going to need everyone to start doing their shopping at O'Reillys in Perry Ga. Olivia and Rusty are the absolute BEST make sure you ask for one of them when you go. Im never visiting another auto parts store again.

They where really busy but we where helped right away, reason it's a 2 star is because same pulley was on Amazon for 30.oo less then there cheapest selection, and they did not have it in stock, which was the whole reason I came to in store shop instead of on line

People complain about prices and i don't see it. The customer service I get must hide the pennies I would save elsewhere. Alex has always been on point for my needs..Great personally she's customer service. Got to love it when your friend goes to buy parts and they mentioned me by name.Thanks dudes and ladies..Thanks again Alex and company.. Im not super good with names but they all rock up there

Came in looking for a Motorcraft battery, was told they never sold Motorcraft batteries, even though the website says the Perry store has it in stock. I went outside and called the store from my cell phone. Now all of a sudden they sell Motorcraft batteries and one is in stock. Maybe it was an honest mistake but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Had a check engine light on. The lady came right out and hooked up her code reader. Now I can take it from there she quoted me prices on the parts and was so helpful.My go to auto parts store anytime I need help with my car.

Would you believe that a worker at the Perry, GA location sent business elsewhere because it was raining? My wife had a dead battery and they wouldn't help her. Instead, they sent her to Mavis and they helped with no problem...in the same weather. What kind of business does that?

I love O'Reillys. But their service as far as ordering parts is really getting on my nerves. 1st issue is I ordered a blower motor resistor that had to come in from the Warner Robins store. No biggie. Told me it would be in at 12:30. Part didn't come in until 3pm. 2nd issue me months later, deployed and wife has a dead battery. Called and told them my wife is getting a jump and will be in to get the battery the guy priced for me. They sold it right before she got there. Issue 3 They order from a store and told her it would be in at 12:30 yea late again. So my wife is sitting waiting on them so she won't be stranded. Don't get me wrong the staff is pretty helpful and I enjoy this place but when it comes to ordering and tracking down parts they just shrug a shoulder and say "it gets here when it gets here." Frustrating!

Came in today and purchased a battery and wasn t sure how to put it in. The lady there sold it to me and also installed it for me. Very friendly staff at this location. Would recommend this to any of my friends or anyone looking for a great deal on parts.

It was a cold rainy day and I thought I needed a battery. Joseph insisted he check my charging system and found out my alternator was bad. I tried to give him a tip he wouldn't take it. I am now an customer for life.

O'reilly auto parts in Perry Georgia is awesome. They help me to obtain the Windshield wipers I needed and put them on my car for me. They all were very helpful and courteous.

After inspecting the damage on my car door the salesperson proceed to sell me equipment that physically can t do the job for the location of the damage and then tried selling me the wrong color paint for a scratch when he couldn t find the right one. I literally had to stop and explain to him that grey and black are not the same. I won t be coming back.

Nothing but bad experiences here. Today I needed some wiper blades. They have an automated system which determines the brand and part number. They were out of the passenger side Bosch, however, there were two more brands which were not listed, RainX and Tricor (I think). Anyway, the entire time I m scratching my head trying to figure out what to buy, there were three female employees behind the counter cutting up with each other never offering to help me and I was the only customer. Left empty-handed and and found them at NAPA. Typical for that store.
