Don't trust Hamby to perform Recall repairs without damaging your vehicle. Destroyed a dash panel while replacing an airbag. The recall stated that they are to review the repair area with the customer and notify the customer if damage may occur during the recall repair prior to performing the work. No prior notification was given. They refused to repair the damage they created.

I Love my GMC SIERRA DENALI HD 2500! I talked an great sales person ED Truck Dealer that have great personality and great sense of humor a people person that treats customer great and give you best deals. ED TRUCK SALES PERSON SOLD LAMAR (ME) Brother Jakafus both Sierra Denali HD 2500! Company provides great customer services to all people! My first truck ever GMC my opinion the best truck that ever built to get job done! Pulling power is incredible that have 16 Cameras around the truck! Truck floats on Highway and pulls with stability not being all over road! Value of GMC truck is worth price and great investment in life for personal use and commercial! Yes, I have been a professional trucker over 20 years and I would recommend GMC TRUCK TO ANYBODY THATS WANTS A DEPENDABLE TRUCK FOR PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE ON HIGHWAY!

While traveling from south FL to Atlanta my check engine light came on. Hamby was the closest Chevrolet dealership so I headed that way. Brian Shelley, the service writer, and David, the shop foreman, both true Southern Gentlemen, had me on my way in a matter of minutes. Small town Southern Hospitality can not be beat! I appreciate you both.

I went and saw a truck for 6500 2 days before Thanksgiving. Supposedly had no mechanical issues just cosmetic. The day of Thanksgiving I see the exact same truck with the same issues on facebook right next to the original post with the price boosted to 8k with an extra 120 miles on it with a tag that says "Thanksgiving Sale". (Funny).. I called the dealership black friday and explained my concern and the dealer said "the manager had the truck brought in this morning for work". Which made no sense to me when the post had been boosted by 1500 dollars the day before. So the dealer is lying to me in multiple ways: no mechanical issues (why bring it into the shop and have supposed 1500 dollars worth of work done to it if there's no issues); and the manager had brought it in friday morning for work when the "sale" post what put up the day before; and they boost the price by 1500 as a "Sale" with no clear apparent work done on the vehicle and the dealer couldn't even tell me what had been done to it. makes sense.. Crooked and will not be buying ANY vehicles from there and will not send anybody I know to Hamby Automotive chevrolet

What more can I say than this is the only Chevrolet dealership that will get my business!! If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend coming here and experiencing a very helpful and knowledgeable staff!!! We were helped by Mr.Ed he went above and beyond all expectations and helped us anyway he could and treated us like people not a customer!!!
