This auto zone and its manager are beyond the example of southern hospitality. My turn signal was struck by a vehicle passing by on my return trip back home from vacation. I had none of my tools to resolve the issue myself. I walked into this store and explained my issue and was instantly treated like family. The gentleman s level of knowledge and skill quickly solved my problem and sent me on my way. If your ever in Southwest GA, stop by for all your automotive needs.

Great service from Gabe and Reuben! They tested my truck batteries and determined they were both bad but still under warranty so they worked past closing time to replace them! Good job guys!

Easy to find items yourself and the staff are great at helping you when you have no idea as well. Always someone new when I go but I haven't needed to go too often. I've recieved excellent assistance when I needed a small part put on for me aswell.

This store basically Rodney I brought my receipt back with product and just because I did not have the same exact debit card they would not refund me my money and cash or on another debit card all they wanted to do is give me store credit I think this is an outrage and everybody at that store should be fired I feel like I got robbed

VERY RUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE IVE EVER HAD!!! KIRISSA NEEDS HER JOB TAKEN FROM HER. TOO MANY PEOLLE WANT A JOB IF YOU DONT WANNA DO YOUR JOB THEN LET SOMEONE ELSE HAVENT THAT WOULDNT COST THE COMPANY THOUSANDS! YOU LOST A VERY GOOD AND LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.

The worst customer service. Give them a belt number and they still can't figure it out without putting a car in the computer, had to Google it in the store for him and he throws a attitude. Really? Left the rest of my stuff on the counter. I'll stick with O'Reilly's from now on. Get some people who know something about parts.

It was very nice from clean to great service.Ill get back with you on the oil quality when it comes time to change it again.So I'd say a 4 star with one pending.See you in 3000 miles or 5000 if the oil is good.

Hi, I've done quite a bit of shopping with the store in pelham on multiple occasions with multiple vehicles for various parts. And I call yaw plus 3 or 4 diff stores from camilla and Thomasville and by time I spend the gas money and time to go to either place you guys usually are same price if not cheaper� then competitors so I just drive a mile into town and see you guys. Thanks for everything

I took my alternator to them for a core then I had to bring back the new one and then I asked for my core and they said that I didn't give them one but I have pictures now corporate time
