My brother recently purchased a used tire right before New Years Eve and just a short time after the tire went flat. Tommy's in Camilla, GA checked the tire and there was a slit in the tire. I called and spoke with Roger Brinson at Pelham's Tire Co and he said they do not warranty any of their used tires and that he knew for a fact that the tire past inspection before they sold it and that my brother must have damaged the tire himself. Since my brother was basically stranded at home he had Tommy's come out to the house and pull off the flat tire and take it to Pelham's used tire to have it replaced. My brother had to pay an additional 100.00 to Tommy's for this service. In all he paid a total of $145.00 to replace this tire. Due to his circumstances he is not able to purchase a brand new tire and rely's on honest company's that should guarantee their services. Now he is having to keep filling the tire up with air and hoping it will make it to another pay day. Please make sure you are aware of the this company's unfortunate customer service or lack of before spending your hard earned money. Sincerely, Very disappointed.
