The manager and technician I dealt with were both very polite and knowledgeable.They helped me pick the right service plan. I had my car serviced serviced with the plan/materials they recommended and they did a great job.I really appreciate the service I received and the respect they showed me. I will return here next time my car needs servicing.

Upon entering the garage, I was greeted by Jake Wynne a very nice, courteous, and informative young man. Chris Brown was a very helpful, knowledgeable, and on point technician. I give my visit today a 100% out of 100. I will be returning. THANKS GUYS and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

If you only want an oil change go here. They DO NOT Check ANYTHING Else!!! Absolutely nothing Else. I ask him did you check my air filter he said yes I m setting here watching you. Really . Did you check the air in my tires yes . Really when. Then he said let me check with the other guy. Crickets after that. The paperwork say they top of my fluids NOT.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!Read the other reviews they are so true!!!!

I went to this company for an oil change. PRIOR to accepting the service I was quoted $108 I agreed and they started working. Once they completed the oil change a different employee said it was $220!! Obviously I was shocked and said I was not going to pay that- we went back and forth for a while. The employee who originally quoted me the $108. apologized said he was dealing with some family problems. The manager eventually said they would accept $150.- that s still more than I was originally quoted. I paid it and said that I would NEVER go back and would forward others. If you do decide to patronize them just be careful and know that they will price change in the midst of service.

Everytime I Go There I Get Excellent Service, I Was Recommended There Awhile Back And Been With Them Ever Since, They Literally Do Everything To My Car Other Than Balance My Tires. I Highly Recommend Them

I got the full service synthetic oil change for $72.99 and when they said they were done I asked about the other services that go along with it like checking tire pressure, wipers and other fluids. I was told that they check tire pressure in the back of the building and my fluids had been topped off. In order to top something off you got to first check it and that wasn t done. My air filter was checked and that was it. My paperwork says my wipers were checked and they were not. The guy stood at my window complaining about chest pains the entire oil change. Total ripoff. After talking with the manager he s claiming to have done these things. He states my wiper blades looked like they were good. SMH.

Had my oil changed here today there was 2 vehicles in the bays and it took me an 1.5 hours to get my oil changed. I was told it is under new ownership and transitioning to a Grease Monkey named business. Normally under the previous ownership it would take 15-20 min while you waited in the vehicle to get an oil change and my last one was $78 and some change today it was $98 for the same oil and oil change and took 1.5 hours and they left grease smeared on my truck where the oil fill hose laid on the truck while replacing the oil. Update: I discovered today that when they took out the air filter they didn t reassembled the filter box correctly and left out one screw. Paid $120.00 for Full Service oil change. All they did was drain oil and replace it. Theses are the things that are listed on my invoice as completed that actually were not: No reset of oil change indicator. No air filter check. No battery test. No belt check. No wiper blades inspected. No exterior light check. No transmission fluid check. No washer fluid added. No windshield washed. No tire pressure check.

I was duped and the manager refused to refund money for a service I did not request. Also I requested regular oil and not synthetic which was more expensive. Do not use this place of business.

I sent my 18 yr old daughter to get her oil changed by herself for the first time the other day. They proceeded to tell her that the drain plugged was cross threaded , and that she would have to get a new oil pan. Quoted her it would be a 3 hr job @ 101.87 an hr and the oil pan will be $100 . She told them she would have to talk to her dad. Today my 15 yr old son jacked the car up undone the drain plug and changed the oil with no problem . Some much for trying to support local businesses. If your a woman or your sending your child to get an oil change send them some where else.

I received an oil change today and I was pleased with professionalism of the guy that helped me, however, by the time I left Perry and made it to Warner Robins my check engine light came on which was not on before I came.
