Charlotte is the absolute best!! She was so patient and took the time to guide us as we purchased our new car. She was not pushy and both she and Courtney worked with us to get our monthly payments within range of where we needed them to be. We will be referring family and friends!

Charity was amazing! I had talked with 4 different dealerships before finding Jeff Smith and I instantly knew she was who I wanted to buy a car from. She was never pushy and didn t nickel and dime me. It was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. They were all super patient with my 3 kids as we had to get there one evening after school and work. I can t recommend them enough.

When I got to Jeff Smith Kia I was greeted by Mr. Chris Parker and he was absolutely AMAZING the entire duration of my time there. He showed me every aspect of the exact car that I wanted - things I didn t even know existed. He made the whole process of buying my car so stress free and easy. Denise the salesperson and the finance manager were great and a pleasure to work with. Now the reason for the ONE star! The service department is HORRIBLE, called for 2 weeks straight no answer left messages no call backs. Finally decided to drive up there an hour away to try to schedule an appointment. Imagine my surprise when I got there and it was 6 people in the service department running around playing and laughing. While there the operator announced 3 times service line 1 of course nobody answered. They then advised me their earliest appointment would be 2 months away which I refused. After reading the other reviews they know their service department is a JOKE and nothing has been done so don t waste your time going there. Called Columbus KIA when I left and was able to get an appointment 2 days later diagnosed within 2 hours. Columbus KIA will definitely get my trade in this year and if you want to take the drive they ll be worth it. They live by their motto where they treat you like a valued customer.

Jalen was great! I told him, via text, which car I wanted to look at before I got there. He had it all ready for me when I arrived. I loved that it went through an inspection (even though it only had 4 miles on it) before I left the lot. Everyone else that I encountered that day were so nice and accommodating. I LOVE my new Kia Sportage and recommend Jeff Smith Kia (especially Jalen) to everyone.

If you re a first time buyer and searching for a new vehicle or trade-in PLEASE READ!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Chris Parker and Rufus Royal at Jeff Smith Kia the process was extremely painless. They both are very knowledgeable and will give you the best deal that suits your budget! They most definitely catered to my needs and I left their facility with the upmost amount of satisfaction. Anson Booker was a dream to work with. He covered every possible detail. I broke down during a road trip and luckily landed at Jeff Smith Kia. Anson is the best sales associate I have ever worked with along with the entire staff that I came into contact with. They knew I had a long distance to drive to South Florida and they did everything to help me and I was back on the road in my new K5 within 4 hours I had thought about trading my car but not quite right now but it all worked out. I also want to thank Joey in F&I he was so efficient and friendly and he had me out of there within 30 minutes. Brandy in service was my first contact and she helped me emotionally because I had had an extremely rough day and she was like a big hug and the service department tried their best but I had a hybrid and they just weren t able to get me back on the road because they couldn t analyze and get a replacement quick enough but I so appreciate their effort to help the situation. I am now the proud owner of a new K5 and I could only wish the dealerships here could be as helpful. I will definitely stop in anytime I pass through Perry, Ga.

Jeff Smith Kia in Perry is excellent dealership. The service manager took my concern and made sure I was satisfied once everything is done his name is Austin Harris if you don't know him I suggest you get to know him literally a gift sent from God himself. Service advisor I would like to point out who was very excellent and let along so beautiful her me is Jewel she greeted me with kidnness she helped me with getting my vehicle serviced along with Amanda as well she was kind and generous and kept me updated the entire time.

This Dealership In Perry Georgia Is Awesome. My Salesman; Adrian Johnson, Finance Manager Joey Hutchings and All Others Were Absolutely Fantastic During The Entire Process. These Gentlemen were Absolutely Professional And Courteous. It only took two and one half hours. I purchased a 2020 Kia Spotage SUV and What A Beauty and it is absolutely great. My friends were very impressed and loved it and crazy about the color ( Copper Gold). I haven't driven it much, due to reading a lot of the paperwork. I can't wait to take a trip. I am dissatisfied with Jeff Smith Kia's service department. The events I've experienced indicate unprofessionalism and risk to my family due to their handling of warranty work on my 2022 Kia Telluride. The trouble began on October 6 when my vehicle was diagnosed with a coupler issue. I expected a follow-up within two weeks after the problem was submitted for approval. No communication prompted me to follow up on October 20, only to be met with silence from the service technician. Despite multiple attempts, reaching the service technician proved impossible. On November 8, the service manager said I needed to bring the vehicle in for further diagnosis. They provided a loaner vehicle with state restrictions, severely impacting our daily lives. When we dropped off our vehicle on November 23, the Kia Access app showed no activity until December 8. This lack of attention during warranty work is unacceptable. Despite numerous calls, the service department failed to provide updates on repairs. Three days before the requested pickup, we learned no further work had been done, and the ticket was prematurely closed a week prior. This showed the service department's disregard for customers. They state that we told them we were going to pick up the vehicle on 8 Dec but we feel this is being misrepresented and there was a communication failure. . Escalation attempts to the General Manager were futile. We were redirected to the service manager, who callously stated we needed to pick up our vehicle and take it elsewhere, despite incomplete warranty work, risking our safety. In conclusion, Jeff Smith Kia's service department is negligent, unprofessional, and indifferent to customer safety. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed is unacceptable.

Called to schedule a simple oil change service appt. Got transferred twice and sat on hold for 10 minutes before the call just went to a voicemail. Unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Kia service department is awful. My first experience with my company vehicle was less than customer focused to say the least. The technician was very rude and abrupt.I called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change and about 3 other issues with our 2023 Kia Carnival. I was placed on hold for an extremely long time only to be connected with the wrong service department. When I was finally redirected to the correct service department, no one answered the phone and I had to leave a message - needless to say, I never received a call back.I called today and was told by the Kia Service Department that to get an appointment it would be 90 days - that is totally ridiculous. It did not take 90 days for them to sell us the many vehicles that we have purchased over the years, but I can assure you - NO MORE Vehicles from Jeff Smith Kia.Hopefully a local manager or Corporate will see this review and do something about it as my complaint is not the only one about the Service Department! Do better!

ANSON BOOKER is the man to see at Jeff Smith Kia. I knew exactly what I wanted. They didn t have it on the lot but he found it elsewhere in minutes and I had it in my garage in a day or two. Love my Kia Sorento!

I drove almost 2 hours just to come to this dealership to buy my 1st vehicle by myself and I met Chris Parker. Chris was patient with me & my 2 toddlers. We were there all day & my babies were fussy, but the kindness Chris showed was amazing. I purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento in white and it is very nice. So far I m loving my vehicle & I really love the extra warranties I purchased to go with it. I haven t used them yet, so I ll stay updated about that also. Chris even went out his way to make me a special bow.I ll be back to do a trade in for the future !Thanks so much Chris Parker!!!

After I did my own research of the Kia Forte GT Line, I knew what I was looking for when I arrived at Jeff Smith Kia. Dominic Willliams had reached out to me and I set up an appointment to meet with him and to test drive the car. The whole sales process with him was so smooth and done without pressure from him or the whole staff. He asked me what I am looking for in the Forte what you didn't already have in my 2016 Kia Forte and went from there. The car he brought around exceeded my expectations and I fell in love with the car once I did the test drive. So, I am now a proud owner of a 2021 Kia Forte GT Line. So if you are looking for a new Kia, ask for Dominic Williams, you will not be disappointed!!

I had my car towed there a week ago, because that is where I purchased it. It just all of the sudden would not crank. It is a 2020 with only 16,000 miles and I have never had a problem before. So they tell me it will be 2-3 months before they diagnose what is wrong with my car. I can t get a loaner car until they diagnose what is wrong with my car. The ladies that work there are extremely rude. So for the next 2 to 3 months I have to pay a car payment without a car to drive. Beg for rides to and from work. And other than that just sit at home and wait til they decide to hook it up and find out what s wrong. If they are that far behind maybe they need to hire some help or outsource some of the work. Stop giving attitude and actually do something about the customers concern.It's been 6 weeks and they still haven't touched my car.It s been almost 3 months and still haven t touched my car.

I ve tried giving this dealership a chance but it seems to be no organization whatsoever. My car has been in queue to be diagnosed since 9/26/23 it is now December and my car still hasn t been touched let alone diagnosed. I ll never buy a Kia again!!

We''ve purchased a few vehicles over the years, but this was our absolute first at Jeff Smith Kia in Perry GA. What an awesome and painless process! My wife and I, after an extensive internet search, found the exact vehicle we've been looking for in Perry at Jeff Smith Kia. Being from out of town, we made contact with Rufus of Internet Sales and Al Hardy, who was our salesman, and they both did an excellent job of informing us about the car and negotiating a selling price we were comfortable with. We drove 3.5 hours from Alabama to the dealership and by the time we got there that evening, our car was detailed, gassed up and ready to go. More importantly, all the preliminaries were already taken care of and all we had to do was take a quick test drive of the car, go over some features with Al and sign a few papers. Al Hardy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. All the details we discussed and agreed upon via email, phone, and text prior to our arrival were exactly as he and Rufus said it would be. No surprises and no hassles! All in all, we had a great buying experience at Jeff Smith Kia! My wife loves her new car and the great deal we got! Thanks Al and Rufus!

I have bought 4 new Sorento's over the years. Every bit of service work was done by Jeff Smith Kia. I called on 9/6/23 for an appointment for an oil change and was given a date of 9/26/23, 20 days for an oil change!?!? I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours and went to investigate the hold up. I saw the service technician wondering through the parking lot with my key fob trying to locate my vehicle. The 5 service writers sitting at their desks conducting personal business on their cell phones didn't even have sense enough to stage the vehicles to expedite the process. When confronted all the "Hood Rats" had to offer was a bunch of excuses about how busy they are. I took my car and left. I then contacted Kia Corporate about the debacle.Kia and the South Koreans design, engineer and build some of the best cars on the road but they MUST improve their interaction experience between the customer and the dealership personnel and the service itself or they will never move ahead to their appropriate position in the marketplace. I then arrive home to find a recall issued for Kia's catching on fire - lets add insult to injury!!As for me... NO MORE KIA'S and NO MORE JEFF SMITH!
