Worst customer service I ve ever received. An eye roll and an audible sigh when I asked for help. And supposedly he s the manager. Didn t get his name but Larry was friendly and helpful!

Napa is a very great place to get any of your car needs, the mechanic next to them is also great, amazing customer service, fast times, affordable prices, highly recommend napa and the mechanic!!

Stop on by if they can't help you they will point you in the right direction but chances are they'll have what you need and know what you want. Great staff they are usually well stocked and can get most things in in a day for those odd things that you just got to have to get you back on the road

Ordered a part yesterday picked it up this morning. The sales staff is very friendly, they have great knowledge of everything in the store. Shout out to Deanna she's the best

Been coming here for a while, glad to have a Napa close! The owners are great and I enjoy going in there and getting thrown a joke or two lol. Great business and will continue to support them through this covid stuff!

Called ahead to get 50/1 chainsaw gas. Got there and they had none although I was assured they had it. Did me no good to call. Their higher than their Savannah stores too.
