I arrived at the garage after they gave me price quotes in other places I arrived the same people simply amazing companies exceptional service they took care of me immediately and their prices are simply amazing they helped me with other things and made sure everything was as it should be I recommend anyone who wants to be in good hands to contact Tim and Elias they will take care They have the best service for everything. Thank you very much, my friend. There is no doubt that I will return to you

Absolutely love this place Tim was the guy who I been talking to and time was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything that was going on and the things they had to do to get the job done I appreciate him and all the staff they were very honest and efficient with their work they were very upfront with me and told me the problem that I had with my car and most of all they are very affordable!!!!! I would recommend this company to everyone that I run into to go with north Atlanta automotive if they are having any trouble with their vehicle thanks guys

I M HAVING TO SPEND OVER $2,000 TO FIX THEIR WORK . DO NOT USE.I brought my car to these guys in the fall of 2022 for a new engine. It was a big job and over $4,000. Taking my car to them has caused me nothing but stress and to have to spend even more to have someone else fix it. Owner is sexist, dishonest, and unethical. Had to take my car back almost immediately after getting it back because they forgot to put a seal on my oil tank, so I had to drive my car back to them with zero oil in it. They had it for two days to replace a seal. Continued to have issues with it and continued to take it back, they kept saying nothing was wrong after I sat in the lobby for hours. Each time I had to take in there they would have it for hours and use about half a tank of gas test driving it. Finally had it towed to Subaru, turns out these idiots used the wrong sized screws in my coil packs so I now have to pay Subaru over $2,000 to fix what these idiots were paid to fix originally. Literally go anywhere else.

These guys are the best. Everyone at this shop is experienced, honest, and they always give a good price. I ve done all my servicing here since moving to GA. They ve even replace an engine for my car. Can t recommend them enough!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! , I drive a 2012 toyota camry and all my mechanical problems have been fixed at this shop, shocks & struts, alternator, starter motor, acv axles, you name it they've fixed it. They've helped me get my car back to where it literally drives like it did the first time I bought it. They have reasonable Prices, Great work, and they get it done Fast! If this sounds like what you've been looking for, Please give them a try. Ask for Tim ( freaking awesome person)and tell him Cherita sent ya, lol. They replaced the transmission in my car and ever since I have been going to them for whatever work my mobile mechanic can t do. Prices are reasonable and service is always great. They also know my mom and her truck very well. Plus it helps that they are 2 minutes away from our house. Edited: Elias (not sure if I m spelling it right but he s the owner), Tim, and the crew will always get my business. They ve done repairs on all of my vehicles and I ll continue to go there for any maintenance I need. Very personable ppl and honest as well

Worked on my truck a couple times and I would never think to use anyone else. Elias and the team are always helpful and over communicate if there s anything that needs to be addressed. They are always FAIR and will stay my first choice.

I was introduced to this place by drive-by as I am the Manager at one of the 3 hotels adjacent to North Atlanta Automotive. The pricing is reasonable, the service is great. Elias the owner doesn't MICROMANAGE his team, but before any service job is deemed COMPLETE - he does a thorough review and walk-through to ensure that it is up to his standard. Pricing you definitely can't beat and he's willing to negotiate with you. I have rarely seen him turn down any job. If I could find an area of improvement, it would be punctuality in the estimated time of the job's completion. But I still give them 5 STARS as that has only occurred once.

Elias and his mechanics are top-notch. Friendly,knowledgeable, and HONEST! Definitely not with the b.s. some other shops try to hand you. If you want your car fixed the first time at a reasonable price,call North Atlanta Automotive.

This shop is awesome. They get right to the problem sans don t try to sell you on made up problems. They explain everything that they are going to do and sheets do it in a timely manner. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your car needs

The staff here are very friendly and efficient with reasonable prices. Elias took great care of my car! They have been able to fix mechanical and vehicle body issues. I will be returning for any future care needs for sure!

I've been with this family for almost 20 years, and I don't trust my car to anyone else. They are straight shooters as it relates to what's wrong and the cost, and they don't try to cheat you. Eli is the best. He's honest, fair, and knows what he's doing. He was recommended to me by a friend and even though I've since moved father away I'll gladly drive an hour to take my car here rather than somewhere else

I am thrilled to have found a conveniently located shop I can trust to service my Infiniti. So much less expensive than the dealership! Shop just opened recently but the owner Elias grew up in the auto business, is super-knowledgeable, has a great team and goes above and beyond. It is clearly evident he really cares about his customers. Highly recommend!!

What a great experience! I dealt with the owner Elias, and appreciated his honesty and fair pricing as well. One of the cleanest auto shops I ve ever been in too.My truck was serviced quickly and more importantly, fixed correctly!

This place is amazing.Elias and his team do a great job. They find the root of the problem and make the necessary repair. They don t try to sell you anything or sell repairs that your don t necessarily need like most dealerships do.They do their work at a high quality rate, quickly and at a fair and inexpensive price.I have been a customer for the almost 6 years I ve lived in Atlanta and my wife and in laws have been doing business with this family for two decades.I know that when something breaks or when the car starts acting up, I can rely on Elias and the guys at North Atlanta, no sweat, no doubt

Love this place! Very competitive pricing cheaper then Craigslist mechanics and they are an actual shop.. Quick and reliable.. People here are great ...Elias is awesome.. got a service done and they noticed one of my tail lights was out changed it for me no charge, anywhere else would have charged me or saw it and not even did anything about it.. It's the little things they do leave a big impact i been here several times and will NOT go anywhere else... Keep up the great work guys you got a lifetime customer!!
