Last place I will buy another thing from. I was told I could bring back 3 sockets yesterday if they didn't work. I was informed today that the lady that told me that was wrong and there would be no return. They told me a sign was posted but when my buddy I started looking for the sign we couldn't find one. When I asked the woman in charge she showed me a torn up dirty 8X11 sheet of paper taped down to the counter that no one could see unless they were standing over it. I keep getting amazed with poor service.

You can t go wrong by shopping at this NAPA, they get it right every time. O Reilly s is much closer to me on the east side of Perry but time after time, I walk out of there empty-handed because no one will come out from behind the counter and assist me. I just need to begin my search with driving to this store where they re always helpful.

They actually know what car parts are not just how to operate a computer to look them up plus they have been in the same location for I know at least 40 years and same counter man still there. Don't waste time at others just go there. You will not be disappointed.

I needed a hydraulic line made and the friendly customer service people did it quickly and it was fairly priced. This is a great store if you need not just parts but also expertise and advice.

NAPA stores have a good reputation around here and I'm sure this one in Perry is adequately stocked. The staff here needs some training in customer relations.

So disappointed in my service. I was charged twice using my card. I contacted the manager and didn't get any reasonable answer, but I did receive a cash refund for the over charge. Customers beware theft is going on .
