Kenneth was outgoing helpful and willing to do more than just look up parts for sure. Their loan a tool program came in handy as I needed a three-jaw puller even lended me an extension cord. I bought quite a few tools to replace some wheel bearings on my trailer while I'm on the road. I'm an ASE certified mechanic and normally I would never stop at the store because I do all the repairs at the shop but now I understand one of the many values that this store offers people. Exemplary service bravo Kenneth!

I arrived on a dark, rainy Friday night and Michael could not have been kinder. He looked up the proper battery and installed it in my car cheerfully. After having been stood up by AAA for two days (!), he restored my faith in humanity.

It was much better than the last time I was here. They used to give military discounts but now some kind of rewards that you have to get a coupon in your email to use which means you have to spend more money. Sometimes when there's nothing that you need so you'll be able to use the coupon before it expires. Not good

Very nice and friendly customer service. My husband sent me in with very specific details on a part for the car. They were quick and efficient. Very nice place, and usually has stuff in stock. Except for today, they sent the wrong thing, mistakes happen but cost my husband, on his birthday, and our 1st anniversary a lot of time and work. But overall a great hometown place. Also, the prices are very well priced. The brakes for our Acura TSX were 35$ for the front. A Wheel hub assembly for the front tire was 100.00$. Unfortunately, it was for the back but we got it fixed and that's all that matters. Thanks again Advanced Auto Parts also you need to check out the Speed Perks that works along with the Fuel Awards app. It saves you money on . Everyone needs that.

Save yourself the trouble and drive an extra 15 minutes to go to a Warner Robins location. I've gone multiple times to this location and every single time they have been rude after I ask for something or help. They don't have any knowledge of what all they have in store.

Placed my order online because I was offered 20% off to do so. It probably took more time to place my order than it took to pick it up. Walked in, gave the girl my name and she looked it right up and handed it to me, signed for it and I was out the door! Easy Peazy!

I was in dyer need of a new battery. I had already jumped it just to get to Advance in Perry, GA. the guy came out and checked it and it indicated that it was bad. He told me he could sell me a battery, but he could not install it because of a support bar.Now the sign in the window indicates free battery replacement. Not "replacement on certain vehicles."I told him that would not work as I was only a few months out of back surgery and would not be able to do it myself. He walked away and didn't even offer to help me jump it off.I went to another retailer (across town) and they were happy to help. I got my new battery installed and was on my way home.

Just pulled up to the store and I do understand they close at 9 but ol buddy wouldn t open the door so I could get a 2 dollar bolt. This is not for me but I m helping a 70 plus year old lady who s car broke down. I m glad she was not on the interstate alone. Don t worry bru I got this

This shop offered me what I call a true excellent customer service. I was in an urgency and the staff provided me an outstanding support, knew everything I needed to know and the shop also had all parts I needed. Very good experience and a special thanks to Jessica.

Hi friend's so another review.okay the spark plugs on our car needed to be changed out so we ordered them online to have them replaced. However when I entered into the establishment there were two people in line in front of me. The worker there by the name of Shane greeted everyone that came up to the counter. However when it was my time for some reason he forgot to greet me.No big thing I myself greeted him good morning how are you no return Exchange, looked at me as if I was bothering him. I continued on with letting him know that I placed an order online and was there to pick it up. Shane proceeds to look at me Grimace ,raised his eyebrows and Bug his eyes as though yet again I'm bothering him. I said excuse me is there an issue in return Shane stated "last NAME" very rudely! I simply said oh I'm sorry gave him my last name for the order.this attitude continued for about 5 more minutes. while my order was incorrect and he tried to go back to no avail the order still yet wasn't correct.but the whole time his demeanor his attitude was very rude. but I kept my composure and continued to be polite even after the whole incident.walking out the door I wished him a good day and it still seems to bother him to have to help me. Now from my standpoint the lack of communication the disrespect as well as the rudeness .will definitely make me not want to return to this establishment ever again.This is a warning for all that enters into this establishment.do not be surprised if you encounter the same rudeness. I have been frequenting this store for nearly 3yrs and have always had an exceptional experience.The whole staff always goes the extra mile and the manager Jessica will not allow you to leave until she has found the right solution for your problem at lost price and highest quality. If you're as automotive illiterate and inept as me you have one stop and this is it.

I had to stop in here on a Monday late afternoon due to my car battery dying on me at home. As I arrived I was helped with very respectful and courteous staff. I was provided the help I was needed and assistance was provided with my new battery installation for my 17 Elantra. Thank you so much to Perry Advance Auto Parts.

I stopped there because my truck was running hot. They had what I needed and loaned me the tools to fix the problem. While I was there I saw them help several females with different repairs. I'm glad that if my wife was alone, they would help! I saw one guy tell one lady that she didn't need the new battery, just new ends. That impressed me!!

These guys r amazing I couldn't even get my hood to open it was stuck it took a few tries but he didn't give up he showed me how to oil the latch. I am so grateful for this store new to this town it's full of helpful people. driving a 2010 van has it's adventures Dylan & Ricky

engine knock started a mile south of the Perry exit on our way back to Nashville from Gainesville FL, so we pulled into advance auto. Brandon was super helpful and friendly and helped us figure what was going on with the car. Offered us cold waters free of charge (95 degree day) and recommended a towing company that worked through State Farm. Thanks to Brandon and the rest of the staff there!!

Customer service always friendly. Employees go out of their way to find unique items. Staff is very knowledgeable. Great guys great management and overall highly recommended. Prices very from online and store so recommended to check online prices and store price to ensure you're getting the best deal possible.

Young gentleman behind the counter removed and replaced my wife's car battery!!! The entire transaction took less than a 1/2 hour! He did an EXCELLENT JOB and took the time to make sure what exactly she needed!!!Alternator - GOODBATTERY - NEEDS REPLACEDHis test equipment diagnosed the problem!!! YOUNG BLACK GENTLEMEN should be rewarded for his sincere caring about customers!!! THANK YOU!!!

Just had an AWESOME experience here. I m not a fix-it guy by any means. I suspected the AC system in my truck needed a recharge, so the young sales clerk sold me a can of R134A to recharge. I asked if he d make sure I was doing things right - he obliged and came out and helped me get the pressure in my AC system where it needed to be to get my AC working correctly again. You can get auto parts anywhere, but the SERVICE I got today is why I ll be back. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Spoke with Brandon an associate and he found the hub assembly 35mm and 21mm sockets I needed. We were stranded when the hub began to fail. He allowed us to swap assemblies in a nearby parking area and we were on the road in an hour. I couldn't ask for a better friend than Brandon. After getting filthy, his manager allowed us to use some GoJo at the wash tub so we were clean enough to be presentable. Thank you Brandon and Advanced Auto Parts for saving the day.

Great customer service with a small town feel. I placed an online order for pick up in the store and when I walked in, they already had my order ready before I could ask for it. They remembered my name from previous visits and had it waiting on me. They are cheaper than other parts stores in the area too. Highly recommended business!

Bought a 3 year battery from this place 2.5 years ago. Battery started going bad last week. Took it in last weekend, tech checked it out with his machine and tells me there's nothing wrong with the battery. Left and went to Advanced Auto in Byron, 20 minutes later, and they tell me I have a bad battery and replace it under warranty. You be the judge.
