Great fast service with very friendly customer service. Their prices are a lot more affordable than the dealer for genuine and basically the same components. So glad I found a place like this close to my house because I was sick of driving so far for dealers and they are not even friendly.Highly recommend for your every day and scheduled maintenance.

Excellent experience, called to see if they had used tires, they had 3 so purchased those and 1 new one because the used tires were in such good shape I could do that! Save so much money and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service and I strongly recommend!

I had a flat tire on the way to the airport. I first stopped at Pep boys because it was off the highway. The wait time was an hour. I then drove to Tire South. Taylor immediately walked with me to check my tire. They were equally as busy but the service was great at Tire South with Taylor. He worked diligently to expedite the service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Tire South and Taylor was great!!!

Great service! I made a last minute appointment for a wheel alignment and Jasmine got me in and out. She also let me know about a bad tire and I needed break pads the prices were fair and they did not try to charge for things I did not need. I recommend this place for your car repairs and for the ladies . The Bathroom is CLEAN AND SMELLS GOOD!

Always reliable! I ve taken 4 different vehicles of mine there. Two were for my dad s car lot, two were personal vehicles. They took great care of my husbands 350z, very gentle. They also took great care of my LS460L. We wish Daniel was still there because he was always helpful and friendly but they still do a great job. Best part is they don t push you to do more than what you came for. They ll make you aware of stuff but won t try to guilt you into doing it.

Jazmin L. is awesome. She took care of everything my *****y car needed. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient. I wasn t there very long (another plus), but while I was there, she handled a million things and treated every person the same. She was kind, patient, understanding, respectful, and especially empathetic to a single mom who rushed there to try and make it in before it was too late.Because of my past experiences, I have NO faith in the integrity of a mechanic/auto shop anymore. But I ll keep coming to this one. They were all professional, efficient, and seemed to work well together. But Jazmin can t go anywhere, I don t want to deal with anyone else. lol AND my car starts smooth as butter.

My experience at Tire South was great!There are not many places that will service your car without getting ripped off, that have great customer service, and are kind. They told me my car would be ready in an hour and it was! No funny business! The cost was very very close to what the estimate they gave. Who does that anymore!!!If you need your serviced go to Tire South!!! They did what they promise to do!

Lovely place. Extremely clean bathroom (LIKE NEVER HAVE I EVER SEEN A BATHROOM THIS CLEAN in mechanic shop), free snacks, and super kind staff.They surprisingly had my tire in stock and fixed it quickly! The gentleman who mans the front desk (no name tag that I saw), was superb (excellent customer service, & funny)!Will definitely be back for my tire needs!

The staff at TureSouth were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I came in to get an oil change and was informed that my car needed a little more work. I didn t have the funds to pay out of pocket, so they explained about their financing plan. I was able to get approved and get my car fixed. Thanks definitely be back for futures services.

Hands Down The Best! Quality tires reasonably priced. If you were to look up customer service, Tire South should be the image that comes up. Great people, fast service. You can also count on Earnest and Jasmine to greet you with a contagious smile, they was very helpful and knowledgeable about the things I need for my car. It was a very pleasant experience meeting them. I sure wish there were more professional shops like this. The techs did an outstanding job as well. Top notch service, I love Tire South.

Recommend 100%! Their customer service is on point, Jazmin went above and beyond to help me with everything and she was so friendly it made me feel like I was part of the family! Will go back whenever I need and definitely ask for Jazmin again!

Daniel and Jasmine were great to work with. Daniel utilizes great interpersonal skills when dealing with his customers. He will look out for you giving you the best price and the best deals for your car repair. They utilize great service and excellent customer service skills. I will continue to deal with his repair shop in the future.

First time there. Had an issue with low tire pressure. They checked my car quickly, found 2 nails and plugged the tire quickly and efficiently. Very grateful. Will come back again

Started my drive to work this morning when my car alerted me that one tire had real low pressure (essentially a flat tire). Drove to the tire shop and asked if they could repair it (car is relatively new, 2021). I realized I was a walk-in and just patiently waited for my turn. Luckily, it wasn t super busy. They got me in and out in less than an hour. Customer service was impeccable and waiting room was very nice and clean with complimentary cold waters. I appreciate the kind service of this business and have now found a new local tire shop. I would highly recommend this business!

Wow, jasmine was amazing!! I called about a emergency break issue (like my break pads fell off yall) and jasmine was able to get me in literally ASAP Within about 20 minutes of me calling, had the parts ordered and there by the time i showed up AND she provided phenomenal customer service, made me feel very welcomed and was very patient and helpful with everybody who came in there..10/10 this was my first time there and I ll be going back for more services, period.

Called in for a tire repair and Daniel was polite and professional. I came and they found a second nail and took care of it fast and gave me a quote on an alignment I really needed with great prices. I already scheduled for another appointment in a week.

I was looking for tire shop to install the tires I wanted to install for Tesla Model Y. It was really hard to find one that could service Tesla and selling the model I wanted. TireSouth was just the right place! Daniel went above and beyond for the service and I was really impressed. Will definitely come back here for my other vehicle s tire in the future. Highly recommended!!

***Calling all women who have to take their car to the shop themselves!!***This place took care of me! I usually hate going myself, because I feel like I'm going to get taken advantage of. Because I'm a female- and they feel they can get away with charging me for things don't need, or making issues seem more pressing, because I don't know better. But I felt so safe here. They did a full inspection of my vehicle, and sat down with me to explain everything. I was told abot things I needed done, and things I may need in the future. I clearly understood what needed to be done, and why. And they were upfront about what the cost would be. (Which wasn't overpriced!) The waiting room is inviting and clean, and there is k cups to drink while you're waiting. Also, I have to say- the bathroom was clean and nice too (it did NOT feel like a garage bathroom, if you know what I mean).I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR ALL MY CAR NEEDS! Thank you Tire South!

The staff is helping and inviting. I did feel my wait was too long for what I came in for. Seen 3 people come in after me and leave before me. But overall that did a well job on the service!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. While in vacation, my tire blew out blocks from their location. Earnest was knowledgeable, kind, and sympathetic to my predicament. He was able to get a new tire on my car very quickly and at a great price.Everyone should get their tires and service done here. You will appreciate them as much as I do!

What a great blessing this place was to me. I drove in from NC (to Georgia) arriving around 11:30 am. I discovered at fueling in GA, I needed two tires, one was flat with no possibly to plug, the second could be repaired yet my tread was almost gone on all four. Tire South had a 60k mileage set in the location for me to purchase for my Cadillac Escalade. They installed all four, oil change, alignment checked and all sensors reset by 1:20. What could have been a nightmare was nothing more than a small inconvenience. The price was reasonable and staff was so very friendly.Thank you so much!CommissionerAnita McCall

Daniel was great he matched my price give great customer service and he even tried to wait for my car to be towed after the tow truck ETA changed 3 times. The fellas in the shop were also great.

After notifying me that it would be a 45 min wait, I came back and they got me I. Quick fast and in a hurry. I was done with a tire check, oil change, and filter in about 35 mins. Highly recommended and the prices aren t too bad.

I came in on a Saturday morning needing to get a tire patched from a slow leak caused by a nail. As soon as I came I was able to get pulled in and worked on. It took only 30 min and was a very good price. The two check in people were also very nice. Since they are right down the street from me, I will most definitely be back.
