First off just wanted to say this is the first ever review I ve ever done on any business. three amazing gentlemen (Trent, Danny, and Jacob) went above and beyond on customer service and walked with me to the front of the Publix in order to help change and fix my deflated tire. Jacob even gave me some tips for the future on easier ways to do it and what equipment to use. The gentlemen here go way above expectations and are some of the kindest people I ve met! Highly recommend coming here for any needs!

Hands down I came in this morning simply for air. Only to find out I need to replace all 4 tires, Trent and his technician made me feel welcome and not just a number. He explained to me that one of my tires is dry rotten, highly recommend replacing. He quoted me an outstanding price for a new set , they were very patience with me by explaining tire details. Will definitely back continuously for any issues with my car.Thanks Trent and his staff

Very very helpful. My husband and I woke up with a chunk of metal hanging out of our tire and had to drive 400 miles back home. Trent got us in, gave us a great deal on a good set of tires, and got us out quickly. Very helpful.

Went in due to low air pressure sensor. Trent was super helpful and able to get me taken care of quickly. Very impressed with the team at this location and their prices. Also got some much needed wiper blades while on site.

Best customer service by far I have experienced in Middle Ga . Trent was amazing and was very honest with all the services needed to my car. He was also able to work me on in on Saturday . In the end my car needed all 4 tires , rotation and alignment and he also was able to get an oil change and wipers at a lower price than other places . Definitely recommend!

We were traveling out of state when we experienced a flat tire. Just happened to find this place in Perry GA and they were amazing! Jeffrey and Trent were very helpful and courteous. Had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!!!

Went in for an oil change with the knowledge I definitely needed new tires but couldn't afford it, Trent was awesome and gave me a quote I count even fathom, almost a third what I had expected for my tires! I've been putting off doing anything about them but immediately opted to get my tires changed alongside my wipers(also desperately needed replacement!!!) total with everything was HALF what I expected just for tires!! They quickly assisted me and we're in general very kind! I've always had good experiences at Mavis in general, but the perry location has always been a shining example of just how awesome their technicians are! Trent has your back, that's for darn sure! :D

LOVED this location but I really appreciated Trent and Jeffrey! I came in for a concern and inquiry about my back brakes and they were attentive, friendly, and worked efficiently. I called last minute and they squeezed me in. This is my first time coming to Mavis and this location and I m so glad I did! I will be back and I highly recommend!

Brought my vehicle in today. Jeffrey greeted me with a smile. He's amazing. He explained everything thoroughly. He recommended everything that I needed. Amazing customer service. Stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance without an appointment. Staff worked me in and had my truck in the bay within 10 minutes. Great service at a great price.

On 4/12, our rental car got a flat and Enterprise sent us to Mavis Tires and Brakes in Perry, GA. Jeffrey fit us into their busy schedule and replaced the tire right away. Every employee we spoke to was kind and professional. Awesome customer service. Thank you!

Had my truck in to change out two TPMS and to have an oil leak checked. Team was quick and through. Found the problem and recommended a fix but was not pushy and even told me how to get by till I could find time to leave the truck with them for the repair since it would take a couple of days.

My goodness, what a wonderful place of quality service! They were friendly and thorough and definitely worked with me regarding pricing of a good set of tires that would allow me to drive safely. They did not try to sell me any I did not need, which was very refreshing. I was treated with respect and witnessed the same respect shown to other customers. I especially appreciate Joseph Aubin as he worked with me.

I have been going to this location since they opened and I have always received great service. I ve had multiple oil changes and replaced two sets of tires here. They offer quality service and the staff is friendly and helpful. Jeffrey always has a smile on his face and thoroughly answers my questions about recommended services without pushing purchasing them.

If I could give more stars I would because the Mavis in Perry does an excellent job. Every time I bring my cars to get serviced no matter what the problem is they get it done in a timely manner and the price is reasonable. Jeffery is always professional and nice and takes care of my cars. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to the Perry location. Thanks to Jeffery and the staff for doing a great job!!!

Trent at Mavis was able to identify the issue I was having with my control arm on my truck immediately where as the ford dealership said it would take 3 days to run a diagnostics! Excellent customer service!

The customer service (Trent, Jeffery and alignment tech) are amazing and they do quick but efficient work I will definitely not go anywhere else they let me know of unknown issues that I had with my car and I find that to be going above and beyond

Jeffery is the best manager that I have came in contact with at any tire location. He is polite and friendly and the way he talks to his customers is Phenomenal! Came in for some new tires and was told during the process that the reason the tires were so bad is because the rear shocks needed to be replaced and that if they weren t I d be back in a couple of months needing new tires again, Mr Jeffrey was very informative and took the time to explain it to me and got me a good price on the shocks that needed replacing. Instead of just changing the tires and letting me ruin them and come back for more he helped me out and let me make the decision myself, Mr Jeffrey is the man definitely will be back for any and all future services!
