Louis and Nicole at Louiebuilt Automotive are two of the kindest most emphatic people in this world today, not to mention in their chosen profession. Each time me or my family members have utilized their facility, their work has been impeccable. They are honest, which is difficult to find anywhere these days, and their prices are beyond fair. So fair in fact, customers MUST insist on tips and/or an up charge, to ensure this fine establishment remains opens for generations to come. Needless to say- I recommend Louiebuilt Automotive to ANY and EVERYONE.

Louie is a phenomenal craftsman. He is extremely professional and keeps each interaction intimate. He ensures that you are informed on what he is doing and goes above and beyond to maintain your trust. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a local mechanic who can offer prices that undercut the dealership.I am a huge fan of this business and am happy to support Louie s work.He has done my clutch assembly and timing belt and has even corrected any issues that arose well after the repairs was done.

5 STARS!!Took my Nissan Silvia to Louis because my rear-end was making some funky sounds and I wanted him to trouble shoot the issue. I knew he did good work, but let me tell you, his customer service was outstanding. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. My rear axles bolts needed to be tightened and my rear bearings were shot!Louis even used a source that I recommended to him for the replacement parts. The parts came in and were installed almost instantaneously. The parts took forever to show up because of the company we got the bearings from.My car is pretty special to me, so he stores it indoors for me the entire time. I couldn t ask for anything better. If you re looking for an honest, hardworking, and fast mechanic he is your guy! Look no further!!

Man where do I start. First Louie's customer service was phenomenal. out of any shop i've dealt with hands down one of the best upfront & reasonable people's. I'm about 30 miles away from this shop and every time I called about my vehicle I instantly got an honest update and plan going foward. I would take that drive or tow anyday. 10/10 highly recommendServices: Transmission, Electrical repair, Electrical, Transmission repair

Wow! I was referred here and I m so glad. Honest and fair. You can t ask for anything more. I ve found my guy here in central GA!Edit: add from last time. I went to him again. He was so great again! No one else go to him because I don t want it to get too busy over there!He s awesome

Contacted Louie after hearing about his work through some local car guys and seeing his work posted on Instagram.Took my Ridgeline in for a full timing belt service and power steering pump and he was honest, reasonable, and always straightforward with how and when he would perform the service.Would highly recommend to any of my family or friends.

I contacted Louis about getting a fresh set of powdercoated calipers installed on my C6Z. Along with this I went ahead and had new ceramic pads and rotors and amsoil fluid installed to complete the package. Everything turned out perfect. It's hard to find a mechanic who treats your car like you would, but Louis is this guy. I'm telling you, I am super picky about stuff and I never worry when this guy works on my car. You can tell he puts pride into his work, knows what he's doing and gets the job done RIGHT...and he stands behind is work 100%.

I got Louis's name from a friend of mine who runs a specialty car company. My 2009 Silverado had developed a knock in the engine. Took it out to Louis, who confirmed that it was a rod knock. He explained all of my options, from cheap to not-so-cheap, and made sure I understood the tradeoffs between price, lead time, and reliability/warranty. Louis is an excellent communicator and did a fantastic job getting me a remanufactured motor and getting it installed. He also explained some options for (hopefully) extending the life of my transmission, given the age and mileage of my truck. All in all, a really great experience. Can't recommend this guy highly enough!

Pre: Called for a quote, and was given one that same day. He listened as I explained exactly what I needed done. Didn't make me feel stupid, if I didn't call something the correct term.I already had some of the parts, which wasn't an issue. He would install them. Quote was very fair!I was able to drop off quickly.Work: Work on the vehicle was done fast, and efficient. He called me during the process to update me, and bring things to my attention. One was I was in need of brake pads (and I knew I was), that he could replace in the process to save me labor down the road. I agreed. Other for noises, that he would later diagnose.I wasn't pressured or upsold anything I didn't need. Customer Service was great! And the repairs were done and I was back on the road well before I thought I would.Having someone do my auto work is very stressful to me due to past incidents with other businesses. But not with them, they made me feel very comfortable and confident during the entire process.Highly recommend!
